    Design and Optimization of a Direct-Conversion Double-Balanced Mixer for RF Receiver Front-End

    Differential implementation is becoming highly favoured in RFIC (radio frequency integrated circuit) design, notably its high immunity to common-mode noises, acceptable rejection of parasitic coupling, and increased dynamic range. One specific RF front-end building block that is usually designed as a differential circuit is the mixer.  This technical paper presents a study of a differential mixer, notably the double-balanced mixer implemented on a direct-conversion architecture in a standard 90nm CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) process.  Operating frequency is set at 5GHz, which is a typical frequency for RF (radio frequency) receiver.   Impedance matching was essential to fully optimize the mixer design.  The direct-conversion double-balance mixer design eventually achieved conversion gain of 11.463dB and noise figure of 16.529dB, comparable to mixer designs from past research and studies

    Simulation and Analysis of Fluid-Solid Coupling of Wave Impact Sandcastle Based on COMSOL

    It is a complex problem to study the interaction between sand castle and flowing water, which needs to consider the complexity of seawater flow and the stress of sand castle structure. The authors use the fluid-solid coupling model to establish the connection between the fluid field and the structural mechanical field, and use the finite element analysis to complete the simulation modeling of the transient process of wave impact and sandcastle foundation deformation. This paper analyzes the stress and the first principal strain of the sand castle foundation in the direction of flow velocity when the sand castle foundation is hit by waves, as a method to judge the strength of the sand castle.The best shape: the boundary value of sand castle collapse caused by strain have been determined, so as to obtain the maximum stress that a sand castle foundation can bear before collapse, which makes it possible to use the fatigue strength calculation theory of sand castle solid to carry out the quantitative calculation of sand castle durability. At the same time, the impact of waves is abstracted as wave motion equation. Finally, the finite element analysis technology is adopted to calculate the main strain of sandcastles of different shapes under the impact of the same wave, and through the comparison of the main strain, the authors get the sandcastle shape with the strongest anti-wave impact ability, which is the eccentric circular platform body.Affected by rain: the authors considered the effect of rainwater infiltration on the sandcastle's stress, and simplified the process of rain as a continuous and uniform infiltration of rain into the sandcastle's surface. The rain changes the gravity of the sand on the castle's surface. Simulation analysis is adopted to calculate the surface stress of sand castle with different degree of water seepage and different geometry. By comparison, it has been found that the smooth cone is more able to withstand the infiltration of rain without collapse.

    Mining of Related Genes with High Efficiency of Phosphorus Utilization Based on Transcriptome Sequencing in Soybean

    Low phosphorus in soil has become an important limit factor affecting the yield and quality of soybean. The excavation and utilization of high phosphorus efficient related genes is an important prerequisite for the analysis of high pho sphorus mechanism and the improvement of genetic breeding. In this study, the high- and low-efficiency soybean germplasms were used to analyze the root transcriptome data under two different phosphorus conditions through the weight gene co-expression network method.The results showed that there were 15305 high-expressed related genes obtained and were divided into 20 modules, and four of them showed different expressions between these two varieties under two phosphorus treatments. Further analysis results of the Melightcyan module revealed that 268 genes were found in this module, and 13 genes of them were up-regulated with low-phosphorus induction and involved in multiple metabolic pathways. Moreover, the related genes in this module which participate in the phospholipid metabolism pathways showed the most highest expression levels.     Relationship of Family Environment, Psychological Resilience, Campus Bullying with Tobacco Use among Preadolescents

    Objective. To explore the relationship between family environment, psychological resilience, campus bullying and tobacco use in early adolescence. Methods. According to the principle of cluster sampling, 4,792 students from grade 4 to grade 6 in five primary schools in Baise City and county were selected from February to November 2018, including 2,522 males (52.63%), 2,236 females (46.66%)and 34 missing genders (0.71%); the average age was (11.8 ± 0.5) years; 2,721 students in urban areas (56.78%) and 2,071 students in county towns (43.22%); 4,313 Zhuang (90.00%), 365 Han (7.62%), 98 other ethnic groups (Yao, Miao, Yi, etc.) (2.05%). The General Family Environment Questionnaire, Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale, School Bullying Questionnaire, and Tobacco Use Questionnaire were used for evaluation, and logistic regression was used to analyze the effect relationship between the study variables. Results. 467 people tried to smoke, and the total detection rate was 9.75%. The number of smokers was 334, and the total detection rate was 6.97%. Boys’ tobacco attempt and smoking behavior were higher than girls (χ2 were 57.230 and 56.013, P < 0. 001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of tobacco attempt of boys was 2.37 times thanthat of girls (OR = 0.468, 95% CI 0.377 ~ 0.582), the risk of smoking in boys is 2.5 times that in girls 32 times (OR = 0.422, 95% CI 0.324 ~ 0.551); older adolescents had more tobacco attempts (OR = 1.609, 95% CI 1.446 ~ 1.791)and smoking behavior (OR = 2.026, 95% CI 1.776 ~ 2.310); campus bullying increased the risk of smoking behavior among adolescents (OR = 1.106, 95% CI 1.073 ~ 1.140). Psychological resilience (personal strength), family intimacy and family rules can effectively reduce the risk of adolescent tobacco attempts (personal strength, OR = 0.964, 95% CI = 0.951 ~ 0.976; family intimacy, OR = 0.946, 95% CI 0.892 ~ 0.984; family rules, OR = 0.949, 95% CI 0.930 ~ 0.965) and smoking behavior (personal strength, OR = 0.962, 95% CI 0.947 ~ 0.977; family intimacy, OR = 0.937, 95% CI 0.885 ~ 0.992; family rules, OR = 0.952, 95% CI 0.932 ~ 0.973). Conclusion. Campus bullying increases the risk of smoking behavior among adolescents. Psychological resilience (personal strength), family intimacy and family rules can effectively reduce teenagers’ tobacco attempts and smoking behavior

    This paper first describes advanced constrained simplex method (advanced complex method), then it shows that this complex procedure has any problems when it’s taken for finding the maximum of a general nonlinear function of several variables within a constrained region is described in wireless communication systems, especially for multiple-input multiple-out (MIMO Configuration). Next advanced constrained simplex method is described how to resolve the problem of the multiple-input multiple-out, and shown how to be efficient compared with the complex method and the simplex method by some simulations. And this wireless network design can be used to MIMO systems in Quantum Communication networks. The feature of technology by which the system told by this paper can get optimum solution by a little search number of times compared with a conventional system in the MIMO environment with more than one optimal value, and is at the place. This system was applied to the Quantum network environment by this paper. This can achieve more compact than the conventional Quantum network environment

    Analysis on Influencing Factors of Adolescents’ Physical Activity from the Perspective of Social Cognitive Theory

    Abstract: Objective: To make a systematic review and meta-analysis of the literature on the influencing factors of adolescent physical activity from the perspective of social cognitive theory (SCT) model. Methods: the databases at home and abroad were searched, and 18 literatures meeting the requirements were included. The effect quantities were combined by Stata 15.0 software and analyzed by subgroup. Results: (1) SCT model could predict physical activity in a moderate degree (R2 = 17%, P < 0.01, z = 7.59). (2) Meta-analysis of the literature including self-efficacy, barrier self-efficacy, social support and social status showed that these factors were significantly correlated with physical activity (N ≥ 75%). (3) Influenced by different regions, gender and statistical methods, there are heterogeneity among the research results. Conclusion: SCT model can predict adolescent physical activity to a moderate extent; self efficacy, barriers self-efficacy, social support and social status are the key indicators to predict physical activity; affected by different regions, gender and cultural environment, the prediction results of SCT model on adolescent physical activity are different

    Construction of Sly-miR393 Over-Expression Vector and Verification of Its Target Genes in Tomato

    To understand the function of Sly-miR393 in tomato, the precursor sequences and potential target genes of Sly-miR393 were identificated from tomato genome database by computational homology search method. The Sly-miR393 gene was amplified from the genomic DNA by PCR and cloned into plant expression vector pLP35s-100. Sly-miR393 guided-cleavage to putative target  transcripts was validated u sing 5RACE RT-PCR. In this study, our results indicated that the precursor sequence of Sly-miR393 contains the complete hairpin  structure. TIR1/AFB auxin receptor genes contain recognition sites with high complementarities to Sly-miR393 sequence. In tomato, Sly-miR393 directs the cleavage of SlTIR1,SlTIR1-like1 and SlAFB mRNA, then auxin receptor homologous was validated to be as target of Sly-miR393. The pLP35s-pre-SlymiR393 vector containing Sly-miR393 gene was successfully constructed, which would provide significant evidence for further study of Sly-miR393 function in auxin signaling pathway in tomato
