Enhancing Organizational Resilience through Digital Innovation in Manufacturing
This study explores the role of digital innovation in strengthening organizational resilience within the manufacturing sector. By analyzing the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and automation, the research investigates how these innovations improve operational flexibility, risk management, and adaptability to disruptions. A qualitative approach, including interviews with industry leaders, is employed to assess the impact. Findings demonstrate that digital innovation significantly enhances resilience, allowing manufacturers to respond efficiently to market volatility and operational challenges. The study concludes with recommendations for strategic implementation of digital tools
Analisis Fenomena Flypaper Effect pada Belanja Daerah dengan Pendekatan Software SPSS 20: Analysis of the Flypaper Effect Phenomenon on Regional Spending with the SPSS 20 Software Approach
The purpose of this study is to identify and understand how Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund affect Regional Expenditure, and to explore the Flypaper Effect Phenomenon in districts/cities in West Papua during the 2016-2020 period. The population studied included districts/cities in West Papua Province with a sample consisting of 13 entities. The data used came from the Budget Realization Report (LRA) issued by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance for all districts/cities. The research sample was obtained through a total sampling technique. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study indicate that Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund have a positive influence on Regional Expenditure, and the Flypaper Effect Phenomenon was detected in district/city governments in West Papua
PENGAWASAN INTERNAL OLEH INSPEKTORAT KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN TERHADAP PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN DI KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN
Penelitian ini mengulas peran penting Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) dalam menjaga akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, khususnya di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dalam upaya mencapai pemerintahan yang bersih dan efektif, pengawasan intern yang dijalankan oleh Inspektorat Kota Tangerang Selatan memiliki peranan strategis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran Inspektorat dalam pengawasan SKPD terkait, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja mereka. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa Inspektorat telah melakukan tindakan pembenahan yang signifikan dalam pengawasan internal, dengan mengambil tindakan korektif dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada entitas yang diawasi. Namun, beberapa faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan. Oleh karena itu, saran-saran yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan sumber daya manusia, investasi dalam teknologi, penguatan koordinasi, evaluasi anggaran, inovasi berkelanjutan, dan komunikasi yang efektif. Dengan menerapkan saran-saran ini, Inspektorat Kota Tangerang Selatan dapat lebih efektif dalam menjaga integritas dan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan kota, menciptakan tata kepemerintahan yang baik, dan memastikan bahwa pelayanan publik berjalan dengan akuntabilitas yang tinggi.

PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN BAKSO SEAFOODKING DI HYPERMART CYBERPARK KARAWACI
Hypermart Cyberpark merupakan salah satu supermarket di wilayah Tangerang, yang menjual berbagai macam kebutuhan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel promosi terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, variabel harga terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Supermarket Hypermart Cyberpark dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, jumlah sampel ditetapkan 72 responden. Analisis menunjukkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan. Hasil tersebut memliki arti, semakin baik penerapan strategi promosi, maka tingkat keputusan pembelian akan bertambah. Sedangkan harga berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang artinya semakin tinggi harga yang ditawarkan tidak akan mengurangi keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Analisis Strategi Pemasaran UMKM untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Bisnis di Era Digital: Strategic Analysis of MSMEs for the Advancement of Digital Age Business
The global market has experienced a significant transformation along with the development of digital business technology, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are faced with new challenges in utilizing the digital era to increase product growth. This research aims to investigate effective marketing strategies in accelerating business growth in the digital era. MSMEs often face difficulties in adapting to these changes and exploiting them optimally for their growth. Despite the enormous opportunities offered by digital technology, many MSMEs have still not adopted the right marketing strategies to achieve success in the digital era. This causes many MSMEs to be trapped in intense competition or even lose their market share. This research aims to explore effective marketing strategies in increasing business growth in the digital era and to provide practical guidance for MSMEs in implementing these strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting case studies of several MSMEs that have successfully implemented digital marketing strategies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation analysis. The research results show that an effective digital marketing strategy includes the use of social media, relevant and interesting content, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analysis for better decision making. Implementing the right digital marketing strategy can significantly increase MSME business growth in the digital era. It is important for MSMEs to continue to develop knowledge and skills in this regard to remain relevant and competitive in this increasingly changing market
PELAKSANAAN PENYALURAN BANTUAN PANGAN NON TUNAI (BPNT) BAGI PENERIMA MANFAAT DALAM KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA MISKIN DI KELURAHAN PONDOK BAHAR KECAMATAN KARANG TENGAH KOTA TANGERANG
In carrying out the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, the State is responsible for what is experienced by its people. Realizing a just and prosperous society and remembering that the poverty rate in Indonesia is still relatively high. Through the Non-Cash Assistance Program (PBNT) with the aim of reducing the expenditure burden on Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Pondok Bahar Village, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City. Using qualitative descriptive research methods, research is used to describe events and phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. This research shows that (1) General Description of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program, there are four processes. Namely, Registration or Opening an Account, Education and Socialization, Distribution, Purchase of Goods. (2) The implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Pondok Bahar Village, Karang Tengah District is considered good by using E-warong as a place to purchase food. (3) The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program has supporting factors, namely a government that is responsive to obstacles that occur to Beneficiary Families.

Leveraging AI-Powered Automation for Enhanced Operational Efficiency in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
This study explores the potential of AI-powered automation in enhancing opera- tional efficiency within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The primary objective is to identify how automation tools driven by artificial intelligence (AI) can streamline business processes, reduce operational costs, and improve productivity. The methodology includes a quantitative analysis of SMEs that have implemented AI-based solutions, supported by qualitative interviews with key stakeholders. The Results indicate significant improvements in operational workflows, particularly in areas such as supply chain management, customer service, and financial operations. The findings demonstrate that SMEs adopting AI technologies experience reduced human error, faster decision-making pro- cesses, and improved customer satisfaction. However, challenges such as initial investment costs and technical expertise remain. The study concludes that with proper implementation and strategic planning, AI-powered automation can be a key driver of success for SMEs in competitive markets
Digital Marketing Strategy in Enhancing Brand Awareness and Profitability of E-Commerce Companies
Digital marketing has become a critical aspect in the marketing strategy of e- commerce companies in the current digital era. This research aims to investigate the impact of digital marketing on brand awareness and profitability of e- commerce companies. A quantitative research approach was employed by collecting data from 100 respondents consisting of marketing managers and executives of e-commerce companies. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The findings suggest that effective digital marketing strategies can enhance brand awareness and profitability. Consequently, managers can allocate resources more wisely and achieve competitive advantage. In the context of increasingly intense market competition, this understanding is crucial. Responsible Environmental Management: Sustainable Strategy Models for the Future
The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between responsible en- vironmental management and business performance, emphasizing sustainable strategy models that enhance both environmental sustainability and profitability in modern organizations. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS, data were collected from 150 medium to large organizations across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, and energy sectors, all of which have implemented formal environmental man- agement initiatives. The findings reveal a statistically significant positive impact of responsible environmental management on both environmental sustainability (β = 0.72, p < 0.01) and business performance (β = 0.65, p < 0.01). Addi- tionally, environmental sustainability was found to positively influence business performance (β = 0.54, p < 0.01). These results validate the relevance of models such as the Triple Bottom Line and Circular Economy, providing action- able insights for companies aiming to enhance competitiveness while achieving sustainability goals. This study highlights the practical implications for busi- ness leaders and policymakers, particularly in fostering sustainable practices that align with both regulatory demands and long-term profitability. Future research is recommended to explore the longitudinal impacts of these strategies across different sectors and regulatory environments
EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 7 TAHUN 2016 TENTANG PENYELENGGARAAN KEPARIWISATAAN DI KOTA TANGERANG: (Studi pada Daya Tarik Wisata Kota Tangerang)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi implementasi tentang Penyelenggaraan Kepariwisataan di Kota Tangerang dan menganalisis faktor penghambat dalam penyelenggaraan kepariwisataan . Teori yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis yaitu model teori contex evaluasi, input evaluasi, proses evaluasi dan produk evaluasi. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh informasi tujuan yang diinginkan dalam mengimplementasikan peraturan tentang Penyelenggaraan Kepariwisataan, adalah meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Kota Tangerang. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan maka hal tersebut bisa menambah Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Tangerang dari sektor pariwisata. Selain itu masyarakat pun bisa diuntungkan, masyarakat bisa membuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan adanya aktivitas pariwisata di Kota Tangerang. Sumber daya yang dimiliki pemerintah Kota Tangerang berupa berupa destinasi wisata buatan, dan festival-festival budaya untuk mempromosikan potensi budaya yang ada di Kota Tangerang yang masuk kedalam program pengembangan pariwisata dan pelestarian budaya yang memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai daya tarik wisata. Penyelenggaraan Kepariwisataan difokuskan pada dua kegiatan yaitu kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kepariwisataan dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pelestarian budaya yang dapat dijadikan sebagai potensi daya tarik wisata. Sedangkan Kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata yaitu program peningkatan daya tarik destinasi pariwisata, program pemasaran pariwisata dan program pengembangan sumber daya pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif.
