BYD自動車のファジィVRIO分析
Get PDFP(論文)It is generally understood that the Chinese market is now an integral part of the world market and international automobile companies are making efforts to gain access to it. To expand their market share in China, companies implement various strategies, making competition fiercer. As Chinese automobile companies are not well-known world-wide, BYD is suitable for analysis as a representative Chinese automobile company. Firstly, the history and outline of the company are summarized, then the strengths and weaknesses of the corporate environment are described using the fuzzy VRIO (Value, Rarity, Inimitability and Organization) analysis method. Applying fuzzy theory in the analysis of the management environment, for instance, VRIO analysis can enable the formulation of more effective strategies. This application of fuzzy theory to management methods is intended to contribute to the future development of the Chinese automobile industry. A Coalitional Game of Four players with the Characteristic Function
Get PDFP(論文)Game theory is the study of mathematical models of competition and cooperation between rational decision-makers pioneered by Princeton mathematician John Von Neumann. His paper was followed by his 1944 book “Theory of Games and Economic Behavior” with Oskar Morgenstern. In this research, based on the Shapley value introduced by 2012 Nobel Economics prize-winner L.S. Shapley, we discuss how to divide the reward in a coalitional game depending on the relationships between the players.
In this paper, we identify the relationship between two players, and define the value of the characteristic function depending on the state of that relationship. If the relationship is good, the value of the characteristic function is high. If the relationship is bad, that value goes down. We define a characteristic function to have these properties and discuss the strategy of each player. By applying the characteristic function, which depends on the relationship, we prove some properties that describe when a specific player’s reward will be the maximum or the minimum. In particular, the number who participate in this game is extended to four persons from three.
When the number of participants increases by one, different situations develop with each player’s Shapley value changing from 33=27 to 36=729. We can discuss the strategy of each player by computation simulations with VBA （Microsoft Excel）.departmental bulletin pape
中学校1年生への心の健康に関する一考察
Get PDFP(論文)In order to facilitate counseling activities, a mental health questionnaire was administered to junior high school students. The primary object of the research was first graders – who had had big changes in the transition from elementary to junior high school.
Results showed the importance of friendships in school life. In particular the girls had support from their friends in times of trouble, however friends were also the main source of worry – indicating that friends could also be a stressor.
The first graders were also supported by their families. It was considered that the teachers and the school counselor would be in the best position to cooperate with parents.
A large number of the first graders had either physical or mental issues because of lack of sleep. This suggested that the school counselor should cooperate with the school nurse and take action to build up a support system for both physical and mental health.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)The main purpose of this study was to conduct an effectiveness analysis on the class of communication for the freshmen. 58 students who took the 1st (pre-test) and 15th (post-test) classes were subjected for a questionnaire. According to the t-tests, the post-test scored higher than the pre-test on the self-evaluation of one’s communication ability and comprehensive level. Also, a qualitative measure revealed that the post-test scored more words in explaining communication than the pre-test. An Overview of International Programs in Thai Higher Education
Get PDFP(論文)The purpose of this paper is to report on the general situation of International Programs （IPs） in higher education institutions in Thailand. Setting up IPs in those institutions aimed at establishing their international position under 1） a necessity to respond to the demand for English language higher education by Thai students, 2） raising content quality of higher education to international standards, including from the viewpoints of quality assurance and accreditation by national and international organizations and 3） advancement to accept foreign students by promoting academic exchanges with foreign countries. The number of institutions to set up IPs in the 2012 fiscal year was 60 （36 public, 24 private）, comprising 37.9% of the total of 171 higher education institutions. The total number of IPs amounted to 1,017 and included 344 bachelors, 394 masters, 259 doctoral and 30 programs for other certificates. For Attempt to Introduce Character in the Field of University Education
Get PDFP(論文)We have been trying to introduce the character to education from 2010 in the Osaka International University, Department of Psychology and Communication. While this attempt is still continuing as of 2014, in this paper I report its outline up to the year 2013 as a tentative summary and consider the significance of characters in the practical situations of university education. Classified broadly, it seems to have two kinds of significance： one as the action research style fieldwork and the other pertaining to communication studies. The employment of characters within the faculty provides the students with a simulated field to prepare for actual works outside the campus.
