Pengaruh Fingerprint Terhadap Jam Kerja Lembur di Perusahaan PT. Jasapower Indonesia: Information Technology
No full textOvertime hours affect employees\u27 income or benefits, especially non-staff employees. For that we need an electronic system that can input employee attendance data. Inputting the data uses a fingerprint attendance system that has been connected to the employee database. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of the fingerprint attendance system and the calculation of employee overtime hours in the company PT. Jasapower Indonesia. The sample used in this study is staff staff and non-staff employees, and how the attendance process works. The results of the study state that the presence of employees after doing a fingerprint attendance will greatly affect the number of hours of overtime employees. So with this it is concluded that the fingerprint attendance system is very effective used for calculating overtime hours of non-staff employees and can also encourage employees to be more disciplined, and motivate employees to always maintain a fit and able body condition to work.

Untuk itu diperlukan sistem elektronik yang dapat menginput data kehadiran karyawan. Penginputan data tersebut menggunakan sistem absensi fingerprint yang telah terhubung ke database karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem absensi fingerprint dan perhitungan jam kerja lembur karyawan di perusahaan PT. Jasapower Indonesia. Sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan staf dan karyawan non staf, serta bagaimana berjalannya proses absensi. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa kehadiran karyawan setelah melakukan absensi fingerprint akan sangat mempengaruhi jumlah jam kerja lembur karyawan. Maka dengan ini disimpulkan sistem absensi fingerprint sangat efektif digunakan untuk perhitungan jam kerja lembur karyawan non staf dan juga dapat mendorong karyawan menjadi lebih disiplin, serta memotivasi karyawan untuk selalu menjaga kondisi badan fit dan dapat berhadir untuk bekerja.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the application of prudential principles in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). The case study was conducted on the distribution of funding in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Bandung using data from January 2018 until Ocotober 2019. From research conducted by author in BMT Daarut Tauhiid, found that the principle of prudence on channeling of financing in BMT Daarut Tauhiid absolutely applied. This is realized in the form of adherence to the values of sharia in financing. Such as the application of the contract principle in accordance with the contract of sale, the profit sharing agreement and the lease agreement. The application of prudential principles is a regulatory requirement. In every channeling of financing, BMT Daarut Tauhiid always uses the standard of assessment commonly used in the banking sector, namely 5 C, character, capacity, condition. capial and collateral. Aspects of 5 C are interrelated between one another can not stand alone. Therefore, by analyzing 5C accurately and thoroughly then the overall possibility of non-performing financing risks can be minimized. However, in its implementation BMT Daarut Tauhiid has a very high NPF Non Perfoming Finance level of up to 9%. This is because BMT Daarut Tauhiid which has a background boarding pesantren Daarut Tauhiid. So Its strongly influenced by the performance conditions of institutions or business entities in Daarut Tauhiid. The core of this study discusses management of the philosophical foundation of combination research, the characteristics of quantitative, qualitative and combination methods. Then discussed also the definition of combination methods, the nature of the combination method, variations of combination methods, combination research methods models: combination model or sequential explanatory design, combination model or sequential exploratory design, combination model or concurrent triangulation design and model combination method or concurrent embedded design. Get PDFKemajuan teknologi informasi yang berbasis komputerisasi mampu memegang peranan penting sebagai alat bantu dalam pengarsipan dokumen seperti surat masuk dan surat keluar, pengolahan data, serta dapat membantu memecahkan masalah yang kecil sampai dengan masalah yang sangat kompleks ataupun dalam penunjang keputusan. Pengarsipan merupakan cara penyimpanan atau pengaturan arsip secara logis dan sistematis dengan menyesuaikan abjad, nomor/numerik, huruf dan nomor sebagai identitas arsip yang terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar yang sedang berjalan pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Tangerang. Proses pendataan dalam kegiatan pegarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Tangerang masih bersifat semi komputerisasi yaitu menggunakan buku agenda dan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Dalam melakukan pegarsipan masih sering terjadi masalah yaitu penomoran pada surat masuk dan surat keluar sering terjadi kesalahan seperti redudansi dalam penomoran yang terkadang tidak berurutan dan tertumpuk, serta dalam pencarian berkas membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan belum adanya ruang penyimanan yang aman, maka sering terjadi berkas hilang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, Study pustaka, Analisa (PIECES), Impelemtasi dan menganalisa prosedur pada sistem berjalan yang berkaitan dengan pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Dari pengembangan sistem yang telah dilakukan dapat membantu staff dalam proses pengarsipan, serta dalam pencarian berkas yang dibutuhkan bisa didapat dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat dan ruang penyimpanannyapun terjamin aman karena hanya staff saja yang dapat mengakses aplikasi tersebut.
