「人間の福祉」のための協同フィールド研究の過程 ： スウェーデンにおける実践についての省察
Get PDFP(論文)This article discusses the process of the studies that the author names Cooperative Field Studies for Human Welfare. So called, informants are regarded as research partners in the practice of cooperative field studies, and the study practice is a cooperative practice between the researcher and the informants for human welfare as well as a data collection process. The author finds that the process of cooperative field studies has five phases which interrelate or interpenetrate with each other as follows: 1: Preliminary phase, 2: Mutual acceptance phase, 3: Exploratory phase, 4: Natural phase (Phase with no planed study) and 5: Experimental phase. Firstly the ambiguous processing time was formulated using the fuzzy possibility function. Next the agreement index between managers and decisionmakers was calculated in order to establish ideas common to both.

Get PDFP(論文)The Accounting Standards Board (ASBJ) of Japan is currently asking for public submissions on accounting allowance regulations. It is considering this issue as part of the international convergence of accounting standards, which the board has already taken some action on.
As we are confronted with global environmental problems which must be addressed, it is likely that various allowances will be appropriated for this purpose and that the amounts involved will increase in future, playing an important part in accounting standards.

Get PDFP(論文)The Kremsier Draft Constitution of 1848-1849 is examined and compared with the 1920 Austrian Federal Constitution.
The famous Austrian jurist, Hans Kelsen, once pointed out with astonishment that: “The Kremsier Draft Constitution is unexpectedly similar to the 1920 Federal Constitution.” The Kremsier Draft Constitution was amended in detail only in 1925 and 1929 and forms the basis of the current Federal Constitution.
There are various reasons, especially objections from the Austrian Emperor, why the Kremsier Draft Constitution was not put into effect, but it addressed serious issues such as popular sovereignty, federalism, ethnic concerns and basic human rights.
Therefore the Kremsier Constitution even now occupies a preeminent position in Austrian constitutional history.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)Edward W. Said’s Culture and Imperialism stirred up a post-colonial dispute about the novel, Mansfield Park, written by Jane Austen.
But Said’s point in question was to interpret the “structure of attitude and reference” of Austen from a viewpoint of the criticism of colonialism from within a colonial realm. I would like to show that it was what he captured by “contrapuntal reading” of Austen’s interpretation in The Country and the City, Reymond Williams presented.
If it was Williams in The Country and the City who drew out the criticism of the class society from within the class society of Austen via a viewpoint of the class Austen could not hold but Williams could, it could be interpreted that Said in Culture and Imperialism drew out the criticism of colonialism from within the colonialism society of Austen via a post-colonial viewpoint we can hold but Austen and Williams could not.departmental bulletin pape
