DEIKSIS PERSONA DALAM KONTEN INSTAGRAM SELEBGRAM BALI
No full textInstagram is one of the social media platforms that is currently being loved by the public. The development of Instagram has led to the emergence of the term celebgram which means Instagram celebrity. Celebrities usually have a large number of followers and consistently upload content in the form of photos and videos on their personal accounts. In communication on Instagram, the use of persona deixis is very important to create closeness and personalization. Two celebgrams from Bali, namely Gek Cantik and Gek Teplon, often upload their content in Balinese. In conveying messages in each content, they often use persona deixis. Persona deixis is a pronoun that is used to replace the thing or person being talked about. To find persona deixis in the content of Gek Cantik and Gek Teplon, qualitative descriptive methods were used in this research. There were 3 data found that used first person personal deixis and 3 data that used second person personal deixis. The use of third person persona deixis was not found in the analyzed content.Instagram adalah salah satu platforms media sosial yang saat ini sedang digandrungi oleh masyarakat. Berkembangnya instagram membuat munculnya istilah selebgram yang memiliki arti selebriti instagram. Selebgram biasanya memiliki pengikut dengan jumlah yang banyak dan secara konsisten mengunggah konten berupa foto dan video dalam akun pribadinya. Dalam komunikasi di Instagram, penggunaan deiksis persona sangat penting untuk menciptakan kedekatan dan personalisasi. Dua selebgram asal Bali, yaitu Gek Cantik dan Gek Teplon kerap mengunggah kontennya menggunakan bahasa Bali. Dalam menyampaikan pesan dalam setiap kontennya, mereka kerap menggunakan deiksis persona. Deiksis persona adalah kata ganti yang digunakan untuk menggantikan hal atau orang yang dibicarakan. Untuk menemukan deiksis persona dalam konten Gek Cantik dan Gek Teplon, digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam penelitian ini. Ditemukan sebanyak 3 data yang menggunakan deiksis persona orang pertama dan 3 data yang menggunakan deiksis persona orang kedua. Penggunaan deiksis persona orang ketiga tidak ditemukan dalam konten yang dianalisis
Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Struktur Modal
No full textCapital structure refers to the decision-making process regarding funding sources and the arrangement of funding options. In the mining sector, companies require substantial capital for resource exploration and corporate development. The study titled “The Impact of Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size on Capital Structure” aims to investigate how profitability, liquidity, and company size influence the capital structure of mining firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Utilizing a quantitative approach with secondary data, the research population comprises mining companies listed from 2020 to 2022. Through purposive sampling, 35 companies were selected for analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the data. Findings indicate that profitability negatively affects the capital structure of mining companies, as higher profits prompt firms to utilize retained earnings, thereby reducing the capital structure value. Liquidity also negatively impacts the capital structure, as companies with high liquidity levels tend to utilize assets to meet short- term obligations, consequently reducing the capital structure. Conversely, company size positively influences the capital structure, with larger companies exhibiting larger capital structures due to increased debt, while smaller companies have smaller capital structures

No full textIn Bali, proposing is a traditional craft that has been practiced for a long time. Weaving is now more than just a side job or a way to fill time, but has also developed into a creative industry. The process of intertwining warp and weft threads is known as monten. The weft threads are attached to the warp threads and attached to the loom, and the warp threads which, when connected, will produce a motif. This research uses three Literary Study research methods. The method for analyzing data systematically uses a summarized version of existing data, such as books, journals, or articles, in the classroom. Direct interviews with related parties in the Balinese endek woven fabric industry were used as a data collection method. Precedent Study, Surveying observers regarding architectural approaches for planning and designing a weaving craft center in Pejeng Kangin village and indirectly searching for other objects outside Bali via the internet are the methods used to collect data. The planning and design of the Weaving Craft Center in Pejeng Kangin Village, Bali has objectives that include helping tourism development and providing new innovations in the field of woven fabric centers, as well as providing learning about fabric processing. The weaving craft center in Pejeng Kangin village can have a positive impact on the community in the surrounding Pejeng Kangin village and help develop tourism, especially in Pejeng Kangin village.Di Bali, menenun merupakan kerajinan tradisional yang sudah dipraktekkan sejak lama. Menenun kini lebih dari sekadar pekerjaan sampingan atau cara mengisi waktu, tetapi juga berkembang menjadi industri kreatif. Proses jalinan antara benang lusi dan benang pakan dikenal dengan istilah menenun. Benang pakan yang dilekatkan pada benang lusi dan dilekatkan pada alat tenun, dan benang lusi yang jika disambung akan menghasilkan motif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode penelitian Studi Literatur, Dalam metode untuk menganalisis data secara sistematis menggunakan versi data yang diringkas, seperti buku, jurnal , atau artikel, di dalam kelas. Wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait di industri kain tenun endek Bali dijadikan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Studi Preseden, Mensurvei para observer terkait pendekatan arsitektural untuk perencanaan dan perancangan pusat kerajinan tenun di desa pejeng kangin dan secara tidak langsung mencari objek lain di luar Bali melalui internet merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Perkembangan di Bali terlihat perubahan yang sangat besar, mengingat Bali merupakan destinasi wisata favorit dan juga salah satu pulau idaman yang ingin ditinggalkan oleh wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Hal ini mengakibatkan krama (warga) desa yang tinggal di Bali tidak lagi hanya dihuni oleh krama (warga) asli Bali yang mempunyai ciri-ciri homogen tetapi telah berubah menjadi masyarakat yang heterogen. Hal ini tentunya menambah suku, ras dan agama bahkan negara yang memiliki komunitas atau krama berbeda yang tinggal di Bali. Dampaknya juga bisa menjadi pintu masuk budaya asing karena banyaknya wisatawan asing yang tinggal dan kesehariannya di Legian. Hal ini apabila tidak mendapat perhatian khusus dan tidak ada upaya penyaringan atau penyaringan budaya maka dikhawatirkan dapat merusak budaya asli Bali yang dipertahankan selama ini. Optimalization of the Notary Authority in Binding PPJB: Legal Review of the Job Creation Law
No full textThe purpose of this writing is to explain the legal position and role of a Notary in the preparation and approval of land sale and purchase agreements, as required by the legislation. This research focuses on the changes that have occurred in the authority of a Notary, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved in making a Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) in accordance with Article 43 paragraph (1) of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is a normative legal approach by analyzing legal regulations and philosophical principles, as well as a prescriptive analysis method. The results of this research confirm that the authority of a Notary in making PPJB is a direct authority granted by the law to a Notary as a public official. This research uses the theory of contract to analyze the legal relationship between the Notary and the parties involved in the contract, while the theory of authority is used to analyze the scope of authority of the Notary in making the contract. The aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of Notary authority in the context of the Job Creation Law

No full textThis study aims at the effectiveness of communication and the level of employee discipline as well as the effect of communication on employee work discipline at Ojas Prana Café & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar. There are 5 methods used to collect data, namely: observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation, and literature study. The analysis technique used, namely: a. Quantitative Analysis, which is an analysis technique for analyzing quantitative data, where the analytical techniques used include 1) Simple Linear Regression Analysis, 2) Simple Correlation Analysis, 3) Determination Analysis. b. Descriptive analysis techniques to explain the results of the analysis and help draw conclusions about research results Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the communication process in operations at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar is running very effectively. Work discipline in operations at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar is very good. Communication has a real or significant effect on employee work discipline at the Ojas Prana Café & Restaurant Ubud company which can be seen from t count (3.753) greater than t table (1.833), which is in the area of ​​rejection of Ho and Ha being accepted. The effect is very strong with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.781 which lies between 0.76 – 1.00 in the very strong criteria. While the influence relationship is positive, where with the improvement of communication one unit causes an increase in discipline of 0.958 units

No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Ubud Raya Resort. This study, which became the study population was all employees at Ubud Raya Resort as many as 34 people. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling method, which is a sample collection technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The test techniques used are research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests and F tests. The results obtained in this study are: Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy, work discipline, and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Ubud Raya Resort. Suggestions that can be given are Ubud Raya Resort employees can increase confidence in work, increase enthusiasm at work to be able to motivate themselves, obey applicable regulations, be responsible and have self-awareness of duties and obligations at work in order to work with maximum results

No full textPeken Belayu merupakan sebuah desa di Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. Sebagian besar penduduknya terampil dalam bidang kerajinan tangan, seni ukir dan pahat, diwariskan turun temurun hingga sekarang. Dari hasil observasi, terdapat sejumlah permasalahan yang dialami, pertama adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mendukung BUMDES. Kedua, pemahaman warga desa setempat masih kurang mengenai cara berternak sapi yang baik dan benar. Ketiga, penanganan sampah yang belum maksimal. Dari permasalahan yang dihadapi maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sosialisasi mengenai upaya promosi BUMDES melalui media sosial. Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada seluruh peternak sapi agar memahami cara berternak sapi yang baik dan benar. Program bank sampah diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif warga dalam menangani masalah sampah. Keberhasilan kegiatan diukur menggunakan indikator: ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan, ketercapaian target yang telah direncanakan, dan keberlanjutan program. Tingkat ketercapaian ketiga indikator ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata di atas 75 persen sehingga kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berjalan baik. Program-program dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu dijaga keberlanjutannya melalui kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas program pengembangan BUMDES, wawasan mengenai teknik berternak yang baik dan benar perlu semakin disebarluaskan termasuk kepada generasi penerus, serta penanggulangan sampah yang berkelanjutan perlu dipertahankan.
 
Assistance for Micro Businesses of Canang Sari Traders in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar
No full textMicroenterprises are businesses run by people categorized as poor or near poor. They are family-owned, using local resources and simple technology. Micro-enterprises include unbanked people, a group that is difficult to get access to banking even though this group has the potential to develop business. Canang Sari is the simplest form of offerings in the form of janur made rectangular decorated with various types of flowers that are offered as an effort to get closer to God in prayer. Based on observations, there is a group of canang traders called the Canang Sari Wangi group located in Banjar Laplap Putih, Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar who really need help to overcome the problems they face. This Canang Sari Wangi trader group has 5 members who have been established since 2020. The problems faced by this group of Canang Sari Wangi traders are difficult to get access to banking, lack of knowledge for business development due to fluctuations in demand, very fierce competition, high operational costs, lack of understanding of creative marketing and the absence of careful and thorough administration of financial reports. The approach taken is to further coordinate with members of the Canang Sari Wangi Group so as to obtain the main needs for increasing productivity, namely by providing assistance to facilitate access to banking, entrepreneurship assistance, improve creative marketing skills and make business bookkeeping. The output target to be achieved is an increase in the ability of partners to access banking, through creative marketing partners are able to increase group income by 30% and all members of the Canang Sari Wangi group are able to make simple group bookkeeping. The method of implementing this activity is preceded by collecting information from partner conditions, designing activities to be carried out, followed by program socialization, conducting training, mentoring and evaluation

These two factors are combined and researched to find out their influence on purchasing interest from potential consumers. The population of this research is residents of the city of Tasikmalaya and the sampling method is judgment to select respondents to be studied. The results of this study indicate that advertising exposure and reference groups simultaneously and partially influences purchase intention
