3DCGを利用してインタラクティブにファイル関係構造を可視化するファイルマネージャの提案
Get PDFP(論文)現在多くのコンピュータシステムで使用されているファイルシステムのほとんどはツリー型のディレクトリ構造を持ち、ユーザはさまざまな業務上で生成される数多くのファイルをツリー構造の上で管理している。しかしツリー型ファイルシステムはOS 上での資源管理には優れていても、ユーザの複雑な業務を表現するにはあまりに貧弱な能力しか持っていないことは、すでにさまざまな方面から指摘されている。本稿は、現行のファイルシステムにおけるディレクトリ構造はそのままに、ディレクトリ名やファイル名に表現されているファイルの分類情報を元にして、ファイルアイコンを３次元空間上に配置し、各次元の振り分けをインタラクティブにユーザが指定することによって、さまざまな局面に適したディレクトリ構造を仮想的に構築し、可視化するシステムの提案である。本システムは現行ファイルシステムの上で動作しファイルシステムには影響を与えずに、業務に必要な作業環境を仮想的に作り出すだけの、いわばファイルシステムの補完をするためのシステムと言う位置づけである。Most of the filesystem used with a lot of computer systems have the tree model directories now, and the user is managing a lot of files generated on various works on the tree model. However, it has already been pointed out that it has only a too poor ability from various districts so that the tree model may express user’s complex works even if it is excellent in the resource management on OS. Because the directory structure in a present filesystem arranges the file icon in three dimensions based on classification information on the file expressed in the directory name and the file name, and specifies the distribution of each dimension for the state as it is interactively by the user, this text constructs, and is a proposal of the system that makes it to visible virtual as for the directory structure that is appropriate for various phases. This system operates on a present filesystem and is a location of system only of the virtual production of the working environment necessary for the works influencing to interpolate the filesystem so to speak to the filesystem.departmental bulletin pape
A Hybrid Method to Improve Forecasting Accuracy : Application to J-REIT（commerce, hotel, and logistics type）stock market ｐrices
Get PDFP(論文)Given that the equation of the exponential smoothing method (ESM) is equivalent to the (1,1) order ARMA model equation, a new method of estimation of the smoothing constant in the exponential smoothing method was proposed before by us which satisfied the minimum variance of forecasting
error. Generally, the smoothing constant is selected arbitrarily, but in this paper we utilize the above theoretical solution. Firstly, we estimate the ARMA model parameter and then estimate the smoothing constants. Thus the theoretical solution is derived in a simple way and may be utilized in various fields.
Furthermore, combining the trend removing method with this method, we aim to improve forecasting accuracy. This new method is applied to the stock market price data of Japan Real Estate Investment Trust (J-REIT), obtaining some interesting results.departmental bulletin pape
Current situation of university education in The Federal Republic of Germany -Taking of Tuition Fees and withdrawal of Tuition Fees-
Get PDFP(論文)According to the German university framework from 2002*, universities are not allowed to take tuition fees.
Seven federal states (e.g. Bundesländer), saw in the framework an inadmissible intervention by the central government in the right of the federal states to independent politics in the cultural field. These federal states were Baden-Württenberg, Sachsen-Anhalt, Hessen, Saarland, Hamburg, Bayern and Sachsen, all ruled by the party CDU/CSU. They filed a law suit against the framework at the Federal Constitutional Court. On January 26th 2005 it ruled in favour of the federal states. Starting with the winter semester 2006/07, the federal states could allow their universities to charge tuition fees for undergraduate study programmes, and the above mentioned seven federal states introduced general tuition fees.
But since then the number of federal states that charge universities tuition fees has decreased to only Bayern and Niedersachsen in the winter semester 2012/13, as it proved to be politically difficult to uphold the unpopular tuition fees. This paper will treat the recent history of introducing and abolishing the
university tuition fees in Germany.

Therefore, in order to expand their market shares in China, all automobile companies and independent automotive enterprises have implemented a series of management strategies, and, as a result, made the competition in China more intense. However, Chinese automobile enterprises are not known to the outside world.
Therefore, this paper selected the independent automobile company Chery as an example, based on an analysis of the history of the company, using SWOT and five competive forces (5F) methods. Get PDFoai:oiu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000001P(論文)This paper examines the Austrian Federal Constitution of 1920 (Österreiches Bundes-Verfassungsgesetz 1920) which laid the foundation for the current constitution. The eminent Austrian jurist Hans Kelsen produced several draft constitutions, causing heated controversy among several political parties and resulting in a range of views from Austrian people being included in the 1920 Constitution.
On the other hand, the 1920 Constitution also received important concepts such as popular sovereignty, constitutionalism and equality before the law from the Kremsier Draft Constitution of 1849 (der Kremsierer Verfassungsentwurf in 1849) which was written immediately after the Austrian March Revolution of 1848.
