    Implications Fraud Diamond in Fraudulent Financial Statements on Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Industries

    Fraudulent financial statements involve intentional actions of manipulating or hiding information in financial reports to deceive users. Understanding the factors behind such fraud can be explored through the Diamond Scheme Theory, consists of four materials: opportunity, rationalization, ability, and pressure. The aim of this research analyze the impact of each component of the Fraud Diamond on fraudulent financial statements. The quantitative research methodology focuses on industries in the real estate, construction and property sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange starting 2020 to 2022. The sample includes 69 companies selected through purposive sampling. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 is employed for analysis. The study results reveal that, individually, only the capability variable within the Fraud Diamond has a significant negative impact on fraudulent financial statements. Pressure, opportunity, and rationalization variables do not show a significant influence. Additionally, when considered collectively, there is no discernible impact of the Fraud Diamond components on fraudulent financial statements

    Increasing Customer Repurchase Intention: The Significance of Product Quality, Viral Marketing, and Customer Experience

    This study aims to ascertain how repurchase intention is impacted by product quality, viral marketing, and customer experience. The study population con- sists of customers who have made repeat purchases. A purposive sampling tech- nique is employed, yielding a sample size of 254 individuals and collecting data on customers with recurring transactions. Utilizing SmartPLS, the data analysis method involves a structural equation model. The findings of the study demon strate that the three independent variables customer experience, viral marketing, and product quality significantly influence the dependent variable, repurchase intention. Implementing viral marketing strategies to launch products has suc- cessfully attracted repeat business from customers. Additionally, the experience of consuming the product and the quality of the product itself can also trigger consumers to make repeat purchases. These results underscore the importance of marketing strategies that focus on product quality and customer experience, as well as the effectiveness of viral marketing in enhancing customer loyalty through increased repurchase intentions

    KUALITAS PELAYANAN PRODUK HERBALIFE DI CLUB SYALALA GEMBIRA NUTRITION

    This research proposes an in-depth analysis of the service quality of Herbalife products provided at Club Syalala Gembira Nutrition. Qualitative research methods were used, focusing on the experiences and perceptions of customers involved in the consumption of the products and services offered. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of related documents. The results of the analysis highlight the need for improvement in several aspects of the service. Although customers generally expressed satisfaction with the quality of Herbalife products provided at Club Syalala Gembira Nutrition, some indicated a desire for improvement in terms of clarity of information regarding product benefits, recommended dosages and possible side effects. In addition, there is a demand for improvements in communication between staff and customers, as well as the provision of clearer and more accessible resources related to training and mentoring in product use. This research concludes that improvements in communication, information accessibility, and a stronger personal approach can significantly increase customer satisfaction and experience with Herbalife products at Club Syalala Gembira Nutrition  Key word: Herbalife, Club Syalala Gembira Nutrition, Service Quality, Customer Experience, Communicatio

    Pertumbuhan bisnis properti yang semakin pesat telah membantu pengembang perusahaan konstruksi, serta membuka jalan bagi penyedia jasa interior. Karena banyaknya pembangunan rumah, apartemen kantor, ruko, dan gedung lainnya, konsumen mulai mencari produk interior. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif secara deskriptif, penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk memahami sekaligus mengeksplorasi makna yang terkandung dibalik fakta yang terlihat dilapangan. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu bisnis interior yang sedang berkembang yaitu Ruang Omah Desain Interior. Dalam menjalankan fungsi manajemen, Ruang Omah Desain Interior memerlukan unsur-unsur manajemen dalam proses pengembangan bisnis. Setiap unsur ini memiliki hubungan yang sangat saling berkaitan dan tidak terpisahkan satu dengan lainnya Unsur 6M dalam yang diterapkan yaitu Man, Money, Material, Machine, Metode, Market. Ruang Omah Desain Interior saat ini sudah menerapkan unsur 6M dan sudah dijalankan dengan cukup baik. Namun masih ada pemasalahan seperti kesulitan modal, turn over manpower, dan pemasaran. Unsur 6M menjadi dasar dalam membangun sistem manajemen yang baik, terutama bagi para pemula. Jika dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien, maka akan dapat membawa keuntungan bagi pelaku usaha.     This research explores the critical success factors influencing the implementation of knowledge management in the education sector, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS as the analytical tool. The study addresses the intricate challenges inherent in knowledge management within educational environments, aiming to provide a nuanced understanding of the factors contributing to successful implementation The conceptual framework identifies key factors, including HRM-Driven Knowledge Sharing, IT Integration in Teaching Practices, Organizational Culture Alignment, Perceived Effectiveness of Teacher Training, and Perceived Top Management Support. The chosen methodology, utilizing SmartPLS, is justified for its suitability in handling challenges associated with small sample sizes and non-normal data distributions. The data analysis reveals the generally robust reliability of constructs but also underscores potential concerns related to discriminant validity among certain variables. The research contributes significantly to the understanding of critical success factors for knowledge management in education. However, the conclusion suggests the need for refinement in the conceptual model to enhance the validity and applicability of the findings. In conclusion, this research offers a comprehensive perspective on the complexities of implementing knowledge management in the education sector. The findings pave the way for potential enhancements to the conceptual model, aiming to elevate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices within educational contexts

    Influence of Profitability, Audit Quality, and Corporate Governance on Earnings Management

    This study investigates the impact of profitability, audit quality, the composition of independent board commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership on earnings management. The population for this research comprises all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2019 and 2021. It adopts a correlational research design with naquantitative approach. Data collection involves secondary data obtained through purposive sampling. The sample size consists of 32 companies, resulting in 96 observations. The study employs various analytical techniques, including classic assumption tests such as normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26. Findings reveal that managerial ownership negatively influences earnings management, exhibiting a significant result of 0.036. Conversely, profitability, audit quality, the composition of the independent board of commissioners, and institutional ownership do not significantly affect earnings management, as their significance results exceed 0.05

    The Influence of Financial Literacy on The Investment Behavior of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Japan

    This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on the investment behavior of Indonesian migrant workers in Japan, taking into account factors such as age, education level, and income. The research focuses on 50 Indonesian migrant workers in the Miyazaki area of Japan. Financial literacy is considered a key factor that can affect investment behavior, helping these workers make better investment decisions. A quantitative approach was employed, using descriptive statistical methods and correlation analysis based on questionnaire data that measured respondents\u27 understanding of financial literacy and its impact on their investment behavior. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment behavior. Higher levels of financial literacy are associated with improved investment decisions. Additionally, age, education, and income also have a significant impact. These findings highlight the importance of developing more effective financial literacy education and training programs for Indonesian migrant workers in Japan, as improved financial literacy can lead to better investment decisions, increased access to investment opportunities, and enhanced financial well-being

The research employs a mixed-method approach, integrating quantitative data from key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, operational efficiency, and innovation outcomes, with qualitative insights gathered from in-depth interviews with senior executives. The results demonstrate that companies adopting sustainability practices experience a measurable improvement in operational efficiency (10%) and market share (15%), confirming that sustainability serves as a critical enabler of competitive advantage. Qualitative findings further reveal that sustainability initiatives bolster brand differentiation, customer loyalty, and regulatory compliance, contributing to long-term success. These strategies not only help firms navigate evolving regulatory landscapes but also enhance their positioning as leaders in innovation and social responsibility. This study concludes that sustainable management strategies are essential not just for compliance, but for fostering long-term business resilience and market leadership in the fast-paced technology sector

The framework integrates prioritization techniques, task scheduling methods, delegation strategies, and technology utilization to optimize time allocation and productivity. The evaluation demonstrates significant improvements in time management efficiency and client satisfaction across various professional contexts.  For instance, by employing the eisenhower Matrix and Pareto Principle, project managers achieved a 20% im- provement in project completion times. The framework’s adaptability is further highlighted by a 25% reduction in project turnaround time in a marketing agency and a 30% increase in project visibility in a startup. These findings underscore the framework’s practical implementation as a holistic approach to managing time effectively and achieving long-term success. Continuous refinement, real- time feedback integration, and exploring the impact of emerging technologies are recommended for further enhancing the framework’s effectiveness. This research contributes valuable insights for organizations aiming to navigate the complexities of modern work environments
