知的バリアフリーのための一歩として: 知的バリア状況の検討
P(論文)This article introduces a new concept named “intellectual barrier free”. The concept has two levels of meaning. At the practical level it means to change the situation where a person experiences intellectual disabilities because of the fact that he/she or someone else who shares the same situation cannot understand something in the situation. This is so that nobody has to experience intellectual disabilities, in other words difficulty or inconvenience coming from the fact that someone in the situation cannot understand something. At the level of the situation it means a certain ideal situation where nobody experiences intellectual disabilities. The author explains that there exist two basic approaches to intellectual barrier free practice: the individual approach and the environmental approach.departmental bulletin pape
勤続期間と利他的行動 : 組織市民行動の得点比較
P(論文)The smooth management and achievement of organizations is strongly dependent on altruistic behavior which makes it an important consideration for business administrations.
Recently altruistic behavior has been discussed in the context of theories of organizational behavior, for example Organ(1988).
The relationship between length of service and altruistic behavior was analyzed by comparing Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) scores. It is suggested that policies be developed by Japanese corporations in order to take advantage of findings on the merits of altruistic behavior.departmental bulletin pape
フランチャイズ契約における本部の加盟店に対する報告義務
P(論文)This study examines a judgment of the Supreme Court. The plaintiff is the owner of a convenience store and the defendant is a company runnning a chain of convenience stores. The plaintiff insisted that the defendant had a duty to report the exact price of articles which the plaintiff had stocked. However this was not written into the contract between the two parties. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff. This is the first judgment in which the Supreme Court has ruled that there is a duty to report a detailed breakdown of the price that a franchisee pays to the franchiser. The content of this particular decision was examined because of the interest that it has aroused.departmental bulletin pape
障害観についての一考察
P(論文)This study examines changes in attitude to disabilities and considers current issues on the subject.
Views on disabilities can be understood from within a social model rather than a personal model by using the concept of normalization, or as new independence-based on the work of the independent living movement. Emphasis on empowerment and viewing the state of health, rather than disabilities, are common today, as is the point of view of disability as personality.
It is proposed that it is necessary to establish a view of disabilities that acknowledges the disability, while building a society where the disabled are not disadvantaged.departmental bulletin pape
Ruby on Railsの指導の導入部分に関する考察
P(論文)Ruby on Rails is the first spread, full-stack web application framework in the world. David Heinemeier Hansson, a Danish programmer, built Rails in 2004, and his book Agile Web Development with Rails is revised up to 3rd edition now. This paper makes a comparison with the tutorial part, the beginning of this book and other Rails textbooks.
Rails is an implementation of Model-View-Controller architecture. The tutorials of Rails textbooks have differences in teaching order according to the authors’ viewpoint; Model-driven development or View-Controller driven development.
“Has-many” relationship is one of the important topics in teaching web application development. The tutorial in Hansson’s book doesn’t contain this topic, but some other textbooks include it in their tutorials.departmental bulletin pape
中学生が体育授業において望む教師像について : 運動・体育への態度による比較
P(論文)This study surveyed 3,888 junior high school students, compared the differences in their preferences on exercise and physical education and attempted to determine their impression of their ideal PE teacher.
Findings were that students who liked exercise and PE had a tendency to expect their teachers to be good at sports and teach them enthusiastically, whereas those who disliked exercise tended to expect their teachers to enhance the class atmosphere and give them individual instruction. In particular, female students showed a strong desire for individual instruction.departmental bulletin pape
