Analysis of the influence of corporate governance on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia 2016 - 2021
The reason of the cases is to analyze the impacts of ICG (Islamic Corporate Administration) on the monetary execution of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia amid the period of 2017 to 2022 .The population for this study is made up of 15 Islamic Commercial Banks registered with OJK, and a purposive sampling technique is used to choose seven samples. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method by conducting simple regression tests to evaluate the partial impact of ICG regarding the financial results of Islamic banks. The Return on Assets (ROA) proxies the financial performance in this study. Banking in Indonesia is defined by Law No. 10 of 1998 as a business institution that gathers funds in the form of savings from the community and distributes them into financing and other activities that aim to improve the community\u27s welfare. Islamic banks are one of the two types of banking in Indonesia, and they operate based on Shariah principles. The operation of Shariah banking is supported by Law No. 21 of 2008. In recent years, the number of Islamic banks in Indonesia has grown significantly, with a rise in the number of offices, banks, and assets. The research findings demonstrate that ICG very continuous, partially positive results for the Islamic commercial banking sector in Indonesia from 2017 to 2022. Integrating Islamic Corporate Governance principles into Corporate Governance principles shares the same objectives, including transparency and accountability. As a result, Additional exploration is recommended to examine alternative independent variables that could potentially impact the money related execution of Islamic commercial banks. The APTISI website is designed using the WordPress CMS (Content Management System). WordPress is an open system software and designed by the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This study is aim to develop a website by increasing the credibility of the association. In order to improve the statistics on website visits, it is necessary to have innovation and creativity in viewing and posting news on the website. The APTISI website make use of probability calculations and statistical data using a monitoring tool called statcounter. This tool functions to count the number of visitors based on unique visits which can be seen in the statistics column. The Effect Of Service Quality, Product Quality, And Chatime Product Promotion On Customer Satisfaction (Case Study Of Chatime Customers In The Central Jakarta Region)
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and promotion of Chatime products on customer satisfaction (a case study of Chatime customers in the Central Jakarta Region). The population in this study are all Chatime customers who make direct purchases at outlets. The sample in this study was taken by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique as many as 185 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was through an online questionnaire—data processing using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (4) service quality, product quality, and promotion have a simultaneous positive, and significant effect on Chatime customer satisfaction in the Central Jakarta area; (5) the variable that has a dominant influence on Chatime customer satisfaction in the Central Jakarta area is the promotion variable
Analysis of Lifestyle and Consumer Attitude Towards Intention to Purchase a Personal Car During Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic is a new virus that allegedly originated in Wuhan, China, in 2019. This COVID-19 has spread rapidly, disrupting all sectors of life in various countries. The Covid-19 pandemic also impacted Indonesia\u27s economic decline in 2020 and triggered the acceleration of the world recession. The policy of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and regional quarantine significantly impacted the delay in the distribution of goods, which resulted in employee housing and even layoffs. The fear of contracting COVID-19 triggers the intensity of the use of private vehicles as well as the intention to own a car. Lifestyle changes in traveling, especially the choice of the private car, are also influenced by the primary destination and distance traveled during the pandemic. But the economic pressure of the impact of the pandemic has become a substantial perception control that holds back the realization of intention to make a personal vehicle purchase decision. Although there has been an increase in the frequency of private vehicle use during the pandemic, in reality, the increase has not impacted private car sales. This is caused by the purchasing power of consumers, who are still hampered because of the pandemic. The government itself is aware that the automotive industry is an industry that has a significant contribution to 20 percent of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbs 1.5 million workers. Financial Management of Indonesian Hajj Against the Yield by Using a Dynamics System Model
This research aims to analyze the financial management of Indonesian hajj on yield using a dynamic system model and determine and simulate the return obtained with the expenditure so that the hajj funds remain safe. In addition, the purpose of this research is to provide input on policy strategies to the BPKH in increasing hajj financial yields. The method used in this research is dynamic systems modeling. The resulting model structure formulation is illustrated by a causal loop diagram and a stock-flow diagram. The results obtained were then simulated, and model validation was carried out using AME and AVE. Operational data used in this study uses time-series data. This study\u27s population or several samples are annual historical data during the research period. In modeling the dynamic system of hajj financial management on yield, it is divided into 2 (two) sub-models, namely the economic sub-model and the social sub-model. Meanwhile, to find out and simulate the yield obtained with the yield expenditure, 3 (three) scenarios were made, namely the existing, moderate, and optimistic scenarios. From the simulation results, it can be seen that making changes to portfolio policies with an optimistic scheme in the form of placements in Islamic Banks with a maximum of 20% and 80% investment and increasing the initial deposits of pilgrims from IDR 25 million to IDR 30 million in 2022 is a government policy intervention that produces optimal yield
Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in Indonesia to Increase the Significant Impact of Management Control Systems
To improve the Management Control Systems, an accidental sampling (non-probability sampling) method is used to apply Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Export and import service companies in the Jakarta Capital City area became the population in this study, with the total sample used is 100 respondents. 3 (three) variables that are the primary key of this research are Management Control System (X1) is an independent variable, and ERP implementation (Y) is classified as a related variable. The results obtained after this study\u27s test indicate that ERP implementation (Y) is significantly influenced by the Management Control System (X1). There are several compromises in implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in Indonesia. These factors exist in both the manufacturing and service industries. These have been identified as staffing issues where users do not understand how to use the ERP system. This lack of understanding leads to the implementation of non-optimized ERP due to the lack of education and learning about system usage and operational know-how. ERP is an evolution of Enterprise Resource Planning II (MRP II), a further development of Material Requirements Planning (MRP). ERP includes a warehouse management package as a first step, which is the supply control used in manufacturing or servicing products. The second phase of material requirements planning is the ERP route. In addition, the third phase of MRPII was the development of closed-loop MRP. Blockchain Based Certificate Verification System Management
One of the key responsibilities of the Public Key Infrastructure is revocation management. Additionally, the security of any Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) depends on it. Today\u27s revocation methods are susceptible to a single point of failure when network traffic rises due to the growth in the quantity and size of networks as well as the adoption of new paradigms like the Internet of Things and the use of the web. The author uses the strength and resiliency of blockchain to overcome these issues and present a productive decentralized certificate revocation management and status verification system. The author adds a field that specifies which distribution point the certificate will belong to in the event that it is revoked using the certificate structure extension field. Then, the author carries out a thorough assessment of our plan using performance indicators like execution time and data consumption to show that it can fulfill the demands with high effectiveness and little expense. Additionally, the author contrasts the effectiveness of our strategy with two of the most widely-used revocation approaches, namely the Certificate Revocation List and the Online Certificate Status Protocol. Perancangan Sistem Pencegahan Pencurian Kendaraan Bermotor Berbasis ESP32 pada PT. Suwarna Dwipa Maju
The rise of acts of thievery among users of two-wheeled vehicles has become a problem for motorists. According to the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the 2020 Criminal Statistics report, the crime of motor vehicle theft without the use of violence in 2019 was 80,450 incidents and the crime of motor vehicle theft with the use of violence was 7,321 incidents. Apart from the loss of a vehicle, sometimes burglary can result in motorists being injured and not a few losing their lives. Currently, two-wheeled vehicles are generally not equipped with a smart key that can function as a circuit breaker and a tool for monitoring the vehicle\u27s position. This is because the implementation of the system costs money and only applies to luxury two-wheeled vehicles. For this reason, an additional safety device is needed to increase the safety of the motorized vehicle. The design of this ESP32-based motor vehicle security system implements a smart key using the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connection owned by ESP32 with the BLE device (Smartband, iTAG), GPS (Global Positioning System) Ublox Neo 6M to monitor the vehicle\u27s position , 800L SIM for internet connection to database, 5V DC Relay for connecting/disconnecting motor vehicle ignition lines, Tactile Switch for sending emergency SMS and LM 2596 stepdown as a voltage reducer from 12V to 3.7V battery for power supply from the ESP32 itself.Maraknya aksi pembegalan di kalangan pengguna kendaraan bermotor, menjadi sebuah masalah bagi pengendara. Data yang diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia diinformasikan bahwa laporan Statistik Kriminal 2020, mencatat bahwa kejahatan dengan pencurian kendaraan bermotor tanpa penggunaan kekerasan pada tahun 2019 adalah sebanyak 80.450 kejadian dan kejahatan pencurian kendaraan bermotor dengan penggunaan kekerasan sebanyak 7.321 kejadian. Selain dari hilangnya kendaraan, terkadang pembegalan dapat mengakibatkan pengendara terluka dan tidak sedikit yang kehilangan nyawa. Saat ini kendaraan roda dua pada umumnya belum dilengkapi dengan kunci pintar (smartkey) yang dapat berfungsi sebagai pemutus arus dan alat untuk memantau (monitoring) posisi kendaraan. Hal Ini dikarenakan implementasi sistem tersebut memerlukan biaya dan hanya terhadap pada kendaraan roda dua yang terbilang mewah. Dalam perancangan sistem ini, penulis melakukan kegiatan observasi dan literature study, sehingga dapat memberikan Batasan dan harapan dari sistem ini, dan hasilnya adalah diperlukan sebuah perangkat pengaman tambahan untuk meningkatkan keamanan dari kendaraan bermotor tersebut. Perancangan sistem keamanan kendaraan bermotor berbasis ESP32 ini mengimplementasikan kunci pintar (smartkey) dengan menggunakan koneksi BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) yang dimiliki oleh ESP32 dengan perangkat BLE device (Smartband, iTAG), GPS (Global Positioning System) Ublox Neo 6M untuk memantau posisi kendaraan, SIM 800L untuk koneksi internet ke database, Relay 5V DC untuk menghubungkan/memutus koneksi jalur pengapian kendaraan bermotor, Tactile Switch untuk mengirimkan SMS darurat serta stepdown LM 2596 sebagai penurun tegangan dari Baterai Aki 12V ke 3.7V untuk power supply dari ESP32 itu sendiri
