The Effect of Feeding a Mixture of Indigofera Flour In Commercial Feeding on The Production and Quality of Quail Eggs (Cortunix-cortunix Japonica)
No full textIndigoferais a legume plant that has long been known to the Indonesian people, especially on the island of Java. Several Indigofera species that are known to have an important role as feed ingredients include; Indigofera zollingerina. One of the livestock animals that has growth potential using Indigofera leaf flour is quail. This research aims to determine the effect of giving a mixture of Indigofera flour in commercial feed on feed consumption and egg production of quail. This research was carried out at Pak Rusdi's farm, Cot Jabet Village, Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency for 45 days starting in May - July 2023. The design used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The results of the research can be concluded that the effect of giving a mixture of Indigofera flour in commercial feed showed no significant difference (P<0.05) on feed consumption, egg production and quail egg quality. The highest average feed consumption was seen in the P2 treatment, namely 23.09 g/head/day and the lowest average was in the P3 treatment, namely 23.07 g/head/day, the highest average quail egg production was in the P2 treatment, namely 77.62% and The lowest average was found in the P3 treatment, namely 75.24%, while the quality of quail eggs included egg weight and egg shell thickness. The highest average egg weight was in treatment P2, namely 8.24 g/item and the lowest value was in P3, namely 7.94 g/item. The highest average eggshell thickness was found in P0, namely 0.14 mm, and the lowest average was in treatments P1 and P3, namely 0.12 mm each

Pusat Rehabilitasi menggunakan berbagai metode yang berbeda terhadap si pasien, perawatan pun disesuaikan menurut penyakit si pasien dan seluk-beluk dari awal terhadap si pasien tersebut. Para pasien yang masuk di pusat rehabilitasi kebanyakan menderita rendah diri dan kurangnya pandangan positif terhadap kehidupan, oleh karena itu psikologi memainkan peranan yang sangat besar dalam program Rehabilitasi, dan hal ini juga sangat penting untuk menjaga pasien dari teman-teman dan lingkungan yang memungkinkan kecanduan kembali terhadap obat-obat terlarang

No full textGlobalization, accompanied by advancements in science and technology, has increased the usage of social media in Indonesia. Currently, social media accounts serve not only as platforms for interaction but also as potential sources of significant economic value. Moreover, regulations concerning the inheritance of social media accounts remain unclear and vary across platforms. The research methodology employed utilizes the normative juridical method, incorporating conceptual and case approaches. This study involves analysis of laws, court decisions, and social media platform policies. The research findings indicate that an extensive interpretation of inheritance in civil law, by considering their economic value, encompasses social media accounts. However, the implementation of social media account inheritance encounters various obstacles, including inconsistent platform policies. Some platforms have facilitated account preservation as memorials, but clarity regarding access to content or account management is lacking. Concerns persist regarding legal protection for heirs concerning social media accounts as inheritance. In the context of Civil Law, clear legal protection is necessary to ensure that heirs' rights are fulfilled, especially in acquiring economic benefits from inherited social media accounts. Furthermore, this paper underscores the necessity for clearer regulations within Civil Law concerning the inheritance of social media accounts. Strong legal protection is required to ensure justice for heirs and facilitate the effective and efficient resolution of digital legacy

No full textThe purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of job suitability and job training and employee performance at the Grand Inna Hotel in Kuta. Kuta Grand Inna Hotel has a population and sample of 158 employees and the samples uses a saturated sampling technique. All data obtained by distributing questionnaires is suitable for use and then analyzed using the SEM-PLS program. From the research results, it was concluded that 1) Person job fit has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, 2) Job training has a positive and insignificance effect on employee performance, 3) Person job fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) Job training positive and significance effect on job satisfaction, 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of person job fit on employee performance, 7) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of job training on employee performance. This research recommends that companies pay attention to problems that can affect employee performance so that employees can make a big contribution to the company so that the company’s goals are achieved

Rumusan maslah yang ingin di bahassesuai dengan tujuan di atas yakni bagaimanakah pengawasan terhadap bendera merah putih sebagai lambangNegara dan bagaimanakah sanksi terhadap penodaan bendera merah putih sebagai lambang Negara?. Metodeyang digunakan ialah penelitian hukum normatif. Anak merupakan golongan sosial yang paling rawan menjadi korban kekerasan.Kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua kepada anaknya dengan maksud mendidik termasuk dalam tindakpidana kekerasan kepada anak, sehingga diperlukannya upaya perlindungan hukum untuk anak yang menjadikorban kekerasan. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas yaitu: (1) Bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi anak yangmenjadi korban kekerasan pada perkara dengan nomor register PDM-1849/DNPSR/06/2022? (2) Bagaimanaupaya untuk pemulihan anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan pada perkara dengan nomor register PDM-1849/DNPSR/06/2022? Empiris adalah metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian iniyaitu, anak telah dijamin perlindungan hukumnya dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002, Anak yangmenjadi korban kekerasan dalam menjalani proses perkaranya akan mendapatkan pendampingan dari dinasperlindungan perempuan dan anak serta mendapat bantuan dari tenaga medis maupun psikolog untukmemulihkan kondisinya. The people in the Renon area are very homogeneous. The Renon area is considered very promising, until now it is still an "elite area" in the city of Denpasar. It is very strategically located, close to the center of the city government, even the province. There are many government and private offices, restaurants, restaurants, shops, and even the center of Beauty Clinics in Bali. The population of Renon in 2016 was 20,774 people, consisting of 10,331 men and 10,443 women. Very few residents in this area are unemployed, having an income means that many taxpayers are scattered in this area. The method used in this service is to provide direct assistance to the community. Includes assistance and consultation regarding the rights and obligations of taxpayers, matching NIK and NPWP and reporting Personal Tax using e-filling. The series of activities will be carried out continuously from February to March 2024. This activity was very welcomed by the community. However, the level of public awareness in fulfilling tax obligations is still quite lacking. This may happen due to the lack of public trust in the management of state finances due to the impact of corruption reporting by state apparatus. In addition to socialization, an important thing that must be fixed is the eradication of KKN to increase public trust.
