PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN TETAP UNIVERSITAS PRAMITA INDONESI
Get PDFKompensasi Finansial dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen tetap Universitas Pramita Indonesia dengan kontribusi sebesar 86%, dan hasil Uji F sebesar 625,51( Fhitung=625,51 > Ftabel=2,65). Hal ini menunjukkan diklat, kompensasi finansial, maupun motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh nyata dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja dosen tetap Universitas Pramita Indonesia. Namun apabila dilihat secara parsial ternyata variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terutama harapan dosen. Motivasi kerja selain memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja dosen juga berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi variabel diklat maupun variabel kompensasi finansial dalam mempengaruhi kinerja dosen tetap

This has become a new phenomenon for the citizens of Tangerang to choose between incumbent Paslon or empty boxes / columns. The purpose of this study was to find out public opinion about the single pair elections in Tangerang City in 2018; 1) knew public opinion about the polity of the incumbent Arief R. Wismansyah – Sachrudin. 2) find out public opinion the performance of Arief R Wismansyah – Sachrudin. 3) knew the level of knowledge of the Tangerang City community about Empty Boxes/ Columns in the Tangerang City election 4) knew the public opinion about the implications if the Empty Boxes/ Columns are more voters 5) knew the level of community participation to come to the polling stations in the Tangerang City election. The analysis that used descriptive analysis. The results of the research have shown that the incumbent paslon is quite popular, the majority of respondents are satisfied with the incumbent paslon performance, the majority were not aware of the existence of empty box/ column pairs and do not knew the implications if empty boxes /columns are chosen/ won
Penerapan Aplikasi Tawk To IduHelp! Sebagai Sarana Pelayanan Informasi di Perguruan Tinggi

The rapid information technology, making the educational institutions also raise the standard facilities of information service system for students who are usually called Tawk.to. Tawk.to itself is an online chat feature on iDuHelp! which serves as an information service at Higher Education Raharja which can be accessed online anywhere by using Rinfo and greatly facilitate students if there are obstacles in the lecture. In the previous service is still using the method of chatting is still simple and still many obstacles that are difficult diminimalisirkan but with it the Tawk To this information service in Higher Education Raharja be very good. In this information service system not only can serve information about ilearning but this service can also help to serve constraint about system of Higher Education experienced by University Students. This paper presents an iDuHelp comparison! by using Tawk To and with iDuHelp! using a simple chat. With the study of Tawk To iDuHelp! this is expected to be a solution for students who have difficulty in lecture in terms of akdemik or any other facilities about Raharja Higher Education.

Tawk.to sendiri merupakan sebuah fitur chat online di iDuHelp! yang digunakan sebagai pelayanan informasi di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja yang diakses secara online dimana saja dengan menggunakan Rinfo dan sangat memudahkan mahasiswa jika ada kendala dalam perkuliahan.Pada sebelumnya pelayanan ini masih menggunakan metode chatting yang masih sederhana dan masih banyak kendala yang sulit diminimalisirkan namun dengannya adanya Tawk.to ini pelayanan informasi di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja menjadi sangat baik. Dalam sistem ini tidak hanya dapat melayani informasi seputar iLearning tapi layanan ini juga dapat membantu melayani kendala mengenai system Perguruan Tinggi yang dialami oleh Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi. Tulisan ini menyajikan perbandingan iDuHelp! dengan menggunakan Tawk.to dan dengan iDuHelp! dengan menggunakan chat sederhana. Dengan dibuatnya penelitian mengenai Tawk.to iDuHelp! ini diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk mahasiswa yang kesulitan dalam perkuliah dalam hal akdemik atau pun fasilitas lainnnya mengenai Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Pemanfaatan Indeksasi Mendeley Sebagai Media Pengenalan Jurnal STT Yuppentek
Get PDFScientific works or journals at STT Yuppentek are currently less globally known and indexation is an important element to increase the popularity of scientific papers or journals. Mendeley is a software that is devoted to integrating citation & reference managers into a social network, where researchers in various parts of the world can collaborate and share research data. Mendeley can be accessed through desktop, web and mobile applications by providing full-text search for all papers in the database and sharing documents on the database with other users and synchronizing reference libraries with data stored on Mendeley\u27s web server. However, there are several problems faced in the research at STT Yuppentek, namely the lack of quality and authenticity of scientific works or journals, and the popularity of scientific works or STT Yuppentek journals in global circles. This research was carried out using data collection methods, problem analysis and needs analysis because the method was in accordance with this study to identify the problem at hand. The results of this study are applying the management application of quotes and references from the STT Yuppentek journal and increasing the popularity of scientific papers or STT Yuppentek journals globally.

Mendeley adalah sebuah perangkat lunak yang dikhususkan untuk mengintegrasikan citation & reference manager ke dalam sebuah jejaring sosial, dimana peneliti di berbagai belahan dunia dapat berkolaborasi dan melakukan sharing data penelitian. Mendeley dapat diakses melalui aplikasi desktop, web, dan mobile dengan menyediakan full-text search terhadap seluruh paper dalam database dan berbagi dokumen pada database dengan pengguna lain serta sinkronisasi pustaka referensi dengan data yang tersimpan di server web Mendeley. Namun terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian pada STT Yuppentek ini yaitu minimnya kualitas serta keaslian dari karya ilmiah atau jurnal, serta popularitas karya ilmiah atau jurnal STT Yuppentek di kalangan global. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, analisis permasalahan dan analisis kebutuhan karena metode tersebut sesuai dengan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan aplikasi pengelolaan kutipan dan referensi jurnal STT Yuppentek dan meningkatkan popularitas karya ilmiah atau jurnal STT Yuppentek secara global.

Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pemberian Kredit Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang: Kualitas Pelayanan BPR
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pemberian kredit PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan responden dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif , untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan pelanggan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas pelayanan pemberian kredit PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang berada pada kategori baik (79,81 persen). Jika ditinjau dari tiap dimensinya, satu dimensi berada pada kategori sangat baik yaitu, dimensi bukti langsung 90,50%, dua dimensi berada pada kategori baik yaitu dimensi jaminan 84,86% dan dimensi Empati 84,64%, serta dua dimensi pada kategori cukup baik yaitu dimensi kehandalan 69,43% dan dimensi responsivitas 69,64%. (2) Kepuasan pelanggan PT. BPR Cabang Tangerang berada dalam kategori cukup puas. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa secara umum kepuasan pelanggan belum tercapai.

In addition to being very important for the performance of lecturers, the publication of scientific papers has become a government regulation through the Director General of Higher Education, which requires S1, S2 and S3 students to make a summary of scientific work published both online and in print as one of the graduation requirements. Seeing this, Raharja College has participated in providing publication media for scientific works, especially in online forms, one of which is iLearning Journal Center (iJC). Until now iLearning Journal Center has overseen 5 (five) journals in it with different scope of research. However, the problems that occur at this time are still a lack of the general public to know especially in the Higher Education environment regarding the iLearning Journal Center (iJC) as a publication media for online scientific work. In this study will be discussed about the steps or methods taken to maximize the use of iLearning Journal Center (iJC) as an online journal publication media to improve the quality and quantity ofscientific works. This study uses SWOT analysis method and system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the applications used in this study by applying the Open Journal System (OJS) which is known as management software and publishing online journals.
