Routine Stock Opname in Enhancing Service of Halodoc's Order and Increasing Transactions
In partnering with the e-commerce platform Halodoc, one of the challenges encountered is unfulfilled orders due to discrepancies between the system's stock and conventional stock. Therefore, the researcher aims to determine whether maintaining drug availability through routine stock opname in an online (e-commerce) setting can also enhance service quality. This study is quasi-experimental research conducted at Manut Farma Pharmacy from July to September 2023. The research involves daily routine stock opname of 312 registered drug items on the Halodoc application. These 312 drug items met the inclusion criteria, which were "Drugs included in the list of drugs available in the pharmacy and registered in the Halodoc program," and the exclusion criterion of "Physical stock of drugs having an expiration date of not less than 6 months." The research findings indicate that almost all incoming Halodoc orders can be served effectively (86%), which represents a significant increase of 19% (A sig. 0.003; p=0.05) compared to the previous three months (67%). The product is one of the key aspects of marketing, and by maintaining up-to-date stock conditions, it directly affects the fulfillment of incoming drug orders by enhancing the serving process. Routine stock opname can help improve the service of Halodoc orders, Although the number of incoming orders for Halodoc transactions is still relatively low, on the other hand, routine stock checks have also contributed to a 10% increase in conventional transactions
Knowledge and Attitudes towards Antibiotic Use among Non-Health Undergraduate Students at Andalas University
The knowledge and understanding of the community about antibiotic usage are crucial to avoid inaccuracies in drug utilization. Negative impacts that can arise include the occurrence of resistance and the reduction in antibiotic effectiveness. Students with non-health related educational backgrounds are among the parts of the community that have a limited grasp of issues related to antibiotic usage. The aim of this research is to assess the level of knowledge and attitudes of non-health related major students towards antibiotic usage. This study utilized a cross-sectional method with validated questionnaires. Inclusion criteria for this research were non-health undergraduate students at Andalas University who were willing to complete the questionnaire comprehensively. The obtained data were statistically analyzed using SPSS version 26. The research findings indicate that non-health related major students at Andalas University possess moderate knowledge (54.7%) while their attitudes tend to be positive (71.1%) towards antibiotic usage. A significant correlation between students' knowledge and attitudes towards antibiotic usage was found, with a p-value 0.05. There was no significant correlation found between students' sociodemographic characteristics (faculty, age, gender, presence of family members working in the healthcare field) and their knowledge level. However, concerning attitudes, factors that influence include gender and the presence of family members working in the healthcare field
FRAMING FAITH AND LANGUAGE: A CRITICAL DISCOURSE ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-RELIGIOUS ETYMOLOGIES IN INDONESIAN LEXICOGRAPHY
A dictionary is more than a collection of words; it is a realm of knowledge and power where language, history, and ideology meet. This research aims to explore the representation and absence of etymological traces of socio-religious terms, particularly those of Arabic origin, in the online edition of the Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI). A critical analysis of several entries shows that although since 2018 the KBBI has started to include etymological notes for some Arabic-derived words, this move remains partial, inconsistent and problematic. Terms such as modin and muslihat appear with superficial or distorted etymological explanations, while important terms in Islamic discourse such as istirjāʻ, tayamum, and barakah are missing. On the other hand, the inclusion of sectarian terms-such as Ahlussunnah, Khawarij, and Wahabi-indicates an epistemological bias as well as a reflection of the particular ideological framework at work in the compilation of the dictionary. These findings show that the KBBI is not entirely neutral as a linguistic archive, but rather a discursive arena that produces and reproduces meanings in Indonesia's socio-political landscape. Thus, the dictionary does not only function as a linguistic tool, but also a field of cultural and ideological attraction, where the authority to define language becomes a contested political issue
Allah Sebagai The Wholeness: Relasi Integral Iman Katolik dan Sains Modern Menurut Ilia Delio
BETWEEN HINDU INDONESIA AND THE HARE KRISHNA MOVEMENT: A MINORITY PROBLEM
The conflict between Hindu Indonesia or Indonesian Hinduism and Hare Krishna movements in Indonesia is between two religious groups that are not solely about theological differences but also political. Under Parisada Hindu Dharma Indonesia (PHDI), Indonesian Hinduism gained recognition from the state after making several adjustments and changes. The entanglement of Indonesian Hinduism and Balinese cultures was knitted during the struggle for recognition. It led to a fixed, specific identity and character of Indonesian Hinduism. The case of a series of rejections toward the Hare Krishna movement sparked in the Hindu members who escalated with Desa Adat involvement and reached a deadlock with the statements of PHDI. This paper investigates the issues between Indonesian Hinduism and the Hare Krishna Movements through a literature review. It aims to answer questions about how the conflict between Indonesian Hinduism and the Hare Krishna movements presents the complexities of the socio-cultural politics of governing religion in Indonesia. Finally, it argues that the conflict between Indonesian Hinduism and the Hare Krishna movement reflects the effects of governing religious differences in Indonesia

Bertumbuh di Balik Jeruji: Stress-Related Growth pada Narapidana Tamping
Research has shown that most inmates experience stress while incarcerated. If managed appropriately, distress can foster stress-related growth (SRG), a process of positive personal development. This study explores SRG among prisoner escorts (tamping)—well-behaved inmates who are not recidivists, demonstrate self-maturity during correctional processes, and are selected by officers to assist in coaching other inmates. Research on SRG in prisons is crucial as growth enhances self-functioning and adaptation. This study involved three informants, selected through purposive sampling, with criteria of being early adults and serving as tamping for a minimum one year. Data were collected through a preliminary questionnaire, followed by semi-structured interviews. A descriptive phenomenological approach and thematic analysis techniques were employed to examine their experiences and the formation process of SRG. The study identified a self-growth process, internal factors influencing self-growth (personal character and self-motivation to change), and external factors providing support (friends, family, and prison officers). Forms of self-growth include increased self-awareness, resilience, independence, compassion, new perspectives on oneself and others, greater respect for family, strengthened spiritual connection, and changes in life meaning and orientation. Additionally, a novel finding in this study is that prisoner escorts also experience an increase in work proficiency, which further enhances their rehabilitation process. The study suggests expanding informant criteria, conducting longitudinal research, and exploring related variables such as gratitude, self-forgiveness, and self-compassion. Further studies should also examine related issues such as choice, commitment, and social support, which may influence SRG outcomes in prison settings
Semua Makhluk adalah Saudara: Sinergi Pemikiran Paus Fransiskus dengan Budaya Jawa
The world needs a contextual concept of Ecoteology, in the sense of a scientific study of theology that is friendly and caring for the environment that is increasingly in harmony with the Will of the creator. Through contextual ecoteology, humans can build harmonious relationships with God, others and the universe. Driven by these backgrounds, the purpose of this paper is to spark an understanding of contextual ecotheology through the synergy between the concept of ecotheology developed by Pope Francis, in his eksikliknya entitled Laudato Si’, Mi Signore, with the concept of Ecology in Javanese culture. This can be done because both views have parallels in view, namely placing nature and humans in one alignment that live and support each other. In this parallel, nature and man go through the process of becoming perfect in their submission and submission to God, The Creator. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, relying on the literature approach. The results showed that the synergy between Pope Francis ' ecotheological view and the ecological view of Javanese culture can be carried out, resulting in a view of Javanese contextual ecotheology.
