Information System Ordering Online Restaurant Menu At Hover Cafe
Get PDFThe rapid development of technology requires every business person to upgrade his technology to more sophisticated. Many business people have upgraded their systems to be computerized and even online, one of the business people is in the culinary field. The culinary field which is meant for example is the cafe One thing that can support the quality of ordering in a cafe is the ordering process. In the hover cafe the menu ordering system is still conventional, using a menu book. This of course can be a problem because the menu book used can be damaged or lost so that it can slow down the ordering process, not to mention if the customer requests additional orders, the waiter must come to the customer\u27s table to record additional orders again. The method used in this research is the method of data collection, the method of observation, the method of interviewing, and the method of literature study conducted to obtain accurate data. Then the data are analyzed with SWOT to find out the company\u27s weaknesses and strengths. In describing the flow of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language with a MySQL database as a database. Therefore we need a ordering media that utilizes information technology as a medium for selecting food and beverage (E-Menu) which can provide information about order menu details to facilitate customers in making and ordering food or beverage menus

Based on existing problems then needed a system to help the admin staff stock in managing demand and pengerluaran raw material so that it doesn\u27t happen the difference in stocks of raw materials. Raharja Internet Cafe or often called RIC is one of the facilities located at Raharja University. Providing all personal needs Raharja in carrying out lecture activities such as Print, Scan, install iPad, also provides accessories for technological devices such as computers and iPads, besides that RIC also serves computer and iPad services. However, RIC still has problems in presenting information relevant to existing developments. Millennials today tend to get and search for information by accessing social media compared to accessing a website. This is one of the important things that must be applied to Raharja Internet Cafe in conducting socialization and marketing. Therefore, the author was given the opportunity to be able to do the Job Training Lecture (KKP) on Raharja Internet Cafe to apply the knowledge gained in the lecture curriculum. Then the author also gained a lot of knowledge about the world of work that had not previously been obtained in the lecture process. However, the process is not in tune with current technological progress, because it still use a data collection process that requires a lot of time and energy. Thus, to overcome this problem, e-commerce websites are used so that it can manage finances accurately and quickly. In this study, there are 4 (four) problems that will be overcome with 2 (two) methods, and 1 (one) solution as the answer. Technology has provided so much convenience for us in communication, including communication in the field of education. At Raharja College, every student, staff, and lecturer is given a facility that can be used to communicate, an email called Rinfo. In addition, the Raharja College also provides an online learning system called iLearning +. With the online learning system, it requires an online communication media to accommodate communication between students and lecturers, so that the learning process can run effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the development of Rinfo Apps is very much needed as a communication medium on iLearning +. Rinfo group is a Google System that can be used as a communication medium in the iLearning + learning process. By creating a forum called the mailing list at Rinfo Group, students and lecturers can communicate easily and everywhere, lecturers can provide material, assignments, or other announcements through this mailing list, as well as students who can easily ask the lecturers . With this, indirectly can increase the activity of students. The authors used 2 (two) research methods, that are observation and literature study. The results of this study are a communication medium for students and lecturers on iLearning + which is expected to increase student activity in the online learning process.Pada era globalisasi ini, penggunaan teknologi sangat berpengaruh dalam setiap kegiatan yang kita lakukan, termasuk kegiatan komunikasi. Teknologi telah memberikan begitu banyak kemudahan bagi kita dalam berkomunikasi, termasuk Komunikasi dalam bidang pendidikan. Pada perguruan tinggi Raharja setiap mahasiswa, staff, maupun dosen diberikan sebuah fasilitas yang dapat digunakan untuk berkomunikasi yaitu sebuah email yang disebut Rinfo. Selain itu Perguruan tinggi raharja juga sudah menyediakan sebuah sistem pembelajaran online yang disebut sebagai iLearning+. Dengan adanya sistem pembelajaran online, maka dibutuhkannya sebuah media komunikasi online untuk mewadahi komunikasi antar mahasiswa dan dosen, sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Oleh karenanya, pengembangan Rinfo Apps sangat dibutuhkan sebagai media komunikasi pada iLearning+. Rinfo group merupakan salah satu Google System yang dapat digunakan sebagai media komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran iLearning+. Dengan menciptakan sebuah forum yang disebut sebagai mailing list pada Rinfo Group, mahasiswa dan dosen dapat berkomunikasi dengan mudah dan dimana saja, dosen dapat memberikan materi, tugas, atau pengumuman lainnya melalui mailing list ini, begitu juga dengan mahasiswa yang dapat dengan mudah bertanya kepada para dosen. Dengan adanya hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan keaktifan para mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan 2 (dua) metode penelitian yaitu observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah media komunikasi untuk mahasiswa dan dosen pada iLearning+ yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran online
PENERAPAN WEBSITE E-COMMERCE SEBAGAI MEDIA TRANSAKSI PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI

At Raharja College there is a sale and purchase transaction facility, Raharja Internet Cafe (RIC), which is provided to meet the needs of its students. In this facility there are print, scan, ATK, accesoris, computer and even install iPad services. However, because at this time the transaction process was still conventional where students had to come directly to the RIC to make transactions and had to queue up to be a problem because it was considered less effective. Therefore, an online transaction is needed that will make it easier for students to transact and meet the needs of lecture activities. So in applying online transactions using e-commerce website (electronic commerce) in the process of buying and selling in RIC. In this study will be explained by researchers 2 (two) problems and 4 (four) research methods, namely: observation, analysis, literature study and implementation. The results achieved from this study are an e-commerce website (electronic commerce) that can be used online by students at any time and anywhere, and can be via a computer or even a smartphone. With the implementation of e-commerce web sites, it is expected that students do not need to come directly to RIC and queue to be able to make transactions because they can be accessed online.Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat banyak memberikan kemudahan, termasuk juga kemudahan dalam kegiatan transaksi jual beli. Pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja terdapat sebuah fasilitas kegiatan transaksi jual beli yaitu Raharja Internet Cafe (RIC) yang disediakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswanya. Didalam fasilitas ini terdapat layanan print, scan, ATK, accesoris, computer bahkan install ipad. Namun, karena saat ini proses transaksi masih konvensional yang mana mahasiswa harus langsung datang ke RIC untuk melakukan transaksi dan harus mengantri mencjadi permasalahan karena dirasa kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya sebuah transaksi online yang akan memudahkan mahasiswa dalam bertransaksi dan memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan perkuliahan. Maka di terapkanlah transaksi online dengan menggunakan webiste e-commerce (electronic commerce) pada proses jual beli di RIC. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan oleh peneliti 2 (dua) permasalahan dan 4 (empat) metode penelitian yaitu : observasi, analisa, studi pustaka dan implementasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website e-commerce (electronic commerce) yang dapat digunakan secara online oleh mahasiswa dengan waktu kapan saja dan dimana saja, serta dapat melalui komputer atau bahkan smartphone. Dengan diimplementasikannya webiste e-commerce ini diharapkan mahasiswa tidak perlu datang lagi langsung ke RIC dan antri untuk dapat melakukan transaksi karena sudah dapat diakses secara online.
 
Rancangan Master Plan Sistem Teknologi Informasi Pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Nganjuk Menggunakan Metode Ward and Peppard

Of course, required support of information technology and reliable information systems. To ensure that the SI/IT user supports the government, it is necessary to master the SI/IT or strategy design related to SI/IT in the form of a document called the IT masterplan. There are several methods in making the design of Information Technology master plan. In this research using Ward And Peppard method. This method consists of input and output stages. In the input stage there is an analysis of the internal business environment, the analysis of the external business environment, the analysis of the internal SI/IT environment, the analysis of the external SI/IT environment. In this method using SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, and Mc. Farlan Grid analysis. The result of this research is output stage consist of 24 SI strategy, 5 IT strategy, and 2 SI/IT management strategy. From these findings is expected Dinas Kominfo Nganjuk can apply this Information Technology in accordance with business needs Dinas Kominfo Nganjuk.

Untuk memastikan penggunaan SI/TI tersebut mendukung pemerintah, maka diperlukan masterplan SI/TI atau rancangan strategi yang terkait dengan SI/TI yang berbentuk dokumen disebut dengan masterplan TI. Ada beberapa metode dalam membuat rancangan master plan Teknologi Informasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward And Peppard. Metode ini terdiri dari tahapan masukan dan keluaran. Di dalam tahapan masukan terdapat analisis lingkungan bisnis internal, analisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal, analisis lingkungan SI/TI internal, analisis lingkungan SI/TI eksternal. Dalam metode ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, analisis Value Chain, dan analisis Mc. Farlan Grid. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan berupa tahap keluaran terdiri dari 24 strategi SI, 5 strategi TI, dan 2 strategi manajemen SI/TI. Dari temuan ini diharapkan Dinas Kominfo Nganjuk dapat menerapkan Teknologi Informasi ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis Dinas Kominfo Nganjuk.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Korespondensi Berbasis Website Pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Tangerang

Correspondence activity is a communication activity that occurs between the organization and its stakeholders. Of course, this correspondence activity aims to ensure that the ongoing correspondence process can proceed as planned accordingly. The same is true of what happened at the Tangerang city land office. However, the correspondence system applied at the Tangerang city land office at this time, especially incoming mail, is still not integrated and computerized in terms of data storage, inputting, searching, and printing of disposition sheets and reports every month. This of course results in a process of inputting and reporting that requires relatively long time. So by doing this research, a correspondence information system design was made at the Tangerang city land office and the stages. The method used in this research is object oriented analysis and design. The programming language used in this study is with PHP and MySQL as the database and testing the system using black box testing. The results of this study are in the form of an information system design consisting of incoming letter input, disposition of the letter according to purpose, receipt of the letter by the intended person and the form of reporting. With the creation of a correspondence information system at the Tangerang city land office, it is expected to minimize the occurrence of errors during the data collection process, storage, data search and report generation that does not take a long time and is able to display report results in accordance with existing data. This correspondence information system can be presented to support and improve the performance of staff and other employees who are directly involved in it.

Kegiatan korespondensi merupakan aktivitas komunikasi yang terjadi antara organisasi dengan pemangku kepentingannya tersebut. Tentunya kegiatan korespondensi ini bertujuan agar proses surat menyurat yang berlangsung dapat berjalan sesuai yang direncanakan sebagaimana mestinya. Demikian juga halnya yang terjadi pada kantor pertanahan kota Tangerang. Namun sistem korespondensi yang diterapkan pada kantor pertanahan kota Tangerang saat ini, terutama surat masuk masih belum terintegrasi dan terkomputerisasi dalam hal penyimpanan data, penginputan, pencarian, serta pencetakan lembar disposisi dan laporan setiap bulannya. Hal ini tentu saja mengakibatkan proses penginputan dan pelaporan yang memerlukan waktu relatif cukup lama. Maka dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini dibuatlah perancangan sistem informasi korespondensi yang ada pada kantor pertanahan kota Tangerang serta tahapan-tahapannya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis dan perancangan berorientasi objek (Object Oriented Analysis and Design). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan PHP serta MySQL sebagai databasenya dan pengujian sistemnya menggunakan black box testing. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berupa rancangan sistem informasi yang terdiri dari input surat masuk, disposisi surat sesuai tujuan, penerimaan surat oleh yang dituju serta bentuk pelaporannya. Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi korespondensi pada kantor pertanahan kota Tangerang ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan pada saat proses pendataan, penyimpanan, pencarian data serta pembuatan laporan yang tidak memakan waktu cukup lama dan mampu menampilkan hasil laporan sesuai dengan data yang ada. Sistem informasi korenspondensi ini dapat disajikan guna mendukung dan meningkatkan kinerja staff serta karyawan lainnya yang secara langsung terlibat di dalamnya.

Perancangan Modul Trainer Antarmuka Mikrokontroler Berbasis ESP32 Sebagai Media Belajar Pada Mata Kuliah Interfacing
Get PDFIn the computer system study program at Raharja University there are interfacing courses where the material taught is a microcontroller interfacing technique that uses three types of interface protocols on the microcontroller, namely SPI, I2C, and UART interfaces. The learning process at the practical session students must bring their own materials and components that must be arranged before use, in arranging practical materials which is quite a lot especially for some students who do not understand the concept of microcontrollers, this causes the learning process in interfacing subjects to be ineffective and efficient in terms of time and cost to achieve the objectives of interfacing subject learning. From these problems it is necessary to have a learning media in the form of a practical tool or trainer who can support learning and practical activities in interfacing subjects. This study uses prototyping methods, design and observation methods to observe the learning process in interfacing subjects. Thus in this study will produce a microcontroller interface trainer equipped with several supporting components that are interconnected in one circuit board that will be used as a practical tool for students to apply interfacing material to the microcontroller along with the components directly expected by students using this trainer will get a theoretical understanding and application.

Proses pembelajaran pada sesi praktikum di mata kuliah ini mahasiswa harus membawa bahan dan komponen sendiri yang harus dirangkai terlebih dahulu sebelum digunakan, dalam merangkai bahan praktikum tentunya memakan waktu yang cukup banyak terlebih bagi sebagian mahasiswa yang belum mengerti konsep mikrokontroler, hal ini menyebabkan proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah interfacing menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien dari sisi waktu dan biaya untuk mencapai tujuan dari pembelajaran mata kuliah interfacing. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya suatu media pembelajaran berupa alat praktikum atau trainer yang dapat menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dan praktikum pada mata kuliah interfacing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping, perancangan serta metode observasi untuk mengamati proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah interfacing. Dengan demikian pada penelitian ini akan menghasilkan trainer antarmuka mikrokontroler yang dilengkapi dengan beberapa komponen pendukung yang sudah saling terhubung dalam satu papan sirkuit yang akan digunakan sebagai alat praktikum mahasiswa untuk menerapkan materi interfacing pada mikrokontroler beserta komponen-komponennya secara langsung yang diharapkan mahasiswa yang menggunakan trainer ini akan mendapatkan pemahaman secara teori maupun penerapannya.
