Monitoreo remoto de los parámetros operacionales para el proceso de producción de miel de caña
Get PDFA local data acquisition, processing and storage system were implemented by means of an open source micro-controlled development card. To continuously measure the variables of the cane honey production process, it was performed using five temperature sensors, pH sensor and a level sensor. Each sensor was associated with a component set with its respective upper and lower reference values, during the processing of a batch of product. The main objective was to determine the effectiveness of using sensors and wireless communication technology to monitor operational parameters, in real time. In general, the recorded temperature, pH and level data obtained from sensors corresponded closely to the changes that occurred in the process, and the wireless communication nodes developed successfully measured and monitored the temperature, pH and level readings in real time. The study also found that the temperature, pH and level readings obtained by the sensors began to standardize more closely within the upper and lower limits. Furthermore, operational parameters could be reasonably predicted by applying a statistical model to measure temperature, pH and level. The present study also found that the operational parameters analyzed showed variability with its consequent effect on the quality of the final product. The findings of this study should serve as the first step towards any future research and development that may take place in the field of agro-industrial process designSe implementó un sistema local de adquisición, procesamiento y almacenamiento de datos mediante una tarjeta microcontrolada de código abierto. Para registrar continuamente las variables del proceso de producción de la miel de caña se utilizó cinco sensores de temperatura, un sensor de pH y un sensor de nivel. Cada sensor se asoció con un conjunto de componentes con sus respectivos valores de referencia superior e inferior durante el procesamiento de un lote de producto. El objetivo principal fue determinar la efectividad del uso de sensores y tecnologías de comunicación inalámbrica para monitorear los parámetros operacionales en tiempo real. En general, los datos de temperatura, pH y nivel registrados por los sensores correspondían estrechamente a los cambios que ocurrieron en el proceso, y los nodos de comunicación inalámbrica desarrollados midieron y monitorearon con éxito las lecturas de temperatura, pH y nivel en tiempo real. El estudio también encontró que las lecturas de temperatura, pH y nivel obtenidas por los sensores comenzaron a estandarizarse dentro de los límites superior e inferior. Además, los parámetros operacionales podrían predecirse razonablemente aplicando un modelo estadístico para medir la temperatura, el pH y el nivel. Los parámetros operacionales analizados mostraron variabilidad con su consecuente efecto sobre la calidad del producto final. Los hallazgos de este estudio deberían servir como el primer paso para el desarrollo futuro en el campo del diseño de procesos agroindustriales

No full textThis article is derived from a documentary research, which aimed to analyze the concept of couples and the skills of the couple therapist, which is identified in documentary sources of contemporary therapy. In the first place, the changes that have occurred in the conceptualization of the couple were identified, since the couple as a concept has had a strong historical and cultural implication, evidencing new typologies of couples in contemporaneity. It was also possible to find out that the couple has been read as a system from therapeutic work with the influence of second-order cybernetics. Secondly, there were found some of the skills that a couple's therapist must develop for the success of the intervention, like the identification of the reason for the consultation, the establishment of the therapeutic alliance and the development of the therapist's self.El presente artículo se deriva de una investigación documental, la cual tuvo como objetivo analizar el concepto de pareja y las habilidades del terapeuta de pareja, que se identificaron en fuentes documentales de terapia contemporánea. En primer lugar, se logró identificar los cambios que se han dado en la conceptualización de la pareja, ya que la pareja como concepto ha tenido una fuerte implicación histórica y cultural, evidenciándose nuevas tipologías de pareja en la contemporaneidad. También fue posible encontrar que la pareja ha sido leída como sistema desde el trabajo terapéutico con la influencia de la cibernética de segundo orden. En segundo lugar, se hallaron algunas de las habilidades que un terapeuta de pareja debe desarrollar para el éxito de su intervención, entre las que se encuentran la identificación de motivo de consulta, el establecimiento de la alianza terapéutica y el desarrollo del self del terapeuta

Its implementation is overlapping in a daily life that depends, as never before, on technological advances. The position we will take is that this ideology, which overstates the role of technology in society, has a limited view of the ethical, economic and social conflicts that come from its budgets. The problem is not to deny technology but what role it plays in the construction of society. Get PDFThe editorial of the first issue of volume 12 of 2021 appeals to a call that, perhaps, has been made for centuries, is the call to respect the other being indigenous, black, white, half-breed, of a different ethnicity, people or place. It is a call that calls for letting others be in their difference, regardless of whether or not they do not accept their idiosyncrasies. El editorial de este primer número del volumen 12 de 2021 apela a un llamado que, tal vez, lleva siglos haciéndose, es el llamado a respetar al otro sea indígena, negro, blanco, mestizo, de una etnia, pueblo o lugar diferente. Es un llamado que convoca a dejar que los otros sean en su diferencia, independiente de no entenderlos o no aceptar sus idiosincrasias. Evitemos considerar que hay un esencialismo del respeto, o que el respeto es algo así como esencial o inherente a cada uno, y pensemos que se debe aprender, construir, mantener y sobre todo practicar. Hay una larga lista de negros, indígenas mestizos que han pensado desde la diferencia y en contra de valores cada vez más criticados hoy día de la superioridad o culturas superiores, tales como Frantz Fanon, Aimé Césaire, Fausto Reinaga y otros anteriores como Waman Poma y Otabbah Cugoano, sin embargo, la lista es mucho más extensa y aquí no se hace honor a todos los nombres que deben estar en ella, y qué decir de aquellos que ni siquiera figuran con sus nombres pero hicieron parte de un reclamo generalizado, tanto en América y África, así como en Asia y en la misma Europa
Prostitución femenina y género en el contexto colombiano: un estado del arte (2010-2019)
Get PDFIntroduction: According to the gender perspective, the prostitution of women is explained as an expression of the patriarchal model. This approach can provide substantial elements for the understanding and approach to female prostitution, facing the Colombian reality, where there is a lack of documentary studies in this conceptual line. Method: a state of the art of theoretical and applied research on female prostitution was carried out, with a gender reading, in the period 2010-2019, based on 18 studies. Results: Rendering to the studies analyzed, several located in Bogotá, the academy is especially concerned. The authors agree that prostitution stems from the intersection between gender inequalities and social injustice and causes gender violence and stigmatization. Social policies to eradicate it, legalization, and empowerment of women emerge as options to face it. Conclusion: Concerning the above, to nurture public policy, it is necessary to advance in the understanding of the subjective aspects involved in this lifestyle, deepening the discourses, constructions, and gender meanings and including the reality of those who are immersed (women) in the “prepaid” modality.Introducción: desde el enfoque de género, la prostitución de las mujeres se explica como una expresión del modelo patriarcal. Este enfoque puede aportar elementos sustanciales para la comprensión y el abordaje a la prostitución femenina, de cara a la realidad colombiana, donde se carece de estudios documentales en esta línea conceptual. Método: se realizó un estado del arte de la investigación teórica y aplicada sobre la prostitución femenina, con lectura de género, en el periodo 2010-2019. Resultados: de los estudios analizados, varios situados en Bogotá, se ocupa especialmente la academia. Los autores coinciden en que la prostitución se deriva de la intersección entre desigualdades de género e injusticia social, y causa violencias de género y estigmatización. Políticas sociales para erradicarla, legalización y empoderamiento de las mujeres surgen como opciones para hacerle frente. Conclusión: para nutrir la política pública se requiere avanzar en la comprensión de los aspectos subjetivos implicados en este estilo de vida, profundizar en los discursos, construcciones y significados de género, e incluir la realidad de quienes están inmersas en la modalidad “prepago”.
Challenges and progress in the implementation of Education for Peace in Latin America
No full textThis article is the result of a research project financed by COLCIENCIAS in 2018, named "Paz App as a democratic tool for the normative implementation of Peace Cathedra based on social imaginary, conceived in eleventh grade students in public educational institutions". The goal of this article is to analyze the cases where education for peace was implemented in Latin America, which also seeks to call attention of the competent authorities and the community itself in order to address the reassessment of educational models in order to have their curricular independence or transversality adapt better to the needs of every State. All of this keeping in mind the methodological criteria that are useful in the development of an education towards peace given by cases of its implementation all over the world. In this way, the methodology used in this research is based on a qualitative approach that under a bibliographic design allowed the exhaustive document review needed for its eventual analysis, using the discourse analysis that allows to relate the independent education towards peace categories as an integrated whole in the exercise of interpretation and understanding of the literature that was the object of this study. As a result of this research, it is shown how big efforts have been done to accomplish the implementation of the education towards peace in the Latin American contexts from the fundamental theories of peace

For this task, it will be shown that its theories have identified relationships, entities and contexts by proposing four types of readings on what is considered as the whole and its parts (Holism, Individualism, Integrationism and Relationalism). Extending the case of Relationalism, it will be highlighted that these models not only encompass the understanding of universalism, but also the researcher’s scriptural strategies and intellectual ethics.Este escrito analiza la configuración lógica a partir de la cual la antropología conceptualiza sus objetos de estudio. Para esta tarea se expondrá que sus teorías han identificado relaciones, entidades y contextos planteando cuatro tipos de lecturas sobre lo que se considera como el todo y sus partes (holismo, individualismo, integracionismo y relacionismo). El libro de Pamela E. Kinlaw presenta una visión de las expectativas que la audiencia del antiguo mundo mediterráneo (AMM) pudo tener respecto a la epifanía de Jesús. Asimismo, ofrece categorías literarias sobre el concepto joánico de encarnación, y abre un debate polémico respecto a las tendencias teológicas adoptadas por el autor(res) del cuarto evangelio y sus oponentes.
