    The legal protection of local workers in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Regional Regulation (Perda) of Bali Province Number 10 of 2019 concerning the implementation of Manpower, Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, Regional Regulation of Bali Province Number 5 of 2020 concerning Standards for Organizing Balinese Cultural Tourism, in companies located in Saba Tourism Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency is a study of researchers. Companies located in Saba Tourism Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency employ local workers in all fields, and it is highly expected that the Government in general and employers as investors and local workers in particular that arrangements regarding legal protection and local labor development models require separate policies from employers, where the employer is also obliged to foster good relations with all parties, namely investors, the Saba Tourism Village community and the Government of Gianyar Regency, because the policies and regulations issued by the company are inseparable from its supervision, to avoid the possibility of arbitrary actions by employers against the local workforce itself. The method used is empirical legal research, with primary data through field research, secondary data through library research. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the local workforce development model in the Company located in Saba tourist attraction Blahbatuh District Gianyar Regency, as well as the constraints and obstacles faced by a company in applying the legislation. From the research results obtained that the local labor development model seen from the condition of the internal factors of local labor development in improving the economy of the Saba tourist village community is still greater than the weakness factors, while the condition of external factors is still greater than the opportunity factor threat. The local workforce development strategy in improving the economy is a wearknes-opportunity (WO) strategy, namely improving the skills of local workers in the formal or informal sector, especially for local workers, then improving facilities and infrastructure and supporting human resources (HR), the employment training center (BLK) for training and improving the business skills of local workers in various sectors, accelerating services and prioritizing business investment rules so that they can absorb more local labor. While the empowerment of local labor in the Krisna souvenir business, Ajik's milk pie business, Aloe Vera business, Villa and Restorant business, Turtle Breeder business, Plaminggo business located in the Saba tourist village, Gianyar Regency, in accordance with the Bali Provincial Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2019 concerning the implementation of Manpower has agreed with the Blangsinga traditional village to coordinate with the Customary Village and it has been agreed to employ local labor around 70% from local labor in the Blangsinga traditional village, and 30% from outside labor. This shows that the local workforce recruited comes from their birthplace or is native to the area where they live and are domiciled in the area and are proven by identity cards (KTP) and family cards (KK). As well as the role of traditional villages in empowering local labor is very large, very influential on the company's commitment and there must be approval from the traditional village every time they recruit workers, with the aim that there is a balance between the rights and obligations of companies operating in the village which contributes to the welfare of the surrounding community and automatically provides welfare from the economic aspect.     Social media is regarded as the fifth pillar of democracy. The role of the mass media as the controller of governance and democracy is increasingly recognized and is now regarded as the fourth pillar of the democratic system. However, along with the opportunities that exist, the digital age also poses a serious challenge to democracy. This spread of disinformation can confuse people, empower voters and influence their choices. Another challenge is black campaign attacks of false information or hoaks, insults and slander aimed at political opponents to knock each other down, carried out through social media. Starting from the issue, the author tried to analyze and describe further about the blocking of the spread of black campaign content through social media. This research is conducted in a normative jurisprudence, that is, by looking at the problem through the legal principles contained in Indonesian law. In article 280 (1) letter c of the Election Act, which regulates the prohibition of campaigns in elections, the rules on black campaigns on social media are not comprehensively written and do not have a clear definition. According to Article 40 (2) of the Electronic Information and Transactions Act, the Government is obliged to prevent the dissemination and use of Electronic information and/ or electronic documents that have a prohibited load in accordance with the provisions of the regulations of the laws. However, this blockage can only be made against Electronic info and/or electronic documents which have illegal content, and does not include the termination of Internet network access as a whole. To offset the possibility of Internet abuse, the government has established a Internet Restriction Policy. By limiting the use of media, i.e. blocking and filtering websites or social media, surveillance, forced deletion of content, thorough blocking of social media on platforms and other communications information technologies

    This study aims to find out how the impact of rising cooking oil prices on financial allocations for residents of Dega Mugo Rayeuk whose income is below the minimum wage. This study also identifies what obstacles are faced by housewives in allocating their finances. This study uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research subjects are residents of the village of Mugo Rayeuk and the collection techniques used are village documents and interviews. Then the data is analyzed using percentages. The results of the analysis show that 66.66% of the residents of Mugo Rayeuk village experienced the impact of the increase in cooking oil prices. There are several obstacles faced by housewives in allocating their finances, namely uncertain income, income that is relatively small and below the minimum wage, and unstable prices of basic commodities, making it difficult for people to allocate their finances and also find it difficult to adjust income with expenses because the price of basic goods unstable and constantly increasing

    This research was carried out in an effort to prove the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. The population of this research are all employees at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra is 50 people. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method with a sample of 50 people. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, partial significance test (t-test), and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results of the analysis provide information that partially job satisfaction and job stress have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. Simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra.     The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the tourism sector in Bali, including the sales of Bali's typical souvenirs at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Bali's typical souvenirs at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar using SWOT analysis during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with five Bali's typical souvenirs traders at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar. The results showed that the strengths of the marketing strategy of Bali's typical souvenirs at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar during the pandemic are good product quality and competitive prices. The weaknesses of the marketing strategy are a lack of innovation and a lack of online product promotion. The opportunities of the marketing strategy are to increase the use of digital platforms to promote products and develop new products. The threats of the marketing strategy are strong competition from online souvenir markets and a decrease in the number of visitors to the market during the pandemic. Therefore, Bali's typical souvenirs traders at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar need to optimize strengths and opportunities, as well as overcome weaknesses and threats by innovating and improving online promotion. This study contributes to understanding the marketing strategy of Bali's typical souvenirs in traditional markets during the COVID-19 pandemic and provides recommendations to address the issues faced by Bali's typical souvenirs traders at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar

    Kurangnya nelayan dalam memperhatikan keselamatan saat bekerja di kapal yang mengakibatkan seringnya terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan nelayan tentang keselamatan kerja di kapal penangkap ikan agar dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Kegiatan ini diikuti 15 orang nelayan Desa Nyamplungsari, Kecamatan Petarukan, Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring evaluasi. Penyampaian materi dilakukan dengan teori dan praktik. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah (1) peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias dan proaktif, (2) peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan kerja di kapal terlihat dari hasil pretest-postest dari rata-rata skor 50 menjadi 87 setelah mengikuti pelatihan, (3) pelatihan memberikan manfaat bagi peserta

    This research was conducted to fill the gap in previous studies regarding the differing opinions on the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan on Return on Assets (ROA). The focus was on the phenomenon of the gap in the relationship between ROA and bank financial performance. The aim was to evaluate the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan on ROA both separately and together in these banks during the period of 2014-2022. The research method employed was a quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique to select samples consisting of five leading conventional banks in Indonesia. The analysis results using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing revealed that the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio on ROA was not significant, Net Interest Margin had a significant positive impact on ROA, Non-Performing Loan had a significant negative impact on ROA, and collectively, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan had an impact on ROA

    Setiap orang diperbolehkan untuk mengekspresikan pikiran, saran dan kritik mereka. Namun, dengan munculnya situs jejaring sosial, media tersebut telah berkembang menjadi sarana untuk mengekspresikan gagasan tanpa batas, terkadang mengarah pada ujaran kebencian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, terdapat dua pokok permasalahan yang perlu dikaji yaitu bagaimana pengaturan kebebasan berpendapat dalam tindak pidana ujaran kebencian dan bagaimana pertimbangan hakim terhadap tindak pidana ujaran kebencian dalam Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Denpasar No.72/Pid.Sus/2020/PT.Dps. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil pembahasan tindak pidana ujaran kebencian secara umum mengatur tentang kebebasan berpendapat dengan membatasi ekspresi apabila ekspresi tersebut mengandung kata yang dapat menimbulkan kebencian, diskriminasi, dan intoleransi terhadap suatu golongan.     Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, para pengusaha dituntut untuk lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan model perjanjian kerja yang dapat mendukung kelangsungan bisnis mereka. Salah satu jenis perjanjian kerja yang biasa digunakan adalah perjanjian dengan Klausula Non Kompetisi. Klausula ini berisi larangan bagi mantan pekerja yang masa kerjanya telah berakhir untuk tidak bekerja di perusahaan pesaing yang dianggap sebagai kompetitor. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dagang dari pesaing. Dalam perspektif Hukum Dagang, penggunaan Klausula Non Kompetisi diperbolehkan sebagai salah satu metode preventif untuk melindungi kerahasiaan dagang. Namun, Klausula ini dapat membatasi hak seseorang untuk pindah pekerjaan dan perlu dibatasi. Oleh karena itu, penggunaannya memerlukan batasan yang jelas. Meskipun demikian, hingga saat ini, pengaturan hukum di Indonesia belum secara tegas mengatur pencantuman Klausula Non Kompetisi dalam perjanjian kerja.
