The Effect of Online Consumer Review on the Intention of Buying Products on Social Commerce
Get PDFE-commerce is one form of evolution business models that adopt Web 2.0 technology with the aim of increasing consumer participation and gaining economic value ( greater economic value ) .This study aims to conduct confirmatory research on the relationship between social trade construction, online consumer review, trust and intention to buy through a questionnaire survey done to e-commerce users, especially students at Pekalongam IAIN using the purposive sampling method . The results of the collected questionnaires are then analyzed quantitatively using partial least square (PLS) . Periodic Data Analysis and Forecasting As An Overview of Future Management Economics

For economic or political experts, it seems to be an obligation that must be carried out when they find a situation say just the economic crisis that befell a country with great, to provide predictive reviews about how the impact will be on the continuation of the existence of that country. So from that the aim of this research is to discuss about conceptual and conceptual aspects about periodic data, calculation of straight line trends through free method, half moving average, half average and least number of squares, non linear trend calculation which is trend parabola and exponential trends, calculations for changing trend equations into quarterly and monthly trends, calculations for changing trend equations into average trends, calculating seasonal variation values through simple average methods, ratio to trend, ratio of moving averages and relative berangkai, and calculation of cyclic variation values for annual and quarterly data. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gaya pemimpin dalam membantu warga masyarakat untuk memiliki kartu sehat (BPJS) serta evaluasi (penilaian) hasil kinerja dari pegawai yang bekerja pada institusi pemerintah. Pada dasarnya institusi pemerintah memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat, yang dalam hal ini menekankan pada penilaian kinerja pegawai dalam memberikan layanan administrasi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan pegawai pemerintah kepada masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan layanan administrasi.
Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif dan menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif (gambaran). Penelitian ini juga diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan diperkuat dengan dokumentasi. Serta dengan dilakukannya analisis data secara terstruktur dan sistematis, sesuai dengan fokus permasalahan dengan menggunakan teori pengukuran kinerja.
Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah masih adanya pegawai kelurahan yang kinerjanya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya pelayanan administrasi masih kurang maksimal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kinerja pegawai Kelurahan Kenanga pasca pemekaran kelurahan sudah cukup baik. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan penulis terhadap pegawai Kelurahan Kenanga adalah agar kiranya dapat bekerja dengan semaksimal mungkin walaupun dengan sarana prasarana yang pada umumnya masih kurang lengkap.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the style of leaders in helping citizens to have a healthy card (BPJS) as well as evaluation (assessment) performance results from employees working in government institutions. Basically, government institutions have a purpose that is to provide excellent service to the community, which in this case emphasizes the assessment of employee performance in providing administrative services. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of service performance provided by government employees to the public and to determine the inhibiting factors that arise in the implementation of administrative services.
In this case the authors use a qualitative analytical approach and use the type of descriptive research (descripton). This study also obtained from interviews, observations, and reinforced by documentation. And with the analysis of data in a structured and systematic, in accordance with the focus of the problem by using performance measurement theory.
The results obtained in this study is still the existence of kelurahan employees whose performance in providing services to the public especially administrative services is still less than the maximum. The conclusion of this research is the performance of employees of Kenanga Village after the pemekaran kelurahan is good enough. As for suggestions that can be given authors to employees Kenanga Village is to be able to work with as much as possible although with infrastructure facilities that are generally still not complete.

Effects of Credit Memos on Performance Accountant on Uncollectible Receivables

In the transaction process as it is now does not rule out the possibility of several triggers for making a deposit such as the example of a sales or purchase return and overpayment if it is not handled immediately it will arise as a financial report problem. The Cloud Accounting system is equipped with a credit memo facility which is divided into 2 (two) parts, namely customer memo credit and supplier memo credit. The Cloud Accounting system is then equipped with a credit memo facility which is divided into 2 (two) parts, namely customer memo credit and supplier memo credit. Where customer memo credit is the customer entrusting a sum of money to the company, it will be used as a payment on the upcoming sales bill. While supplier memo credit is the balance that arises due to overpayment, then the deposit will be used as a discount on future sales bills. Using blockchain technology is expected to overcome these problems so that it can be difficult for someone to fake a certificate and can help companies to prove the authenticity of certificates from prospective employees in just minutes and without having to pay a number of costs. It is hoped that the existence of this blockchain technology can continue to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.Setiap orang yang telah menyelesaikan masa pendidikan formalnya tentu akan mendapatkan sebuah ijazah, ijazah tersebut sangat penting untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan berikutnya ataupun untuk mencari pekerjaan. By implementing blockchain technology on crowdfunding platforms, it is expected to guarantee data security and approval in each transaction, so that there is no falsification of a project for personal gain.Crowdfunding sebagai program sosial di era teknologi ini merupakan terobosan baru untuk penggalangan dana kepada orang-orang yang membutuhkan atau untuk permodalan suatu project tertentu dengan cepat melalui media internet.
