Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Keharmonisan, Keluarga dan Kualitas Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja pada Karyawan SMA Batik Surakarta
Stres kerja berpengaruh besar dalam kelancaran untuk mencapai tujuan karyawan, ketika karyawan mengalami stres maka akan membuat karyawan berpikir negatif dan mengganggu karyawan saat berlangsungnya proses bekerja. Penelitian ini mencoba meneliti korelasi kecerdasan emosional, keharmonisan keluarga, dan kualitas lingkungan kerja dengan stres kerja pada karyawan sma batik surakarta. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 131 karyawan SMA Batik Surakarta. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan SPSS, di dapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja, namun keharmonisan keluarga dan kualitas lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Namun begitu, kecerdasan emosional, keharmonisan keluarga, dan kualitas lingkungan kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja
Evaluating Organizational Performance Using SmartPLS: A Management Perspective

Evaluation of organizational performance plays an important role in modern management. This research integrates the management perspective with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS. Through keywords such as leadership, organizational culture, employee motivation, and other variables, this study identifies key factors that affect organizational performance. The results provide an in-depth view of how organizational management can influence and improve their performance. Enhancing Organizational Efficiency through the Integration of Artificial Intelligence in Management Information Systems
This research delves into AI\u27s role in enhancing Management Information Systems for organizational efficiency. It employs cross-sector case studies to showcase AI\u27s potential in automating tasks, offering predictive insights from historical data, and bolstering decision-making. While AI promises substantial benefits, it also poses technical and ethical challenges during implementation. AI integration emerges as a game-changer, liberating organizations from mundane tasks through automation. Predictive analytics empowers firms to foresee trends, fostering a competitive edge in decision-making. Yet, obstacles include algorithm compatibility with existing systems and the demand for heightened technical proficiency. Ethical considerations loom large, demanding robust privacy and fairness guidelines in AI data usage. This research underscores the importance of employee AI training and multidisciplinary teams for tackling technical hurdles. Ethical principles should permeate AI development and utilization. The study recommends a three-fold strategy: First, prioritize employee AI training for seamless adoption. Second, establish cross-disciplinary teams to navigate technical complexities. Third, embed ethics in every AI facet to maintain trust. Pengelompokan Laras Suara Berdasarkan Pepatutan Atau Pathet Gamelan Bali Menggunakan Klasifikasi K-Nearest Neighbor Dan Support Vector Machine
Gamelan is an orchestra consisting of instruments made of stone, wood, bamboo, iron, bronze, leather, strings and others using pelog and slendro barrels, and has 7 pepatutan or pathet namely; (1) pathet selisir, (2) pathet panji, (3) pathet tembung (4) pathet sunaren, (5) pathet baro, (6) pathet pengenter, dan (7) pathet malat, each pepatutan or pathet has special characteristics with the rules for how to play it in each Balinese Gamelan group. Along with the development of the era, there is a transition in the way of teaching in the past and now that is different, so that today\u27s children only know the order in which the gamelan blades are struck, not the barrel of the gamelan sound. Therefore, the author wants to build a system that can classify sound tunings into 7 pepatuans or pathets contained in the Balinese Gamelan. This system will be designed and built based on the appropriate grouping or pathet obtained using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and Support Vector Machine. Based on the test results, the KNN algorithm gives more effective results in grouping sound barrels with a percentage accuracy rate of 100%, while the SVM algorithm gives an accuracy percentage of 74.29%. Testing of the time required in the classification process also shows that KNN provides a faster processing time of 0.14388 seconds compared to SVM, which is 0.17642 seconds. KNN gives better results because, in principle, K-NN chooses the nearest neighbor which uses the distance parameter, namely the Euclidean distance, which is very suitable for use in determining the shortest distance between two data.Gamelan merupakan sebuah orkestra yang terdiri dari instrumental yang terbuat dari batu, kayu, bambu, besi, perunggu, kulit, dawai dan lain-lainnya dengan menggunakan laras pelog dan slendro, dan memiliki 7 pepatutan atau pathet yakni; (1) pathet selisir, (2) pathet panji, (3) pathet tembung (4) pathet sunaren, (5) pathet baro, (6) pathet pengenter, dan (7) pathet malat, setiap pepatutan atau pathet memiliki ciri khusus dengan aturan – aturan cara memainkanya pada setiap kelompok Gamelan Bali. Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, adanya transisi cara mengajar jaman dulu dan sekarang yang berbeda sehingga anak jaman sekarang hanya mengetahui urutan bilah gamelan yang mana dipukul bukan laras suara gamelannya. Maka dari itu penulis ingin membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat mengelompokan laras suara ke dalam 7 pepatutan atau pathet yang terdapat di dalam Gamelan Bali. Sistem ini akan dirancang dan dibangun berdasarkan pengelompokkan pepatutan atau pathet yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dan Support Vector Machine. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian algoritma KNN memberikan hasil yang lebih efektif dalam melakukan pengelompokan laras suara dengan hasil persentase tingkat akurasi mencapai 100% sedangkan untuk algoritma SVM memberikan hasil persentase tingkat akurasi sebesar 74,29%. Pengujian dari waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses klasifikasi juga menunjukan bahwa KNN memberikan waktu pengolahan yang lebih cepat yaitu 0,14388 detik dibandingkan dengan SVM yaitu 0.17642 detik. KNN memberikan hasil yang lebih baik karena pada prinsipnya K-NN memilih tetangga terdekat dimana menggunakan parameter jarak yaitu Euclidean distance yang sangat cocok untuk digunakan dalam menentukan jarak terdekat antar dua data
How Job Insecurity Affects Organizational Commitments Through Job Satisfaction
Work productivity can be optimal if the human resources have high organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediation carried out by employees of PT. Pelangi Elasindo. This study uses a type of causal research. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 208 employees and data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that there is an influence between job insecurity on job satisfaction and Job Insecurity on organizational commitment. While job satisfaction has no effect on organizational commitment, there is no evidence of a mediating effect between job insecurity and organizational commitment. From the results obtained, it can be seen that job insecurity plays an important role in job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study has implications for management to reduce job insecurity and strengthen employee commitment
Model E-Commerce Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing UMKM Dalam Ekosistem Kewirausahaan Digital di Sulawesi Utara
Ekonomi digital mendatangkan peluang dan potensi yang sangat besar untuk dimanfaatkan, salah satunya yaitu potensi pertumbuhan pekerjaan yang layak. Pembatasan mobilisasi massa ketika terjadi pandemi telah menghambat sejumlah kegiatan ekonomi potensial seperti UMKM, namun pertumbuhan ekonomi masih dapat ditopang oleh ekonomi digital, salah satunya melalui e-commerce. Untuk menghadapi tantangan sekaligus peluang yang datang bersamaan dengan hadirnya ekonomi digital dan situasi pandemi, sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk memahami kondisi lingkungan dan ekosistem yang ada, dimana suatu konsep ekosistem kewirausahaan digital telah menjadi keniscayaan bagi keberadaan UMKM sekarang ini. Dalam penelitian ini telah dikembangkan suatu model dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan e-commerce oleh UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing usahanya dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan digital di Sulawesi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di Sulawesi Utara yang menjadi responden penelitian menyatakan bahwa model yang dikembangkan tersebut mudah digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaku UMKM yang ada di Sulawesi Utara. Selanjutnya dilakukan kajian mengenai keberadaan platform e-commerce tersebut dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan digital yang dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa aspek yaitu: infrastruktur teknologi digital, kewarganegaraan pengguna digital, platform multi-sisi digital, dan kewirausahaan teknologi digital
Pengoptimalan Performa Database Pada Proses Transformasi Data Pada SQL Server: Optimizing Database Performance in the Data Transformation Process in SQL Server
A database itself is generally a collection of data stored systematically on a computer that can be processed or manipulated using software (application programs) to produce information. Defining a database includes specifications in the form of data types, data structures and also limitations on the data to be stored. One tool that is often used is SQL Server. Data processing itself takes a lot of time through various stages. During the data processing stage there is something called data transformation and data transfer. Which means data is sent from process A to Process B and changed. In this case, it is not information from data, but what is changed is not the content or value contained in it, but changes it into a form of information that can be easily received and read by readers of the information. In the transformation and transfer process, there were several obstacles experienced. What often happens is a matter of time. Time refers to the speed of the data process itself. Because if each process has a very slow speed it will take a lot of time, even though there are still many other processes that have to run. In this research, the techniques of Indexing, Temporary Table and a combination of the two were used. In order to get results which one is faster to use. This research uses the True Experiment Design method with a repeated measurement design. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Layanan Fine Dining untuk Meningkatkan Customer Experience dan Influence Satisfaction: Utilization of Fine Dining Service Technology to Improve Customer Experience and Influence Satisfaction
The restaurant industry is a business that is popular among the public, because it promises large profit potential. One of the classifications in the restaurant industry is upscale restaurants, which are the type of restaurant that has the highest level of service. Fine dining restaurants are a type of restaurant that is included in the upscale restaurant category. Even though fine dining restaurants are included in the niche market category which has few competitors, there are quite a lot of fine dining restaurants in Jakarta & Bali. Therefore, fine dining restaurants need to present something different for their consumers. In Jakarta & Bali, a fine dining restaurant has introduced a distinctive dining experience by integrating three-dimensional visual technology and digital mapping in its Le Petit Chef program. Through the concept offered by Le Petit Chef, it provides a new touch to the culinary world, especially in Indonesia because this concept is something that has not existed before. In order to be able to face increasingly fierce competition. By providing this unique experience, researchers are interested in examining what Customer Experience factors can have an influence on Customer Satisfaction. This research aims to have an impact on customer experience at Le Petit Chef in Jakarta & Bali which involves aspects of product quality, price and service quality on the level of Customer Satisfaction. In achieving this goal, the research focus will be placed on three main aspects: (1) the influence of the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction, (2) the influence of the impact of price on the level of customer satisfaction, and (3) the influence of the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, utilizing secondary data. The population used in this research is all reviews on the Google Review and Tripadvisor platforms for Le Petit Chef restaurants in Jakarta & Bali, namely 115 reviews, with a sample size of 17 reviews. Sampling was carried out using the Probability sampling method. Data collection involved two sources from TripAdvisor and Google Reviews as sources to extract customer perceptions of the Le Petit Chef Jakarta & Bali restaurant. The discussion data will then be explained in more depth as to whether there are aspects such as food, price and service in the review. So that it can produce a conclusion regarding the impact of these aspects on the level of customer satisfaction. Pengaruh Kepercayaan Dan Minat Repurchase Terhadap Perilaku Konsumen Dalam Berbelanja Di E-Commerce Kota Batam
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Online Trust dan Repurchase Intention terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam Belanja Online di E-Commerce. Studi ini menyelidiki lima faktor; Risiko yang Dirasakan, Kegunaan yang Dirasakan, Tampilan Situs Web, Promosi Online, dan Keamanan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan disebarluaskan melalui media sosial online. Penelitian ini menggunakan 356 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Risk, Tampilan Website, Keamanan, dan Promosi Online memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Online. Perceived Usefulness memiliki efek negatif pada Kepercayaan Online. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, Tampilan Website, Keamanan, dan Promosi Online berpengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention. Terakhir, Kepercayaan Online mempengaruhi Niat Pembelian Kembali di E-Commerce.

Analisis Dalam Iklan Ramadan IM3 Ooredoo : Bulan Yang Baik
Pandemi di Indonesia membuat masyarakat tidak dapat mudik atau pulang kampung selepas Ramadan. Di Indonesia, perayaan Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri yang identik dengan mudik menjadi perhatian dari pemerintah dengan keluarnya peraturan larangan mudik untuk mengurangi tingkat penyebaran COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan keluarga, tradisi sungkeman dan silaturahmi dalam iklan Ramadhan IM3 Ooredoo \u27Bulan Yang Baik\u27 bagi masyarakat Indonesia, dan untuk mengetahui makna kreatif dari iklan \u27Bulan Yang Baik\u27. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan analisis isi (content analysis). Kesimpulan dari analisis iklan IM3 Ooredo ini yaitu sejauh apapun jarak tak menjadi halangan untuk tetap terhubung dengan orang yang terkasih dengan menggunakan IM3 Ooredoo.Pandemi di Indonesia membuat masyarakat tidak dapat mudik atau pulang kampung selepas Ramadan.
