Preparation and Characterization of Green Epoxy Resin Composites and Its Use in Corrosion Resistance
In this work, appropriate alternative for diglycidyl ether bisphenol A (DGEBA) was found to avoid the destructive effects of bisphenol A. Lignin, an aromatic compound from palm tree leaves, was used as a renewable material to synthesize a bio-based epoxy resin. Lignin extracted using Kraft pulping process. Kraft Lignin was epoxidized with epichlorohydrin in alkaline medium. Nano-titanium dioxide was used as filler with ratio of 10% to prepare the green epoxy composite. The structure of the Kraft lignin and lignin-based epoxy resin was proven via Infrared spectra (FT-IR) were recorded using solid KBr disk by testing Shimadzu (FT-IR-8300) spectrophotometer. The thermal properties of the curing process of lignin-based epoxy resin and composite were investigate using Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. Potentiodynamic measurements data revealed that the anti-corrosion performance of the lignin based epoxy resin. The study demonstrates successful of epoxidation of Kraft lignin. In addition, lignin based eopxy resin showed effective inhibitor for carbon steel in 3.5 wt. % NaCl electrolyte solution
Gongsun Longzi’s “form”: Minimal word meaning
Inspired by Gongsun Longzi’s “form-naming” idea about word meaning, this paper argues that 1) the internal lexicon contains only the list of word-meaning pairs, with no additional information either as part of word meaning or as a structural level above it; 2) the meaning of word is a minimal C-Form, the identifying conceptual meaning that individuates a concept; 3) C-Form is the interface between word meaning and concept meaning; and 4) a sentence has a minimal semantic content, consisting of the minimal meanings of the words composing it, which is propositional and truth-evaluable, and contextual elements contribute nothing to the meaning of language expressions. This paper adheres to semantic minimalism, believing meanwhile that meaning holism helps in semantics inquiry, since reflection on language meaning differs from language meaning itself.

Transcriptome Sequencing of Solanum Nigrum Linn Reveals the Genes Related to the Biosynthesis of Flavonoids
In this work we comprehensively compared the transcriptome profiles of ripe fruits (RFs) and unripe fruits (UFs) and identified the genes related to flavonoid biosynthesis in Solanum nigrum Linn. (S. nigrum). Firstly, 118198 unigenes with a N50 length of 1339 bp were de novo assembled. In addition, 527 genes that were differential expression in RFs and UFs have been identified, including 329 down-regulated genes and 198 up-regulated genes. Especially, 8 differential expression genes (DEGs) were identified to be involved in flavonoid biosynthesis. Coincidentally, most of the 8 flavonoid-related genes were highly expressed in RFs. Finally, we found that the differential expression of three genes that were related to the synthesis of dihydroflavonol-4-reductase (DFR), flavonoid 3’, 5’-hydroxylase (F35H) and anthocyanin synthase (ANS) was the main reason for differences in flavonoid biosynthesis between RFs and UFs of S. nigrum. This study provides some supporting information for the flavonoid accumulation in RFs. Moreover, this study can improve our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of flavonoid biosynthesis in S. nigrum

Expression, Purification and Activity Study of Amuc_1100
Objective: To construct prokaryotic expression vector of Amuc_1100 gene, the ELP (ELSTIN-LIKE PROTEIN) is used as purification label to express fusion with the target protein and detect the biological activity of recombinant protein at cell level and animal level. Methods: the recombinant plasmid pET28a-Amuc_1100-ELP is designed and synthesized, and transformed into e. coli competent cell bl21 (de3) to induce expression. The recombinant egg was isolated and purified by the reversible phase change cycling (ITC) characteristic of ELP10 white. At the cellular level, PBMCs cells from mice were extracted to detect the expression level of IL-10. At the animal level, obese mice induced by gastric gavage with high fat detected the improvement effect of the protein on mouse metabolism. Results: The recombinant protein with the expected molecular weight of 60 kDa was expressed by E.coli expression system. After circulating through ITC, the recombinant protein with high purity was obtained. The protein increased the expression level of IL-10 in PBMCs cells, and significantly improved the obesity and metabolic disorders induced by high-fat diet in mice. Conclusion: The recombinant protein expression plasmid pET28a-Amuc_1100-ELP was successfully constructed. After expression and purification, the recombinant protein expression plasmid has high purity and has 15 biologically active recombinant protein. This study laid a foundation for the industrial production and clinical application of Amuc_1100
A critical review on the study of threatening in English
Despite the fact that threatening in languages is common in ordinary verbal communication, it has not received much attention from academic studies because of its “negative” nature. Muschalik’s monograph Threatening in English: A Mixed Method Approach, mainly based on the theory of Face Threatening Speech Act by Brown and Levinson (1987), takes 301 categories of threatening expressions in judicial proceedings as the corpus with qualitative and quantitative methods, brings a new perspective for pragmatic research, especially speech act research, and deepens people’s understanding of relevant issues. Initiated by Muschalik’s book Threatening in English: A Mixed Method Approach, the paper is to make a critical review on the studies of threatening in English and propose some new directions for the study of threatening in languages

The problem about "who is right in relativity and Newtonian mechanics" is analyzed and discussed, and the theoretical results described in this study are only used as reference. This study reveals that there is no contradiction between relativity and Newtonian mechanics, and the essence of the relativity lies in the mass energy equation.
Piecewise Curve Fitting Based on Least Square Method in 3D Space
Least squares curve fitting is widely used in various neighborhoods, such as industry, agriculture, and economy. The method of piecewise curve fitting is used to deal with some experimental studies with large amounts of data. It can not only be used for plane space points, but also for three-dimensional space points. Firstly, this article introduces the principles of curve fitting and least squares. Secondly, it clarifies the steps based on least square fitting and gives examples of improvements made based on the principle of least square fitting functions by some scientists. Finally, the piecewise curve fitting in the three-dimensional space is obtained using the least squares piecewise curve fitting. It lays a certain theoretical foundation for drawing the laws between data in three-dimensional space
