Student Refund Policy
The purposes of this policy are to:
2.1 establish sound cash management practices and guidelines for refunding.
2.2 provide transparency in refunding protocol and requirements.
2.3 provide management and employees guidelines of good business practices and controls to assist them in fulfilling their fiduciary duties to the University.
2.4 support compliance efforts related to Title IV regulations (34 CFR §668) regarding the treatment of Title IV funds when a student withdraws or is no longer eligible for Title IV funding.
2.5 comply with Change 4, DoDI 1322.25 (April 02, 2021) (Appendix to Enclosure 3, 4. f. (2) (d) (page 42)), which states, in part:
All institutions will have an institutional policy that returns any unearned TA funds on a proportional basis through at least the 60 percent portion of the period for which the funds were provided. TA funds are earned proportionally during an enrollment period, with unearned funds returned based upon when a student stops attending

Academic Vaccination Policy
Students currently enrolled, or seeking to enroll, in degree programs in the university requiring clinical or other experiential education components provided by external (non-university) partners must provide proof of being fully vaccinated in accordance with the requirements generally outlined below or have an approved exemption on file within the timeframe set by the university. While an exemption may be approved by the university, it does not guarantee that the exemption will be accepted by the clinical or other educational site
