Exploring the Relationship Between Financial Competence and Entrepreneurial Ambitions in Digital Business Education
This research investigates the relationship between financial competence and entrepreneurial ambitions within the context of digital business education. The primary focus is on the impacts, challenges, and opportunities of integrating financial literacy into entrepreneurial training in digital business programs. We analyze significant changes in student aspirations and outcomes resulting from enhanced financial competence. This study identifies the crucial role of financial education as a driver of entrepreneurial success while exploring how educational strategies evolve to accommodate these new dynamics. This relationship\u27s social, economic, and cultural impacts are also examined. The challenges educational institutions face in implementing these changes are presented alongside opportunities to enhance student innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. This research contributes to a deep understanding of the dynamic relationship between financial competence and entrepreneurial ambitions, detailing practical implications for educators and policymakers in the digital business education sector
Transforming Scientific Publication Management in the Era of Disruption: SmartPLS Approach in Innovation and Efficiency Analysis
In the era of technological disruption, scientific publication management faces the challenge of adapting to innovation and increasing efficiency. This research examines the transformation of scientific publication management using the Par- tial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method via Smart- PLS. The main variables analyzed include Technology Adaptation (AT), Editorial Process Flexibility (FPE), Digital Platform Integration (IPD), Management Efficiency (EM), and Publication Innovation (IP). Data was collected from an online survey filled out by journal managers, editors, and researchers and in- depth interviews with experts in scientific publications. The results of the Smart- PLS analysis show that Technology Adaptation (AT) has a significant influence on Management Efficiency (EM) and Publication Innovation (IP). Editorial Pro- cess Flexibility (FPE) also increases Publication Innovation (IP). Meanwhile, Digital Platform Integration (IPD) has been proven to strengthen the relationship between technology adaptation (AT) and management efficiency (EM). These findings demonstrate the importance of adaptation to new technologies, flexi- bility in editorial processes, and integration of digital platforms in increasing efficiency and innovation in scientific publication management. This research makes an essential contribution to the scientific publication management liter- ature by integrating the SmartPLS approach. These findings can help journal managers, editors, and researchers formulate effective strategies to face chal- lenges in the era of disruption
Implementasi Graphic Rating Scale Dalam Menentukan Prioritas Indent Motor Pada Dealer Sepeda Motor: Implementation of the Graphic Rating Scale in Determining Motorcycle Indent Priorities at Motorcycle Dealers
PT Cheger Motor is an authorized dealer that provides engine maintenance and spare part sales for Honda motorcycle, located in South Tangerang. Sales is the main focus of business process in this company, that being the case, there are two types of sales methods, regular and indent. Indent method were used should the motorcycle ordered by the customer is not readily available, therefore the customer should order in advance. In practice, the existing information system doesn’t have the feature to manage and store SPK (Surat Pemesanan Kendaraan - Vehicle Order Letter). The process of generating an indent inquiries are done manually with physical ledger, and those orders are followed up manually, one by one via WhatsApp. This issue increases the occurrence of booking delays, damage, loss, and redundancy of indent data. In addition, a feature is needed to set up an indent queue to reduce delays in the delivery of purchased vehicles to reduce the rate of order cancellation. This research aims to develop an integrated information system to store, manage and calculate the priority value of the indent queue in carrying out the indent process. To get the result of the priority value, there are few steps needed, first we should collect sales and indent data, then determine the weight of each criterion, and apply an appropriate calculation methods. Therefore, the Graphic Rating Scale method was chosen to assess the priority point for each transaction, to properly arrange the order priority based on the related criterion.

Serli Discovery Learning Dalam Mendukung Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Siswa Berbasis Android: Serli Discovery Learning in Supporting Android-Based Natural Science Learning for Students
The development of information technology, have a positive impact on education by providing flexible learning support. The design and presentation of the learning tool significantly affect students\u27 interest in learning. In the current technological era, students and teachers must consider the accessibility and mobility of learning media. The purpose of this research is to develop the SERLI Application, an android-based Natural Science learning module that can be accessed anywhere by students and teachers. The application development model used is the Hannafin & Peck Model, which consists of needs analysis, design stages, and implementation & development. The method for evaluating user satisfaction uses the End User Computing Satisfaction method. This method considers variables such as content, accuracy, display format, ease of use, and timeliness. The experts tested the SERLI Application, gave a 86.58% success rate. Student users and teachers also evaluated the application and achieved a 85% success rate. These results are very good. The implementation result of this research is an android-based learning application product that contains a science lesson module. In this application, there is an initial display, namely registration into the application, then the main display of the application which contains modules and practice questions, then the display for the teacher
Implementasi Algoritma RC4 Pada Sistem Informasi Pelaporan DUKCAPIL Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah : Implementation of the RC4 Algorithm in the DUKCAPIL Reporting Information System of Central Sulawesi Province
The Population and Civil Registration Service Reporting Information System is an important aspect in managing population data at the provincial level. However, data security in these systems is a major concern, given the sensitivity of the personal information contained therein. This research applies the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province population and civil registration service to improve data security. This research uses a system development method with a case study approach. Researchers implemented the RC4 algorithm on an existing reporting information system and analyzed its impact on data security. Data was collected through interviews with Population and Civil Registration Service officers, observations, and testing system functionality. The applications built are tested using blackbox and crackstation. The results of black box testing show that the application produces the desired output and is in accordance with the function of the application program created. The results of the crackstation test show that the RC4 algorithm was not successfully solved. The research results show that the application of the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province Population and Civil Registration Service can significantly increase data security. This algorithm is able to encrypt data sent over the network, thereby preventing unauthorized access and misuse of information.Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan di tingkat provinsi. Namun, keamanan data dalam sistem ini menjadi perhatian utama, mengingat sensitivitas informasi pribadi yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma RC4 pada sistem informasi pelaporan dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah untuk meningkatkan keamanan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Peneliti mengimplementasikan algoritma RC4 pada sistem informasi pelaporan yang ada dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap keamanan data. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan petugas Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, observasi, dan pengujian fungsionalitas sistem. Aplikasi yang dibangun di uji dengan blackbox dan crackstation. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukan aplikasi menghasilkan output yang diinginkan dan sesuai dengan fungsi dari program aplikasi yang dibuat. Hasil pengujian crackstation bahwa algoritma RC4 tidak berhasil dipecahkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan algoritma RC4 pada sistem informasi pelaporan Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dapat meningkatkan keamanan data secara signifikan. Algoritma ini mampu mengenkripsi data yang dikirimkan melalui jaringan, sehingga mencegah akses yang tidak sah dan penyalahgunaan informasi
PERAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENATAAN DI SEPANJANG IRIGASI PASAR SIPON KECAMATAN CIPONDOH KOTA TANGERANG
This study aims to analyze the role of local government in improving the quality of the arrangement along Pasar Sipon irrigation in Cipondoh Sub-district. Tangerang City. Irrigation is an important infrastructure in agriculture and irrigation in the area, and a good arrangement is needed to ensure efficient and sustainable use. A qualitative method was used with data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and document studies. The main respondents in this study were local government officials, farmers, and landowners connected to Pasar Sipon irrigation. The results showed that the local government has an important role in improving the quality of Pasar Sipon irrigation arrangement. In addition, the local government also plays a role in monitoring and regulating the use of irrigation in accordance with the principles of sustainable management. There are obstacles faced by local governments in carrying out their roles, such as budget constraints, lack of trained human resources, and conflicts of interest between stakeholders. Therefore, cooperation between local governments, traders and landowners is needed to achieve better irrigation management. The role of the local government in improving the quality of Pasar Sipon irrigation arrangement is very important to support agriculture and irrigation in Cipondoh Subdistrict, Tangerang City. Local governments need to overcome existing constraints and work together with other stakeholders to achieve sustainable development goals.

PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENYUSUNAN RPJMDESA 2019-2024 DI DESA GEMPOL SARI KECAMATAN SEPATAN TIMUR
Partisipasi masyarakat sangat berpengaruh pada pembangunan desa bahwa pemerintah harus melakukan pembangunan berpedoman pada aspirasi masyarakat, masyarakat adalah suatu alat guna memperoleh informasi mengenai kondisi, kebutuhan di wilayahnya. Kebijakan RPJMDes merupakan dokumen penting bagi pemerintah desa sebagai acuan perencanaan pembangunan ditingkat Desa untuk 6 (enam) tahun kedepan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan penyusunan RPJMDes dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam Penyusunan RPJMDes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan penyusunan dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyusunan RPJMDes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam penyusunan RPJMDes dari 7 (tujuh) tahapan penyusunan, tetapi Desa Gempol Sari hanya melaksanakan 3 (tiga) tahapan saja yakni, Pembentukan tim penyusunan RPJMDes, Pengkajian keaddan desa, dan Penetapan dan perubahan RPJMDes, sedangkan ada 4 (empat) tahapan penyusunan RPJMDes yang belum maksimal dilakukan yakni, Penyelaraasan arah kebijakan pembangunana kabupaten/kota, Penyusunan rencana pembangunan desa melalui musyawarah desa, Penyusunana rancangan RPJMDes dan Penyusuanan RPJMDes melalui musyawarah perencangan pembangunan desa. Pada bentuk partisipasi masyarakat belum sepenuhnya dilakukan karena ada kelompok tani di Kampung Malang tidak dilibatkan dalam penyusunan RPJMDes. Rekomendasi yang disampaikan yakni perlu adanya peningkatan kapasitas kepada aparatur desa dan tim penyusun RPJMDes agar lebih baik lagi dalam penyusunan RPJMDes, selain itu pemerintah Desa lebih fokus melibatkan masyarakat lebih masif, khususnya kelompok tani dalam partisipasi penyusunan RPJMDes.

Strategic Management Insights into Housewives Consumptive Shopping Behavior in the Post COVID-19 Landscape
Digital wallets can be accessed using a mobile phone Apart from that, marketplace users are used as a tool to make it easier for consumers to shop online. One of the reasons why marketplaces are famous is because of their ease and comfort in use. This research aims to see the influence of digital wallets and marketplace use on consumer shopping behavior among housewives after the Covid 19 pandemic.The population is housewives in DKI Jakarta, with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to a sample of 113 housewives. Sampling withpurposive sampling, has criteria: respondents are limited to only housewives who are at least 18 years old, respondents have income worth ≤ IDR 5 million and respondents have used marketplaces and digital wallets and are domiciled in DKI Jakarta. Data processing used multiple regression analysis to obtain Y = 0.290 + 0, 139X1 + 0, 576X2 + c. From this equation it is obtained: 1. There is no influence of digital wallets on consumptive shopping behavior among housewives after the Covid 19 pandemic, 2 There is an influence of the marketplace on consumptive shopping behavior among housewives after the Covid 19 pandemic, 3 There is an influence of digital wallets and marketplaces on consumerist shopping behavior among housewives after the Covid 19 pandemic
Leadership Styles and Employee Engagement: A Management Perspective in the Service Industry
This study delves into the relationship between leadership styles and employee engagement within the service sector. Employing a qualitative approach, the research involved in-depth interviews with 50 respondents from diverse service organizations. The findings underscore that transformational leadership, emphasizing inspiration and individual development, significantly impacts employee engagement. Transactional leadership, which centers on rewards and punishments, also influences engagement, albeit to a lesser degree. Conversely, laissez-faire leadership, characterized by minimal intervention and full autonomy for employees, exhibits the weakest impact. These findings emphasize the significance of deploying suitable leadership styles to bolster employee engagement and performance in service-oriented industries. The study offers practical insights for managers seeking to cultivate effective leadership strategies, thereby nurturing supportive and motivating work environments conducive to enhancing overall organizational performance. By comprehending the ramifications of different leadership approaches, managers can better steer their organizations toward success in industries reliant on human interaction. Thus, this research not only enriches the academic discourse on leadership and employee engagement but also furnishes pragmatic guidance for practitioners in the service industry to tailor leadership practices according to their organizational dynamics, fostering sustainable growth and success
Addressing Regulatory Risks in Fintech through Decentralized Technologies
The fintech industry, characterized by rapid innovation and disruption of traditional financial services, faces significant regulatory challenges that can hinder its growth and sustainability. Managing these regulatory risks is crucial to ensuring compliance and maintaining trust within the industry. Decentralized technologies, particularly blockchain, have emerged as potential solutions for enhancing regulatory compliance through increased transparency, security, and automation. This study aims to analyze the role of decentralized technologies in addressing regulatory risks in the fintech sector. Utilizing the SmartPLS method for data analysis, the research examines the relationships between decentralized technology adoption, compliance automation, and regulatory risk mitigation. The findings reveal that decentralized technologies significantly reduce regulatory risks by automating compliance processes and enhancing transparency. These insights offer valuable implications for fintech companies and regulators, suggesting that the integration of decentralized technologies can be a strategic approach to managing regulatory challenges in the industry
