Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement of Work
Recently, as work styles have diversified due to the corona crisis, there is a growing interest in improving employee loyalty and engagement. There are concerns that remote work will weaken the bonds between employees and
reduce job satisfaction. Therefore, companies are implementing their own work style initiatives, providing support and devising ways to enable employees to work in an environment that suits their wishes, whether at home or in the
office. This paper examines the sense of belonging, motivation, and engagement of employees, including their life career, in the sense of working at a company. Employee health and happiness are related to company performance(stock price rise, ROE), productivity and creativity.
When employees feel a sense of belonging, they become more attached to the company and less likely to leave the company. The retention rate will improve if employees who are attached to their work for a long time increases. The result is a stable work environment that increases employee belonging, motivation, and engagement. You can have an attachment to wanting to work in that workplace.departmental bulletin pape
Self-Governing Administration in the Federal Republic of Austria −The Municipalities(Gemeinden)and The Legal Representatives of Occupational Interests(Kammern)- (1)
The Austrian Constitution, Bundes-Verfassungsgesetz(B-VG), classifies the self-governing administration in Austria into Gemeinden - the territorial self-governing administration (cities, towns and villages) and Kammern - the personal self-governing administration( the legal representatives of occupational interests, social insurance etc.).
The fundamental characteristics of the self-governing administration system are autonomy, the juridical person, the internal democracy of organization, and the control of the Bund(federal government)and Land(the state government).
The Selbstverwaltungskörper(the self-governing body)executes all or part of the public administration of the federal and state government. For this reason, the autonomy of the self-governing administration is in contradiction to the parliamentary democracy and the public administration hierarchy.
This paper examines the relationship between ‘the democracy of the selfgoverning administration’ and ‘the parliamentary democracy of the federal and the state administrations’.
Currently in Austria, the cooperative federalism of all three levels; the Bund(the federation), the Länder(the states)and the Gemeinden(municipalities)is under debate.
In this paper, the position, competence, and organization of the municipality is considered.departmental bulletin pape

The Construction of the Indicators of Economic Well-being
3841,3776The 2022 World Happiness Rankings have been released, and Finland has
topped the list for the fifth year in a row. This year marks the 10th
anniversary of the World Happiness Report, which uses global survey data to
report on how people evaluate their own lives in more than 150 countries
worldwide. Japan placed 54th among the 146 countries and regions covered by
the report, up two notches from last year but still among the lowest in the
developed world. We doubt the following survey rankings; Saudi Arabia 25th,
Spain 29th, Italy 31st, Kosovo 32nd, Brazil 38th and Guatemala 39th. Therefore,
we propose a unique indicator of economic well-being using OECD data.departmental bulletin pape

Consideration of the Basic Theory of Educational
It is said that there are two types of entities in society. One is the production
entity and the other is the consumption entity. Each entity has its own accounting system. Production entity uses accrual-based accounting whereas consumption entity uses cash-based accounting. In general, school corporations are recognized as consumption entities. But the Accounting Standards of School Corporations applies business accounting because in Japan, school corporations faced financial difficulties in 1960s. As a result, the accounting standards adopted some parts of accrual accounting theory to overcome this. Therefore, the inconsistency of the accounting standards for schools has been criticized for a long time. This paper considered the pros and cons of these standards from a theoretical background.departmental bulletin pape
Kanzo Uchimura and His Time(5) ― Uchimuraʼs Non-Churchism versus Uemuraʼs Ecclesiasticism ―
3743This article deals with the formation of Uchimura’s Non-Churchism( =無教会
主義) from 1901 to his death in 1930 and also clarifies its significance and
influence on Christianity.
Uchimura’s features of Non-Churchism consists in Biblical infallibility, a creed
of redemption, resurrection and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, anticlericalism,
laicism, anti-ritualism and anti-institutional church. Uchimura’s Non-
Churchism had a strong impact on the Japanese protestant churches and also
incurred strong opposition.
Especially Masahisa Uemura−a most influential protestant leader−objected
to Non-Churchism and regarded it as anarchism and extreme individualism in
Christianity. He insisted on the importance of institutional church and devoted
to establish national church.
Although the two christian leader’s concept of the church seems in
opposition, the two have some commonality, that is the spiritual truth of the
body of Christ, the guidance of Holy Spirit and the common fellowship of
brothers and sisters in Christ.
While Uchimura regarded the institutional church and clericalism as
incompatible with the truth of the invisible church, Uemura promoted the
unification of various denominations and tried to establish the Kingdom of God
in Japan on the basis of protestant churches. On the other hand, Uchimura was
sure that the fullfillment of the Kingdom of God would become possible only
with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.departmental bulletin pape

Kanzo Uchimura and His Time(6) ― Political Criticizm of Kanzo Uchimura and Masahisa Uemura ―
3743Two Japanese Christian leaders, Kanzo Uchimura and Masahisa Uemura
made clear their positions not only in religious and ecclesiastical matters, but
also in social and political matters. They identified themselves as prophets and
criticized the tyrannical government and corruption in order to implement
social justice in Japan.
This article deals with their political criticism and the commitment of the
two Christian leaders from the age of “Freedom and People’s Rights
Movement” to the age of the Great Kanto Earthquake(1923)and Immigration
Act of 1924 in America.
Although Uchimura and Uemura came into conflict on ecclesiastical issues,
they could agree on the pursuit of civil rights and freedom of individuals. And
also since they were nationalists, they worked together in opposition to the
U.S.A. Immigration Act of 1924.
This article also considers the relationship between Kanzo Uchimura and
Shozo Tanaka, Shusui Kotoku, Soho Tokutomi and Roka Tokutomi.departmental bulletin pape
