Gambaran Perilaku Phubbing Pada Remaja Pengguna Ponsel Di Kabupaten Bireun
This research aims to describe phubbing behavior among teenage cellphone users in Bireuen district. Using a quantitative method with descriptive analysis, the study seeks to provide a systematic, factual, and accurate overview. Data were collected through a "Phubbing Behavior in Adolescents" questionnaire. The subjects were 350 teenagers selected through random sampling based on relevant characteristics representing cellphone users in Bireuen. The results show that the majority of teenagers (56.9%) fall into the low phubbing category. This indicates that most teenagers in Bireuen do not engage in phubbing behavior, meaning they remain focused during face-to-face interactions, do not ignore the person they are communicating with, and are not overly attached to their phones in social settings. Thus, their interpersonal communication remains unaffected by excessive cellphone use
Gambaran kontrol diri pada mahasiswa yang Mengalami Nomophobia di Universitas Malikussaleh
This study aims to examine the self-control of students experiencing nomophobia at Malikussaleh University. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, involving 385 students as the sample. Sampling was conducted using nonprobability sampling, which does not provide equal chances for every population element to become part of the sample, along with purposive sampling, considering specific criteria. The analysis results show that the majority of students (51.9%) have high self-control. This finding indicates that most students at Malikussaleh University possess good self-regulation skills in controlling their behavior, cognition, and decision-making, including smartphone usage. Students with high self-control are able to manage distractions, maintain a balance between responsibilities, and stay focused on long-term goals despite the many potential diversions
Gambaran Social Well-Being pada Mahasiswa Penggemar Drama Korea di Universitas Malikussaleh
This study aims to provide an overview of the social well-being of students who are fans of Korean dramas at Malikussaleh University. The research applies a quantitative descriptive method with univariate analysis. A total of 385 students were selected using purposive sampling. The findings show that the majority (62.3%) of Korean drama fans have a high level of social well-being, meaning they are able to adapt well even in communities that are less interested in Korean dramas. In terms of aspects, the social relations dimension has the highest score, while social integration is the lowest. Furthermore, when viewed from a gender perspective, female students tend to have higher social well-being than male students, as they are more active in forming social relationships, although they report receiving less support compared to males
Perbedaan Regulasi Emosi pada Guru SD Generasi X Y dan Z di Kota Lhokseumawe
This study aims to determine the differences in emotion regulation among elementary school teachers of generations X, Y, and Z in Lhokseumawe City. The research used a quantitative approach with a comparative design. The sample consisted of 279 teachers, with 93 participants from each generation (X, Y, and Z). Sampling was conducted using probability sampling with a cluster sampling technique across four districts in Lhokseumawe. The results showed that H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected, indicating no significant differences in emotion regulation among the three generations. Thus, teachers from generations X, Y, and Z equally demonstrated a high level of emotion regulation. Emotion regulation itself refers to an individual’s ability to control, experience, and express emotions, where higher regulation leads to better emotional management
Pengambilan Keputusan Bermain Judi Online Chip Higgs Domino pada Laki-laki Dewasa Awal di Kota Lhokseumawe
This study aims to understand the decision-making stages in young adult men involved in online gambling using Higgs Domino chips. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews with informants who met specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted based on Janis and Mann\u27s (1977) decision-making theory, which includes five stages: appraising new information, evaluating available alternatives, considering choices, making commitments, and maintaining decisions despite negative feedback. The findings reveal that the decision-making process is influenced by both internal and external factors, such as social pressures, economic challenges, and the appeal of advertisements. This research provides deeper insights into the dynamics of decision-making in the context of online gambling among young adult men. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective prevention strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of online gambling
Gambaran Perencanaan Karir pada Santri Dayah Salafi di Kabupaten Bireuen
This study aims to obtain an overview of career planning in salafi dayah students. To obtain an overview of career planning, the research method used is quantitative method with descriptive analysis which aims to make a description or description systematically. The results of the career planning scale reliability test were 0.778, and the data obtained through a questionnaire or career planning scale prepared based on aspects of Dillard (1985), the respondents in this study were obtained based on the cluster random sampling method. The results showed that most of the salafi dayah santri in Bireuen Regency were classified in the category of having career planning (55.8%), meaning that some salafi dayah santri in Bireuen Regency had career planning to set their future career goals, they had the ability to choose the career path they wanted by making considerations and seeking information about the desired job. The results also show that a small proportion of santri dayah salafi in Bireun Kab are classified in the category of not having career planning by (37%) some students do not clearly understand the working conditions they want, which causes students to be confused and unprepared to prepare for their careers in the future
Gambaran Work Engagement pada Karyawan Coffe Shop di Kota Lhokseumawe
This research aims to get an overview of work engagement in coffee shops in the city of Lhokseumawe. To obtain a picture of work engagement, the research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis which aims to create a systematic description or picture. The reliability test results for the work engagement scale were 0.904, and data obtained through a questionnaire or work engagement scale which was compiled based on aspects from Bekker & Leiter (2010), respondents in this study were obtained based on the incidental sampling method. The results of the research show that the majority of coffee shop employees in the city of Lhokseumawe are classified as having low work engagement at (55.1%), meaning that some coffee shop employees in the city of Lhokseumawe have low work engagement among coffee shop employees, coffee shop employees are not yet fully have the ability to choose to engage with work. These results also show that a small percentage of coffee shop employees in the city of Lhokseumawe

Strategi Coping pada Mahasiswa Penerima Bidikmisi yang Mengalami Keterlambatan Penyelesaian Studi Akademik
This study examines the Coping Strategy Description of Bidikmisi Students Who Experience Delays in Completing Academic Studies. Coping strategies are efforts made by someone when facing a problem, either in positive or negative forms that aim to eliminate or reduce threats caused by internal or external problems. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, with univariate analysis. The sampling technique used is the Cluster Sampling (Area Sampling) technique. The subjects used in this study were two hundred and fifty-nine Bidikmisi scholarship students who experienced delays in completing their academic studies. The results of the study show that when facing problems due to delays in completing their academic studies, individuals solve problems with emotional focused coping will divert attention without completely resolving the existing problems so that the impact that will be felt is only momentary pleasure as a form of reducing stress levels but not resolving until the problem disappears (Claudia et al., 2023)
Hubungan Dukungan Sosial dengan Optimisme pada Generasi Z yang Bekerja di Industri Kreatif
This study examines the relationship between social support and optimisme among Generation Z individuals working in the creative industry. Social support plays a crucial role in influencing optimisme levels, especially in the fast-paced and competitive environment of the creative economy. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected from 96 participants through validated self-constructed scales. The findings revealed a positive and significant relationship between social support and optimisme, with a correlation coefficient of 0.490. This indicates that higher levels of social support are associated with greater optimisme. These results align with previous research an further highlight the importance of creating supportive work environments for Generation Z. Fostering social support in creative industries not only enhances individual well-being but also promotes productivity and professional growth, making it a key factor for success in this sector
Dukungan Sosial dan Emotional Well-Being pada Mahasiswa Penerima KIP-Kuliah di Universitas Malikussaleh
This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between social support and emotional well-being in students who receive KIP-Kuliah at Malikussaleh University. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational research type. Data was obtained through social support and emotional well-being questionnaires. The respondents in this study were three hundred and eighty-one KIP-College recipient students who were obtained using quota sampling techniques. Data analysis used Spearman\u27s rho and the results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.444 with a significance of 0.000. So it can be concluded that the higher the social support received by students, the higher the students\u27 emotional well-being. High levels of social support can help KIP-Kuliah recipient students continue to maintain emotional well-being in facing financial, academic and emotional challenges that can affect mental health
