This study makes the claim that social media storytelling, emotional appeal, usage frequency and alignment with normative beliefs jointly impact the purchase intention of Moroccan consumers. A representative sample of 300 Moroccan participants was given the opportunity to fill out a survey comprising 20 questions. After that, a thorough analysis using SPSS software was conducted on the obtained dataset. The empirical findings show strong evidence of the influence that social media storytelling has on Moroccan consumer behavior, validating all four assumptions. In summary, this study underscores the critical function of social media storytelling in shaping Moroccan consumers’ decision-making, notably in purchases. The Role of Justice Collaborations in Planned Criminal Actions

    Get PDF
Basically, Justice Collaborator is an individual who holds the dual status of perpetrator and witness in a criminal case, and cooperates with law enforcement to provide valuable information. The designation of Justice Collaborator is not only indicative of the individual's willingness to assist law enforcement in holding high-level criminals accountable, but also of their good faith in disclosing information or testifying in court. By acting in good faith and becoming a Justice Collaborator, one can receive protection, appreciation, special treatment, and certain rights that are not afforded to other individuals who do not hold this status. Criminal liability pertains to the legal obligations that law enforcement has to punish perpetrators for their actions that have caused harm to others. However, in Indonesia, there’s a lack of public awareness regarding the criminal liability of Justice Collaborators. It is important to note that although Justice Collaborators are both perpetrators and witnesses, they are not held to the same level of criminal responsibility as the primary actors in the crime. This article will delve into the criminal responsibility of Justice Collaborators in the context of law enforcement in Indonesia. The research methodology employed in this article will be normative law, which involves analyzing legal arguments and issues raised in order to arrive at a conclusion. Justice Collaborator is a term for someone who is involved in a crime and also provides assistance to law enforcement as a witness. Justice Collaborator status is given to individuals who have the will to cooperate with law enforcement officials so that perpetrators of crimes can be processed, and have good faith in exposing or being witnesses in a case. By becoming a Justice Collaborator in good faith, the individual will receive protection, appreciation, special treatment, and a number of rights that are not granted to other actors who do not have Justice Collaborator status. Criminal liability relates to obligations in criminal law given by law enforcers to provide retaliation for actions that harm someone committed by the perpetrator. However, problems related to criminal liability for Justice Collaborators in Indonesia are still not well known by the public. Justice Collaborators as witnesses and perpetrators will still be given criminal responsibility, but not as heavy as the main actors.

    Get PDF
In today's corporate environment, employee job satisfaction is essential to business performance. Job satisfaction may be influenced by a variety of employee demographic factors, and the potential outcomes require numerous sector-specific studies in the field. This study investigates the differences that might be created by a set of individual demographic variables such as job education level, age, and work experience on employees' job satisfaction. The Job Satisfaction Index created by Brayfield & Rothe (1951) and shortened by Judge et al. (1998) was utilized as the measurement tool. Convenience sampling was used to distribute the questionnaires to employees serving as store salespeople in the retail sector. 350 questionnaires were collected in total and 315 valid questionnaires were taken into final analysis. The variables were examined using the ANOVA, and Tukey tests. As the result of the analysis, it was observed that age and work experience do not cause any difference in the average job satisfaction scores of employees, but education level does. According to the research sample, the participants' job satisfaction scores differ depending on whether they have a university education or not. Employees with a university education have relatively lower job satisfaction average scores than employees without a university education. The study provides several suggestions for retail organizations on people management and recommendations for future researchers regarding the analysis of demographic variables

This paper discovers the variables that influence consumer purchasing decisions in Morocco and Turkey as well as their relationships. The study put forth the hypothesis that gender and monthly income had an effect on stress levels and shopping choices for both online and offline stores. A 21-question survey from the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science that was broken down into three main components was used as the research methodology. To better define the target market for a particular brand, the questionnaire asked demographic questions like gender, age range, country of residence, and monthly pay. A straightforward random sampling method was used to gather information from 280 respondents in Morocco and Turkey. In SPSS, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were all carried out on the data. According to the study, shopping choices for both online and offline stores as well as stress levels are influenced by gender and monthly income. The study also discovered a link between a preference for online shopping and the stress level associated with shopping in brick and mortar stores. The bulk of answers were from Morocco, with Turkey coming in second. There were five different salary ranges for the respondents. The survey offers helpful information about consumer shopping habits and preferences, which businesses may find beneficial in identifying their target market and creating efficient marketing plans.

    Get PDF
Global Competitiveness Index, high technology exports and coverage ratio variables were used in the study. The effects of high technology exports on the Global Competitiveness Index and coverage ratio, and the effects of the Global Competitiveness Index on the coverage ratio were analysed. Positive effects of the analyses were observed. It is also assumed that the coverage ratio is one of the most important criteria of foreign trade performance. In the study, it is seen that the Global Competitiveness Index plays an intermediary role in the effect of technology exports on the coverage ratio. Therefore, the increase in the share of technology exports in total trade affects the coverage ratio through the partial effect of the Global Competitiveness level. Therefore, it is assumed that the technological infrastructure and competitiveness of countries will play a key role in improving foreign trade performance

Agriculture has been the backbone of most developing countries’ economy as it contributes significantly in their Gross Domestic Product and export earnings. However, its performance is still not satisfactory as the sector is hindered by many constraints one being high transaction costs. This study examines the effect of transaction costs on post-harvest maize value chain performance among Kongwa District Council maize smallholder farmers in Dodoma region. The study adopted a survey research design where a sample of 88 respondents obtained through multi stage sampling was used in the study. Questionnaires and Interview were used as data collection tools whereas multiple regression technique was applied to establish the existence of the hypothesized relationship. It was revealed that transportation and middlemen costs affected post-harvest maize value chain performance in terms of profits, output sales and post-harvest losses in the area while information costs did not. Moreover, multiple regression revealed that profit earned by farmers was the major effect of transaction costs on post-harvest maize value chain performance while post-harvest losses was not. The study recommends to the government and all associated stakeholders to take various measures focusing on reducing transaction costs such as improvement of transportation infrastructures and establishment of well-equipped market areas near farmers
