    Navigating the Challenges of Digital Transformation in Traditional Organization

    Digital transformation has become a critical strategy for traditional organiza- tions to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly technology-driven market. Technologies such as fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud computing have significantly reshaped operational efficiency and customer en- gagement within these organizations. However, traditional organizations, characterized by their legacy systems and hierarchical structures, encounter various challenges in adopting these technologies. This study primarily aims to explore the key barriers that hinder digital transformation in traditional organizations and to propose effective strategies for overcoming these challenges. Utilizing a comprehensive literature review from 2018 to 2023, this research examines key studies on digital transformation in traditional business contexts. The find- ings reveal major challenges, including organizational inertia, skills gaps, de- pendency on outdated systems, and leadership deficiencies. To address these barriers, the study proposes strategies such as leadership development, work- force retraining, and investment in modern digital infrastructure. The results suggest that successful digital transformation requires a multifaceted approach, aligning technological adoption with organizational culture and sustainability goals. This research provides valuable insights for traditional organizations nav- igating the complexities of digital transformation

    The digital transformation era has fueled enthusiasm for digital living among Indonesian society, driven by the surging use of internet and smartphones. The digital economy has unlocked new opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurship, significantly boosting national economic growth. In this context, MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a pivotal role as the backbone of Indonesia\u27s economy, holding immense potential to drive national progress. The year 2024 has been designated as the year of digital transformation for MSMEs, with a target of integrating 30 million MSMEs into the digital ecosystem. Sigi Regency, with its 30,554 MSMEs spanning diverse business sectors, is a key focus for the local government\u27s efforts to digitize the MSME sector, aiming to enhance product quality, services, and global competitiveness. To achieve this goal, an integrated web and Android system is proposed, empowering MSMEs to independently manage product data and business profiles, creating a digital gallery to showcase the Sigi MSME catalog.Transformasi digital telah memperkuat antusiasme masyarakat Indonesia terhadap kehidupan digital, didorong oleh meningkatnya penggunaan internet dan smartphone. Ekonomi digital membuka peluang baru bagi bisnis dan kewirausahaan, memberikan dorongan signifikan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Dalam konteks ini, UMKM memegang peran penting sebagai tulang punggung ekonomi Indonesia, dengan potensi besar untuk mendorong kemajuan negara. Tahun 2024 telah ditetapkan sebagai tahun transformasi digital bagi UMKM, dengan target mengintegrasikan 30 juta UMKM ke dalam ekosistem digital. Kabupaten Sigi, dengan 30.554 UMKM yang beragam jenis usaha, menjadi fokus pemerintah lokal untuk mendigitalisasikan sektor UMKM guna meningkatkan kualitas produk, layanan, dan daya saing global.     This study aims to examine the influence of three main factors, User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Image, and Hedonic Value on consumer Purchase Intention towards Salted Egg Milea products. In today\u27s digital era, the use of social media has become one of the main tools in product marketing. UGC is content created by users to recommend or reflect experiences with certain products, increasingly becoming a concern in marketing strategies. On the other hand, brand image is also known as consumer perceptions of brands that can influence their purchasing behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach method and data were collected through a survey of 113 respondents who are active social media users and have knowledge about Salted Egg Milea products. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the study indicate that User Generated Content has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention of Salted Egg Milea products. In addition, brand image is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. The managerial implications of these findings are the importance of utilizing UGC and building a strong brand image to increase consumer purchase intention towards Salted Egg Milea products. This study contributes to the understanding of the influence of these factors in the context of marketing food and beverage products, especially salted egg products.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji  pengaruh dari tiga faktor utama User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Image, dan Hedonic Value pada  terhadap Purchase Intention konsumen terhadap produk Salted Egg Milea. Dalam era digital saat ini, penggunaan media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat utama dalam pemasaran produk. UGC merupakan konten yang dibuat oleh pengguna untuk merekomendasikan atau merefleksikan pengalaman dengan produk tertentu, semakin menjadi perhatian dalam strategi pemasaran. Di sisi lain, citra merek juga dikenal sebagai persepsi konsumen tentang merek yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui survei kepada 113 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif media sosial dan memiliki pengetahuan tentang produk Salted Egg Milea. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa User Generated Content memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian produk Salted Egg Milea. Selain itu, citra merek juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian. Implikasi manajerial dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya memanfaatkan UGC dan membangun citra merek yang kuat untuk meningkatkan niat pembelian konsumen terhadap produk Salted Egg Milea.     Improving the quality of education, it is important to build a culture of quality in schools through the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) as ordered by the government. This research focuses on the implementation of SPMI at SMP Lab School FIP UMJ Cirendeu Ciputat Tangerang Banten. The aim is to analyze how the implementation of SPMI improves the quality of educational services at the school. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed to draw conclusions. The research results show several aspects: 1) quality mapping instruments that are not fully in accordance with the quality indicators of the 8 National Education Standards (SNP), 2) quality fulfillment targets that are not yet optimal, 3) fulfillment of the 8 SNP fulfillment targets, 4) improving the quality of the learning process and school management, 5) improving the quality of learning outcomes, establishing a quality culture, and continuing quality improvement. Thus, the implementation of SPMI at SMP Lab School FIP UMJ Cirendeu Ciputat Tangerang Banten has a positive impact in improving the quality of educational services

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan di Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kota Tangerang dengan menggunakan metode servqual dan importance performance analysis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan populasi dari masyarakat penerima pelayanan dan sampel masyarakat dari penerima pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan sebanyak 98 orang responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diperoleh suatu informasi bahwa pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan di Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kota Tangerang belum memenuhi harapan masyarakat. pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan di Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kota Tangerang untuk semua dimensi pelayanan tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy memiliki nilai rata-rata kesenjangan yang negatif yaitu dimensi tangible sebesar -0,260, reliability sebesar 0,277, resposiveness sebesar -0,215, Assurance sebesar -0,237 dan Empathy sebesar -0,224. Artinya bahwa seluruh dimensi ServQual belum memenuhi harapan masyarakat dalam menerima pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan di Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kota Tangerang. Atribut yang menjadi prioritas untuk meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan di Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kota Tangerang yaitu pada Kuadran I yang meliputi atribut Sistem informasi pelayanan yang mudah diakses, Kemampuan petugas memberikan pelayanan dengan baik dan sopan, Kemampuan petugas memberikan pelayanan dalam menjawab keluhan, Petugas pelayanan yang mampu bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan, dan Kesungguhan petugas pelayanan dalam melayani. This study aims to delve into the repercussions of innovation in business management and accentuate its pivotal role in forging pathways to competitive advantage. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, employing the SmartPLS tool, was employed to scrutinize data gathered from 150 respondents representing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia across four distinct sectors: fashion, furniture, home decoration, and services. The analysis reveals a noteworthy impact of innovation on various facets of business management, encompassing strategy, organizational operations, and marketing. These findings underscore that organizations adept at integrating innovation into their management practices can cultivate sustainable competitive advantages. Furthermore, the research spotlights critical factors influencing the implementation of innovation, including leader support, organizational culture, and the ability to navigate risk. This study furnishes invaluable insights for practitioners and decision-makers by underscoring the significance of innovation in fortifying competitive positions. The practical implications of these findings suggest that MSMEs fostering a culture of innovation, backed by leadership support and adept risk management, stand poised to enhance their performance and competitiveness within the increasingly intricate and dynamic markets

    The Future of Work: How Digital Tools are Transforming Human Resource Management

    This study examines the transformative role of digital tools in reshaping key functions of Human Resource Management (HRM), including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. Employing a mixed-method approach, it integrates quantitative survey data with qualitative insights from HR professionals to assess the impact of digital technologies on HR functions. The results indicate a 35% improvement in recruitment effi ciency, enhanced employee development, and significant advances in perfor- mance management through the adoption of digital tools. Moreover, digital engagement platforms have reduced employee turnover, particularly in remote work environments. Despite these benefits, challenges such as resistance to change and digital skill gaps persist, requiring attention for successful imple- mentation. The study contributes to academic literature by addressing these challenges and offering practical guidance for organizations.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi dalam mengatasi politik uang pada Pemilihan Presiden 2024 oleh Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kecamatan (Panwascam) di Kecamatan Karang Tengah, Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten serta menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat dalam upaya tersebut. Teori yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah teori Geoff Mulgan (2014), yang menguraikan strategi pemerintahan ke dalam lima indikator: tujuan, lingkungan, pengarahan, tindakan, dan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dengan informan kunci untuk mendapatkan data primer, serta dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Panwascam Kecamatan Karang Tengah untuk pencegahan politik uang melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada Masyarakat. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui berbagai media komunikasi, seperti ceramah, seminar, dan media sosial. Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kecamatan dalam pelaksanaanya sudah baik, namun terdapat keterbatasan dalam menjalankan tugas dikarenakan sumber daya manusia yang terbatas.     Strategic Management of Public Health Risks: Correlation Between Water Quality and Aedes Sp. in South Jakarta

    This study focuses on investigating the relationship between water temperature, water pH, and residual water chlorine with the presence of Aedes sp. larvae in the RW 06 area of North Gandaria Village, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta. Utilizing an analytical cross-sectional research design, the study encompasses a population of 667 houses in RW 06, with a sample size of 92 houses determined through Proportional Simple Random Sampling. The analysis employs chi-square tests to examine the associations between the variables. The findings reveal that there is no significant relationship between water temperature and the presence of Aedes sp. larvae (P-value = 0.659) and no significant relationship between water pH and the presence of Aedes sp. larvae (P-value = 0.434). However, the research does identify a noteworthy association between residual water chlorine and the presence of Aedes sp. larvae (P-value = 0.000). This emphasizes the importance of water chlorine levels in influencing the presence of Aedes sp. larvae in the specified area. The study\u27s outcomes contribute valuable insights to the management of water quality in the context of Aedes sp. larvae control
