Get PDFP(論文)This article discusses new adjectives which were not seen in the works researched to date in this series: ancient works, The Anthology of the Eight Poems, prose works from the Heian period and the documents written in Chinese with signs rendering into Japanese-based on A Constrastive Lexical List of Adjectives in the Konjaku Monogatari-Shu (Tales of Times now Past) -Tenjiku-Bu and Shintan-Bu, Honcho Buppo-Bu and Honcho-Sezoku-Bu which have already been published.
The paper focuses on the adjectives used in the Konjyaku Monogatari-Shu (Tales of Times now Past) and analyzes the systematic nature of this work, comparing it with other ancient and medieval works.departmental bulletin pape

This paper introduces Dr. Goldratt’s TOC which is based on the premise that the rate of goal achievement is limited by constraints which it then seeks to identify.

Get PDFP(論文)OIU holds Leadership Training programs for students who participate in extracurricular activities as committee officers. The first purpose of this study was to verify the effects on student’s feelings of belonging to OIU and their social skills through programs of Leadership Training with faculty members. The second was to determine any interaction between social skills and feelings of belonging through the training. The training consisted of ASE, cutter boats, outdoor cooking and campus meetings and 88 OIU students (46 male and 42 female) participated. Students completed the KiSS18 and Social Identity Inventory before and after the programs. The results showed significant improvements in feelings of belonging to OIU and social skills through the programs. Also that there was no interaction between feelings of belonging to OIU and social skills.departmental bulletin pape
Reconciliation Requirements of From 20-F : The Strategies of the SEC and EC
Get PDFP(論文)The purpose of this paper is to analyze the choice among the alternatives of bases of accounting standards at the international level in U.S. securities markets. First, the paper provides an explanation of the reconciliation requirements in Form 20-F for FPI (Foreign private issuer). FPI is required to reconcile with U.S. GAAP. As the securities markets have become internationalized, it became necessary for the SEC to review to the reconciliation requirements. Second, the strategies of both the SEC and EC for convergence to IFRS are discussed. The EC has required the removal of these requirements. In the EU market, third country issuers must prepare their financial information in accordance with IFRS or equivalent standards. In order to make decisions, the SEC and EC engage in strategic actions. The author applies simple game theory to these actions.departmental bulletin pape

夜間勤務者の食生活に関する実態調査
Get PDFP(論文)The number of people with nighttime work in the service and other industries is believed to have increased in recent years. Therefore, a study was done of their dietary habits with nighttime work defined as regular employment shifts, not overtime work, beginning at 20:00.
The subjects studied worked an average of 7.3 hours a night. A large percentage of these people admitted to irregular dietary habits compared to persons who do not work at night. The following tendencies were recognized the more frequently nighttime work was performed: (1) a high percentage ate out or took out meals, (2) subjects consumed large amounts of alcohol before sleeping and drank alcohol on many days, and (3) subjects smoked a lot.
From these findings, the impact of nighttime work on health is alarming because of, in addition to the irregular physical rhythm, there are the compounding factors of irregular eating habits, high alcohol consumption and smoking.departmental bulletin pape
