This study aims to identify and explain the fulfillment of labor rights under Law No. 13 of 2003 on employment, enforcement of employment law against employers / employers not fulfilling the protection of workers\u27 rights, the effectiveness of the role of trade unions in the framework of fighting for the fulfillment of labor rights in the Regency Tangerang and the factors hindering the effectiveness of the role of trade unions in the framework of fighting for the fulfillment of labor rights in the Tangerang Regency region and the efforts made in overcoming these obstacles. The research method used is qualitative method. Used to answer the formulation of the proposed problem and the purpose of the research. Key informants used are from representatives of trade unions in Tangerang District and review documents from various government agency reports. The result of the research explains that the role of All-Indonesia Workers Union (SPSI) of Tangerang Regency in making and implementing Collective Work Agreement has been effective
Management of Utilizing Data Analysis and Hypothesis Testing in Improving the Quality of Research Reports

Quantitative researchers estimate (strength) the strength of the relationship of variables, and test hypotheses statistically. Unlike the case with qualitative research. Although qualitative researchers might test a hypothesis in the analysis process, they do not estimate or test hypotheses about the relationship of variables statistically. Through tests or statistical tests can be used as the main means for interpreting the results of research data. It is through this statistical test that we as researchers can compare which data groups and what can be used to determine probabilities or possibilities that distinguish between groups based on an opportunity. Thus, it can provide evidence to determine the validity of a hypothesis or conclusion. In this study, we will discuss the preparation of data for analysis such as editing data, coding, categorizing, and entering data. As well as discussing the differences in data analysis for descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, differences in data analysis for parametric and non-parametric statistics in research, explanations of multivariate data analysis procedures, and also forms of research hypotheses.Data analysis and mathematical techniques play a central role in quantitative data processing. Design of Information System in Admission of New Students Based on Web in SMK Al Amanah
Get PDFThis research has the aim of building a system of acceptance for new students with a website-based method, so that it can help prospective new students in the subject make it easier to obtain information about the registration of new students. Data processing in the acceptance of new students at Al Amanah Vocational School Pasar Kemis still uses Conventional systems, namely prospective registrants come directly to the school then fill out the registration form then the registration data is recorded in a book and reports are made also using manual recapitulation resulting in archival loss and needing a very long time in the process of making a report. Using research methods namely Library Studies, Analysis, Observation, Designing, Trial and Implementation. The information system at the admission of new students is designed using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database as a Database Server. The output of this research is that the information system on admission of new students with web-based can have the ability to provide convenience for parents of new students in terms of getting all information about acceptance to new students and doing the registration process flow online.

Analisa perancangan sistem informasi yang dilakukan, terdapat dua permasalahan berdasarkan pokok pada sistem informasi pada UNPRI, masih menggunakan cara konvensional/manual seperti brosur dan spanduk hanya didapatkan pada waktu tertentu saja karena brosur hanya dibagikan kapada masyarakat saat mendekati tahun ajaran baru, serta spanduk pun dipasang pada saat mendekati tahun ajaran baru. Peneliti, mengusulkan untuk membangun suatu sistem informasi berbasis web sehingga dapat mendukung dalam memperkenalkan Universitas Pramita Indonesia secara meluas kepada masyarakat. Berhubung dengan hal tersebut maka pada sistem informasi yang akan dibangun tentunya megkomputerisasikan sistem informasi yang berjalan, adapun membuat suatu informasi dengan berita-berita (News) dalam, maupun luar kampus secara online dan up to date, dan membuat informasi Event yang akan diselengarakan beserta registrasi secara online untuk event tersebut, untuk membuat fasilitas weblink dengan mengakses ke dalam web penerimaan mahasiswa Baru, portal alumni dan perpustakaan digital

No full textRapid technological developments in the current era of globalization have provided many benefits in progress in various aspects. Besides being used to process data and store computer data, it can also be used to support the application and utilization of information and communication technology. At this time in the Tangerang Al-Husna Vocational School the processing or scoring system of student grades has been running semi-computerized but is still limited by using Microsoft Excel. This will result if the student value data occurs unintentional changes will affect other data as well and can cause loss or problems in the student\u27s assessment recorded and stored in a conventional way. The purpose of this research is to change the student assessment system which is currently running semi-computerized into a system that is fully computerized, namely a web-based system and can be accessed online so that the value processing of students does not take a long time and is expected to run effectively and efficiently. The method used to analyze the problems in the research is by using the SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) while for the system design method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and for programming languages using PHP and MYSQL in making the database. With the implementation of this website-based system, it is expected to facilitate the student assessment process that can be done quickly and accurately.

Pada saat ini di SMK Al-Husna Kota Tangerang pengolahan atau sistem penilaian data nilai siswanya sudah berjalan semi terkomputerisasi tetapi masih terbatas dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini akan mengakibatkan jika data nilai siswa terjadi perubahan yang tidak disengaja akan mempengaruhi data yang lainnya juga dan dapat menimbulkan kehilangan atau masalah dalam penilaian siswa tersebut dicatat dan disimpan dengan cara yang konvensional. Adapun tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu mengubah sistem penilaian siswa yang saat ini berjalan secara semi terkomputerisasi menjadi sistem yang sepenuhnya dilakukan secara komputerisasi yaitu sebuah sistem yang berbasis web dan dapat diakses secara online sehingga proses pengolahan nilai siswa tidak memakan waktu yang lama dan diharapkan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa permasalahan dalam penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan metode SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) sedangkan untuk metode perancangan sistemnya menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan untuk bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP serta MYSQL dalam pembuatan databasenya. Dengan diterapkannya sistem yang berbasis website ini maka diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam proses penilaian siswa yang dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan akurat.

Garbage banks are commonly used to sort and recycle to become a useful value. But in practice, the transaction process and data flow in waste bank management is constrained by the absence of recording and storage efficiently and effectively so that the loss of data is very risky for the seller. Therefore an information system is needed to be able to accommodate every sales and visitor update so that the seller does not need to record it manually. In making this dashboard use the Yii Framework tool because this viewboard uses the website as a media for its appearance. This research was made using the method of analysis, planning, design and prototype, the design of the e-marketplace dashboard is intended as a container of information from the data available for each sales transaction, so that it will display accurate and up-to-date information and facilitate monitoring.Pada era industri 4.0 saat ini kemajuan teknologi sudah tidak dipungkiri, dengan banyaknya kebutuhan informasi dan data yang sangat cepat membutuhkan inovasi dalam menampilkan suatu data yang diolah menjadi suatu informasi yang akurat, cepat, kuantitatif dan relevan untuk menunjang suatu keputusan yang didapatkan oleh pengguna saat ini. Bank sampah sudah biasa digunakan untuk memilah dan mengdaur ulang untuk menjadi nilai yang berguna. Namun pada praktiknya , proses transaksi dan arus data dalam pengelolaan bank sampah terkendala tidak adanya pencatatan dan penyimpanan secara efisien dan efektif Sehingga kehilangan data sangat riskan untuk penjual. Oleh sebab itu sebuah sistem informasi dibutuhkan untuk dapat mengakomodasikan setiap update penjualan dan visitors agar penjual tidak perlu lagi mencatat secara manual. Dashboard ini dalam pembuatannya menggunakan tools Yii Framework karena viewboard ini menggunakan website sebagai media penampilannya. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode analisa, perencanaan, perancangan dan prototype, dibuatnya rancangan dashboard e-marketplace bertujuan sebagai wadah informasi dari data yang ada setiap transaksi penjualan, sehingga akan menampilkan informasi yang akurat dan terkini serta memudahkan dalam hal memonitoring
Perancangan Aplikasi Green Media Berbasis Smartphone Sebagai Sarana Media Education dan Entertainment Pada Perguruan Tinggi
Get PDFThe rapid development of technology in the current era where it has entered the era of disruptive 4.0 is felt very necessary for many people to get good information so that it adds insight and education, especially in the scope of Higher Education. No doubt the need for information facilities is a must. However, the background of the previous problems in the absence of a container of student creativity and achievement, resulting in a large number of talents possessed by students cannot be channeled properly, then a lack of appreciation of students regarding news about the achievements of the University. There are 3 Research Methods in this study including observation, and literature review. Then the development through the Green Media application which contains entertainment media content and education is a package that must be packaged properly, effectively and efficiently. With the aim of students being able to access the Green Media application by example listening to radio broadcasts, watching films of student works, and the latest news about Higher Education, besides that the next goal can be used as a place to promote student talent. So that with the existence of this research it is expected that students in Higher Education can find out about the latest achievements and creativity that are currently being achieved by Higher Education today.

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi pada era saat ini dimana sudah memasuki era disruptif 4.0 dirasa sangat diperlukan bagi banyak orang guna mendapatkan informasi yang baik sehingga menambah wawasan dan education terutama dalam lingkup Perguruan Tinggi. Tak ayal perlunya kebutuhan sarana informasi menjadi sebuah keharusan. Namun, latar belakang permasalahan sebelumnya tidak adanya sebuah wadah kreatifitas dan prestasi mahasiswa sehingga mengakibatkan banyaknya bakat yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa tidak dapat tersalurkan dengan baik, kemudian kurangnya apresiasi mahasiswa mengenai berita seputar prestasi yang telah diraih Perguruan Tinggi. Terdapat 3 Metode Penelitian pada penelitian ini diantaranya observasi, analisa SWOT, dan literature review. Maka perkembangan melalui aplikasi Green Media dimana berisi konten media entertainment dan education merupakan satu paket yang harus dikemas secara baik, efektif dan efisien. Dengan tujuan mahasiswa dapat mengakses aplikasi Green Media dengan contoh mendengarkan siaran radio, menyaksikan film karya-karya mahasiswa, dan berita terbaru seputar Perguruan Tinggi, Sehingga dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan, mahasiswa pada Perguruan Tinggi dapat mengetahui seputar prestasi dan kreatifitas terbaru apa saja yang sedang diraih oleh Perguruan Tinggi saat ini.

Evaluasi Performa Algoritma Decision Tree C4.5 Pada Dataset Bank Marketing Dengan Telepon Langsung
Get PDFMarketing is an activity to promote, sell and spearhead a company in running a business to get success. In this case marketing includes socialization activities and also advertising from a product to consumers, especially in the case of the Bank that markets time deposit products to customers by calling customers directly. So many ways can be developed to produce an effective marketing outcome. Therefore, the need for an evaluation of direct telephone marketing activities to determine the performance, knowledge and rule in the form of a decision tree from the marketing process. To obtain evaluation results, data mining testing classification is needed by using the Decision Tree C4.5 Algorithm. The Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm can change very large facts into decision trees that represent rules and accurately predict target classes using interrelated variables. So the evaluation results can be used as material for consideration by the bank in evaluating the success rate of marketing techniques by calling customers directly.

Dalam hal ini marketing mencakup kegiatan sosialisasi dan juga pengiklanan dari suatu produk ke konsumen, terutama pada kasus bank yang memasarkan produk deposito berjangka ke nasabah dengan cara menelpon langsung nasabah. Begitu banyak cara bisa dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan sebuah hasil marketing yang efektif. Karena itu, diperlukannya evaluasi dari kegiatan marketing melalui telepon langsung untuk menentukan performa, knowledge dan rule berupa pohon keputusan dari proses marketing tersebut. Untuk memperoleh hasil evaluasi, maka diperlukan pengujian data mining klasifikasi dengan menggunakan Algoritma Decision Tree C4.5. Algoritma Decision Tree C4.5 dapat mengubah fakta yang sangat besar menjadi pohon keputusan yang merepresentasikan aturan dan memprediksi kelas target secara akurat dengan menggunakan variabel-variabel yang saling terkait. Sehingga hasil evaluasi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pihak bank dalam mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan teknik marketing dengan menelpon langsung pelanggan.

Alat Pengukur Ketinggian Air Berbasis Microcontroller Sebagai Peringatan Banjir Dengan Notification
Get PDFUltrasonic sensor is a device that is often used in industrial companies. Ultrasonic sensor has a function as a detector and distance measuring. Ultrasonic sensor work is the sensor will emit ultrasonic waves on the surface and then catch it back, so the results obtained in accordance with the original state. Some car companies use this ultrasonic sensor on the car as a means to measure the distance so as not to collide with other vehicles. This sensor is very suitable for designing a water level gauge, because in addition to effective sensors also provide accurate results. From several experiments conducted, it was generated that ultrasonic sensors were quite effective in measuring at a distance of 1 cm - 300 cm. from the design of ultrasonic sensor-based water meter this results obtained will be displayed on the 16x2cm lcd screen as a giver of information and some led lights to provide restrictions of the height and buzzer as a warning sign that the maximum water level.

Sensor Ultrasonic memiliki fungsi sebagai pendeteksi dan pengukur jarak.cara kerja sensor ultrasonic adalah sensor akan memancarkan gelombang ultrasonic pada permukaan lalu menangkapnya kembali, sehingga hasil yang didapat sesuai dengan keadaan aslinya. Beberapa perusahaan mobil menggunakan sensor ultrasonic ini pada mobil sebagai alat untuk mengukur jarak agar tidak tabrakan dengan kendaraan lain. Sensor ini sangat cocok digunakan untuk merancang sebuah alat pengukur ketinggian air, karena selain efektif sensor ini juga memberikan hasil yang akurat. Dari beberapa percobaan yang dilakukan, dihasilkan bahwa sensor ultrasonic cukup efektif dalam pengukuran pada jarak 1 cm – 300 cm. dari perancangan alat pengukur ketinggian air berbasis sensor ultrasonic ini hasil yang didapat akan ditampilkan pada layar lcd 16x2cm sebagai pemberi informasi dan beberapa lampu led untuk memberikan batasan-batasan dari ketinggian tersebut serta buzzer sebagai tanda peringatan bahwa ketinggian air maksimal.

No full textTramtib yang berarti Ketentraman dan Ketertiban, atau yang sering dikenal dengan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP).Tramtib atau Satpol PP merupakan unsur pendukung tugas Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) dalam mengamankan dan melaksanakan kebijakan Pemkot yang bersifat khusus di bidang ketentraman dan ketertiban umum, dimana salah satu tugasnya adalah mentertibkan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL).
Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan mengenai Kinerja Tramtib dalam mentertibkan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, melalui wawancara dengan informan yang memiliki kaitan dengan Kinerja Tramtib di Kecamatan Ciledug.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Tramtib masih belum optimal, ini dibuktikan dengan adanya kenaikan jumlah Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kecamatan Ciledug dari tahun ke tahun.
