Dampak Penilaian Kinerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Perbankan
Masalah kepuasan kerja akan memberi dampak negatif bagi perusahaan karena dapat memicu terjadinya penurunan kinerja dan tingginya turnover. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karir dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini menemukan hasil pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini membatasi masalah pada persepsi karyawan tentang kegiatan penilian kinerja dan pengembangan karir yang berdampak pada kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan pada 91 orang pegawai tetap Bank bjb yang bekerja di Kanwil se-regional IV Banten dan telah bekerja minimal 3 tahun dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembagian kuesioner yang selanjutnya di analisa menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir, 3) Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja
Employee Performance Improvement Through Competence and Organizational Culture with Work Motivation as A Mediation Variable
The performance of employees in government organizations must constantly be improved based on their function as public servants so that government organizations will be able to provide the best service to the needs of the public. This study aimed to examine the effect of competence, organizational culture, and work motivation on improving employee performance. The novelty in this research is that no previous research has been found that discusses improving employee performance through the influence of competence, organizational culture, and work motivation on employees’ section of Bina Marga. The limitation in this study is only to analyze the magnitude of the influence of competence, organizational culture, and work motivation on the employee performance section in Bina Marga. The method used in this study is quantitative. The population and sample of this study were all employees in the Highways Sector as many as 40 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 10. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients. The result of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between competence on work motivation. Competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation does not affect employee performance
The Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance
Currently, many construction companies offer construction services for Pile Foundation work and Bored Pile or Struss Pile for Buildings, Bridges, BTS Towers, Residential Houses, Shophouses, Hotels and the like using the Bored Pile or Strauss Pile method. The problem that exists is because of the influence of employee performance on construction where there are still some employees who are not satisfied with the leadership. This study aims to determine the effect of influence on employee performance and to see the influence of Organizational Culture on employee performance. This study tested three hypotheses with data sources originating from respondents from PT. Queen of the Great Foundation. Information, primary and secondary data in this study were only obtained from PT. Queen of the Great Foundation. The population and sample of this study were all employees of PT. The Great Foundation Queen of various divisions that opened 90 people. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The data collection technique used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research used the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. This study shows that 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Culture, 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance
Media Video Sebagai Penunjang Promosi Pada Days Hotel & Suites Tangerang
In the era of modernization, promotional media in the form of videos as a place to get information easily and quickly. Currently, video media can meet the needs of the wider community in presenting information and promotions that are more attractive and interactive. Days Hotel & Suites Tangerang, is a 4 (four) star hotel, which is located at Jalan Pembangunan 3 No.17 Karang Anyar, Kec. Neglasari, Tangerang City, Banten. The problem is that the previous promotional media only used print media such as brochures, magazines, flyers, online travel agents, simple slide shows via LCD, incomplete and updated information. The methodology used in this research includes: data collection, SWOT analysis, media design using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 software, Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 and Media Production Concept (KPM) which consists of Pre Production, Production and Post Production. . This study aims to assist Days Hotel & Suites Tangerang in conveying information about the profile, facilities, services and advantages that are owned, effectively attracting and informative to the public so that through this promotional video, it can increase the number of visitors to stay or organize events at the hotel and be known. wide community.

Days Hotel & Suites Tangerang, merupakan Hotel berbintang 4 (empat), yang berlokasi di Jalan Pembangunan 3 No.17 Karang Anyar, Kec. Neglasari, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Permasalahannya yaitu, media promosi sebelumnya hanya menggunakan media cetak seperti brosur, majalah, flyer, online travel agent, tampilan slide show melalui LCD secara sederhana, kurang lengkap dan update informasinya. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya : pengumpulan data, analisis SWOT, Perancangan media menggunakan software Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017, Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, Adobe Ilustrator CC 2015 dan Konsep Produksi Media (KPM) yang terdiri dari Pra Produksi, Produksi dan Pasca Produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Days Hotel & Suites Tangerang dalam menyampaikan informasi mengenai profil, fasilitas, pelayanan dan keunggulan yang dimiliki , secara efektif menarik dan informatif kepada masyarakat agar melalui video promosi ini, dapat meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung untuk menginap atau menyelenggarakan event dihotel tersebut dan dikenal masyarakat luas.

IMPLEMENTASI PERWAL NOMOR 29 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG SANKSI PELANGGARAN PSBB DI LUAR RUMAH (PASAL 4) DAN DI TEMPAT KERJA (PASAL 6) (Studi Kasus: Kecamatan Cibodas Kota Tangerang)
Penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di Kota Tangerang merupakan cara paling ampuh untuk memutus penularan pandemi Covid 19. Peraturan yang mengatur tentang PSBB tersebut adalah Peraturan Walikota Nomor 29 Tahun 2020 tentang pengenaan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran pelaksanaan PSBB dalam penanganan Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian implementasi Perwal Nomor 29 Tahun 2020 dalam mengatasi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan dari bulan Mei hingga bulan Oktober 2020. Data diambil dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Penerapan kebijakan PSBB di Kecamatan Cibodas sudah cukup efektif terutama dengan sejak ditetapkan PSBB, kasus Covid-19 mengalami penurunan dari 544 orang menjadi 492 orang. Adapun penerapan PSBB terhadap aktivitas di luar rumah dan juga di tempat kerja di Kecamatan Cibodas sudah sesuai berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 29 Tahun 2020 Pasal 4 dan 6
PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PT. INDORACK MULTIKREASI TANGERANG (Studi kasus pada Divisi Warehouse)
ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect intended overall and partial between culture organizations, employee job satisfaction and commitment to the PT. Indorack Multikreasi. Methods used in this research is by distributing questionnaires to employees is using a Likert scale, respondents who used as many as 65 employees, using SPSS 20 software programs, data analysis performed using validity, reliability and correlation of multiple linear regression. Sampling techniques were obtained from a sample of 65 respondents, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Cultural organizations significant effect on organizations commitment; (2) Job satisfaction significantly influence organizatins commitment; (3) Organization culture and job satisfaction significantly influence organizations commitment

ABSTRAK : Persoalan Budaya Organisasi yang menjadi latar belakang penelitan ini, dan tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara menyeluruh dan parsial antara budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja karyawan maupun komitmen organisasi pada PT. Indorack Multikreasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada Karyawan yaitu menggunakan skala likert, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 65 karyawan, menggunakan program software SPSS 20, analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Teknik sampling yang diperoleh dari sampel sebanyak 65 responden, teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (3) Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi

The Role of Religiosity as a Mediating Variable in the Relationship between Online Transactions and Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Islamic Banking
This study aims to determine the role of religiosity as mediation in the relationship between online transactions and customer satisfaction and loyalty in Sharia banking in the Jakarta area. The population of this research is all sharia banking customers in Jakarta. The number of samples in this study was 175 Sharia banking customers in Jakarta by sampling purposive sampling method. The data processing method used is Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed: 1) there is no effect of failure on the experience of online transactions in Sharia banking; 2) there is an effect of service recovery on the customer experience of online transactions in Sharia banking; 3) there is an influence of customer experience on customer satisfaction in online transactions in Sharia banking; 4) there is an effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty using online transactions in Sharia banking; 5) customer religiosity moderates between customer experience to satisfaction using online transactions; 6) Customer religiosity moderates the satisfaction of customer loyalty using online transactions in Sharia banking
Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi
Kinerja karyawan merupakan kunci sukses dari keberhasilan perusahaan, maka dari itu karyawan dituntut profesional, integritas serta produktif dalam pencapaian kerjanya. Agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai secara efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Keterbaharuan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi di Serang. Batasan dalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 10 poin dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 40 buah untuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur. Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi temuan membuktikan bahwa kedisiplinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung pengaruhnya melalui motivas
Decision-Making Techniques using LSTM on Antam Mining Shares before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia
Stocks, apart from having volatile and chaotic characteristics, also have various kinds of noise, non-linear and non-stationary movements, making them difficult to predict accurately. Therefore, the risk of investing in stocks depends on the skills of investors or traders in making judgments and decisions. This study aims to use Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) as a decision-making technique with historical stock prices as the sole predictor, then implement it in conditions before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study results concluded that Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) could be used as a decision-making technique in conditions before and during the COVID-19 pandemic with historical price inputs as the sole predictor. Based on the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: The LSTM model can predict stock prices well using historical stock prices as the sole predictor. The LSTM model can be used as a trading decision-making technique for day traders. The risk of stock prediction using the LSTM method in 2019 before the COVID pandemic was proven to be lower than in 2020 during the COVID pandemic. For further research, researchers can conduct more in-depth research on the risk criteria for making trading decisions as an essential reference that can be used to select the LSTM model
PENGARUH PERENCANAAN PAJAK, BOARD SIZE DAN DEBT TO EQUITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (PADA SEKTOR TEXTILE DAN GARMEN TERDAFTAR DI BEI 2015-2019 )
Nilai perusahaan merupakan persepsi para investor terhadap tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan yang sering dikaitkan dengan harga saham Perencanaan pajak, boards size dan DER diduga sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi secara langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis path dengan model Partial Least Square (PLS). Sampel yang dapat diamati yaitu sebesar 97 unit selama lima tahun penelitian. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa perencanaan pajak, boards size, DER tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan
