Get PDFThe correspondence system is one of the factors that influence the management of letters in the SKK Migas Supply Chain Management Division, so it is very necessary to manage the letter better, faster, and easily. This Information System can reduce so much use of time in archiving letters and dispositions, reduce paper use, reduce the possibility of errors in recording, speed up the search process of the letter, facilitate the control of disposition of letters, and easy to use. This system also eases the process of data communication between sections and makes reports that are always updated and can be seen in the monthly and annually reports. The Incoming Mail Information System is created using tools such as PHPMyAdmin, MySQL as a database and Xampp as the server.Sistem tata persuratan menjadi salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh dalam pengelolaan surat pada Divisi Pengelolaan Rantai Suplai SKK Migas, sehingga sangat diharapkan proses pengelolaan surat dapat dilakukan dengan lebih baik, cepat, dan mudah. Sistem informasi surat masuk dapat mengurangi penggunaan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pengarsipan surat dan disposisi, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, memperkecil kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan, mempercepat proses pencarian surat, memudahkan pengontrolan disposisi surat, serta mudah dalam penggunaan. Sistem informasi ini juga memudahkan proses komunikasi data antar bagian serta pembuatan laporan yang selalu diupdate dan bisa dilihat berdasarkan laporan bulanan maupun tahunan. Kota Purwakarta tidak hanya melakukan pembangunan fisik di infrastruktur, Namun telah pula membangun mindset masyarakat Purwakarta untuk lebih mencintai kearifan lokal dan melestarikan budaya Sunda dengan mengedepankan nilai-nilai Sunda. Nilai-nilai leluhur budaya Sunda dijadikan spirit membangun kota Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Informan yang dipilih merupakan orang yang benar-benar mengetahui permasalahan yang akan diteliti dengan metode triangulasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) kepemimpinan yang berbasis kearifan lokal budaya Sunda ini dapat diterima dan didukung oleh sebagian besar mayoritas masyarakat Kabupaten Purwakarta. (2) Di Kepemimpinannya terjadi dinamika yang menimbulkan polemik dan pro-kontra di masyarakat, Namun dinamika yang timbul dapat diselesaikan dengan baik dengan cara berkomunikasi dan diadakan forum-forum komunikasi

So that management systems are needed in order to be able to do the process of managing employee recruitment to be faster, more precise, effective, and efficient. This research uses a research methodology that is structured system management through UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the final results achieved from writing this scientific journal are by implementing a web-based system for PT. The learning process in this subject is the lecturer conveying the theories and concepts of the microcontroller interface by illustrating the concept only on the board. Of course, for some students who do not understand the concept of a microcontroller, it will be difficult to understand the material being taught. This study uses the design method then the method of observation and observation regarding the learning process in the interfacing course and interviewing several students about their understanding of the material being taught. This trainer will later be used as a student practicum tool to apply interfacing material to the Internet of Things-based microcontroller and its components directly along with programming techniques so that students who use this trainer in interfacing courses will get a theoretical understanding and its application to the microcontroller.Mata kuliah embeded system pada jurusan teknik informatika terdapat materi yang diajarkan berupa teknik interfacing mikrokontroler yang menggunakan tiga jenis protokol interface pada mikrokontroler komunikasi mikrokontroler peripheral yang dapat diprogram, dan di desain khusus untuk embedded system. Tentunya bagi sebagian mahasiswa yang belum mengerti konsep mikrokontroler akan sulit memahami materi yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perancangan kemudian metode observasi dan pengamatan mengenai proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah interfacing serta mewawancarai beberapa mahasiswa mengenai pemahamannya pada materi yang diajarkan. No full textThis study is based on the problems in the case study of PT INOVATIF TEKNIK MESINDO namely the increase in the number of customers that are not followed by the renewal of the customer data management system makes the existing performance ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build an information system regarding the matter concerned with the customer so as to facilitate the company in reading the desires and habits of the customer through activities that occur in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and can make a decision to improve quality and company quantity. In this study there are 3 (three) main problems, 5 (five) research objectives, 4 (four) research benefits. Also explained the relevant data collection methods including the observation method, UML (Unified Modelling Language) to describe the running system and the design of the prototype to be built.

Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi mengenai hal yang bersangkutan dengan pelanggan supaya memudahkan perusahaan dalam membaca keinginan dan kebiasaan pelanggan melalui aktifitas yang terjadi pada sistem CRM (Customer Relationship Management) serta dapat mengambil suatu keputusan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 (tiga) pokok permasalahan, 5 (lima) tujuan penelitian, 4 (empat) manfaat penelitian. Dijelaskan pula mengenai metode pengumpulan data yang relevan diantaranya yaitu metode observasi, UML (Unified Modelling Language) untuk mendeskripsikan sistem yang berjalan serta rancangan prototipe yang akan dibangun.

QRcode Verifikasi Sertifikat Sebagai Bukti Keabsahan Dokumen dalam Bidang Pendidikan
Get PDFThe falsification of certificates or documents is running rampant in Indonesia, especially in urban areas. The lack of public knowledge about the authenticity of a document and the difficulty of verifying documents are the main factors in the fraud of this document forgery. The purpose of this document verification system research is to facilitate the public in verifying documents and minimizing the falsification of duplicate or modification documents, and reducing the number of certificate and document fraud. The application is designed based on web and mobile apps (Android & IOS), making it easier to use and develop. This research uses data collection research methods which include observation, interviews, and literature study. Interviews were carried out in a socialization manner to the public so that they could find out to what extent their knowledge of cases of forgery of this document, while to analyze the system using the SWOT analysis method and blackbox testing. This verification system is really needed by the community and government, so that in the creation of web applications and mobile apps it is designed in such a way that it can produce applications that are user friendly, innovative, creative, and informative. The research results are also directed to obtain the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), both in the form of Copyright and Industrial Property Rights.

Aplikasi yang dirancang berbasis web dan mobile apps (android & IOS), sehingga memudahkan dalam pemakaian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengumpulan data yang diantaranya observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Wawancara dilakukan secara sosialisasi pada masyarakat sehingga dapat mengetahui sampai dimana pengetahuan mereka tentang kasus pemalsuan dokumen ini. sedangkan untuk menganalisa sistem menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan blackbox testing. Sistem verifikasi ini sangat dibutuhkan dibidang pendidikan, sehingga dalam penciptaan aplikasi web dan mobile apps ini dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang user friendly, inovatif, kreatif, dan informatif. Hasil penelitian juga diarahkan untuk memperoleh perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI), baik berupa Hak Cipta maupun Hak Kekayaan Industri (Paten, Desain Industri, Desain Tata Letak Sirkuit Terpadu, Merek, Rahasia Dagang dan Perlindungan Varietas Tanaman).
