Training has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. And weigh receive has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses.This study aims to determine the effect of competence, training and acceptance on the performance of nurses at Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research period was October to December 2020. The population in this study were all nurses at Dr. Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta. The sample is 100 respondents. Sampling using a questionnaire. The Use of Ice Breakers in Online English Grammar Classes
No full textIn the English language teaching process, every teaching phase is paramount for the achievement of its goals. At the beginning of the classes, the teachers might bring an ice breaker. Based on the previous studies, ice breaker is considered a crucial component in EFL classes. Considering the prominence of ice breakers, the researcher regards the importance of a literature study about ice breakers, especially in grammar class. English grammar is frequently considered a complicated element. Besides, nowadays, the learning process has to be conducted online. This study is mainly aimed to explain the concept of ice breakers, English grammar, and online learning, and the examples of ice breaking possibly used in online grammar classes. The method employed was the literary study conducted through several stages called collecting, reducing and presenting the data and concluding the results. This study suggests several relevant theories to the usage of ice breakers in online grammar classes. Moreover, this study proposes some ice breakers for teaching grammar. Code Switching and Code Mixing K-Poppers EXOL in Social Media Twitter
No full text The research is conducted in order to describe the types of code switching and code mixing K-Popers in the social media twitter. The purpose of this study is to get some information on the types of code mixing and code switching frequently used by K-Popers EXOL. The technique of collecting data is observation, documentation method, and questionnaire. The researcher used triangulation as technique of analyzing data. Source of the data are taken from Twitter written by K-Popers EXOL. The data of this data research are comments, videos and photo statements posted by EXOL in social media Twitter from February – June 2021. The research finding shows three types of switching codes, they are Inter-sentential switching, Intra-sentential switching and emblematic switching. The most dominated code switching is inter-sentential switching (24 data). And, two types of code mixing are intern code mixing and extern code mixing. The most dominated of code mixing is extern code mixing with 27 data from 41 total data. In this research, none of intern code mixing are found

No full textThe purpose of this reseach to find out about differences in perception of purchasing decisions in choosing online purchases and direct purchases in polytechnic Pratama Mulia Surakarta (POLITAMA). The populations used is all students POLITAMA who have made online purchase and direct purchases. The technique used in taking this sample is purposive sampling method with a sample size of 98 respondents. The analysis shows indicate that there are significant differences between online purchases and direct purchases of purchasing decisions from cultural factors and psychological factor, and there is no significant difference between online purchases and direct purchases of purchasing decisions from social factor and personal factors and personal factors, and there is a significant difference between direct purchases and purchases of joint purchasing decisions from cultural, social,personal and psychological factor together. Get PDFTujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaiamana pengelolaan media sosial Instagram @Misterbrewok melalui tahap menyebarkan (share), optimalisasi (optimize), mengelola (manage), dan melibatkan (engage).. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini di simpulkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan akun Instagram @Misterbrewok pada tahap share adalah untuk saranan komunikasi dua arah dan untuk membangun kepercayaan publik. Namun @Misterbrewok belum optimal dalam membangun kepercayaan publik. Pada tahap optimize pemantauan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui apa yang di bicarakan oleh publik mengenai @Misterbrewok dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu pengecekan mention dan hashtag. Pada tahap manage @Misterbrewok sudah melakukan beberpa kegitan. Namun dalam tahap ini @Misterbrewok belum mengunakan tools sosial media mention Tahap terakhir adalah engage, dalam tahap ini @Misterbrewok belum mempunyai influencer. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the extent of organizational structure in organizations that function as moderating variables that influence the relationship between participative budgeting and managerial performance. This researcher is a quantitative study. Samples taken were employees consisting of heads of fields and heads of installations totaling 50 people. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique which is done with convenience sampling technique. The results of the research conducted on 50 respondents who are employees at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital can be concluded as follows: Participatory budgeting has a significant effect on Managerial Performance. (p = 0.022), Organizational structure has a significant effect on Managerial Performance (p = 0,000), Organizational structure is a predictor of moderation in the relationship between Participatory Budgeting and Managerial Performance. The results showed that the organizational structure also had a significant effect on managerial performance. and organizational structure are predictors of the moderation of the relationship between participatory budgeting and managerial performance. Organizational structure has a significant influence on the relationship between participative budgeting and managerial performance

No full textPerlindungan hukum pada konsumen e-commerce dalam jasa layanan pengangkutan barang diatur pada Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen atas kewajiban dan tanggung jawabnya. Jika terdapat konsumen e-commerce mengalami kerugian atau kehilangan barang maka sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukumnya bisa menempuh upaya hukum melalui Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen. Kejadian yang tidak diharapkan dalam pelaksanaan e- commerce dalam jasa layanan pengangkutan barang itu bisa terjadi karena kesengajaan dan ketidaksengajaan. Upaya ini mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan waktu yang relatif cepat, hemat, serta kerahasiaan konsumen terjamin. Jika dalam upaya tersebut melalui jalur non litigasi tidak berhasil diselesaikan, maka dapat dilakukan upaya penyelesaian melalui litigasi atau melalui pengadilan. No full textThis research aims to know the influence of tax rate, awareness and tax sanctions towards taxpayer’s obedience (study case in Individual Taxpayer at SAMSAT Karanganyar). The data source used in this research is primary data. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. In this research the questionnaire was distributed to motor vehicle taxpayers at SAMSAT Karanganyar. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents using a random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that tax rates, tax penalties and awareness have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Karanganyar

No full textPerancangan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rancangan Redesain Bandara Adi Soemarmo Solo dengan pendekatan karya Zaha Hadid. Bandara ini terletak di Kabupaten Boyolali yang berjarak kurang lebih 14 KM dari kota Solo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survei lapangan, wawancara dan studi pustaka untuk kemudian dilakukan analisis perancangan. Hasil analisa perancangan ini meliputi : (1) Analisa Aktivitas meliputi analisa peruangan, analisa pelaku kegiatan, analisa pengelompokan krgiatan, analisa pola kegiatan, analisa kebutuhan ruang, analisa besaran ruang dan analisa pengelompokkan ruang. (2) Analisa Perencanaan Tapak meliputi orientasi matahari, orientasi sirkulasi, orientasi view, orientasi kebisingan, dan zoning site, (3) Analisis Bentuk Bangunan, (4) Analisis Bahan Bangunan, (5) Analisa Struktur meliputi struktur bawah, super structure, dan struktur atas, serta (6) Analisa Utilitas meliputi penyediaan air bersih, pengelolaan air limbah, jaringan listrik, transportasi vertikal, pemadam kebakaran, sistem keamanan, sistem telekomunikasi dan sound system, analisa penghawaan ruang, dan pengolahan limbah sampah. Desain akhir dari Redesain Bandara Adi Soemarmo Solo dengan pendekatan karya Zaha Hadid, di implementasikan berbentuk kompas dengan bentuk yang bercabang, dengan organisasi ruang claster dapat menerima ruang-ruang yang berlainan bentuknya,luwes dan dapat menerima pertumbuhan dan perubahan langsung tanpa mempengaruhi karakternya . Dari segi bentuk Redesain Bandara Adi Soemarmo berbentuk kompas bercabang yang indah menjadi berbentuk lancip beraturan. Harapanya bandara ini bisa menjadi ikon baru di Solo dengan ciri khas nya yaitu berbentuk kompas
