Effects of defusion exercise for female college students with body dysmorphic concerns
Get PDF本研究では，身体醜形障害の症状である身体醜形懸念に対するアクセプタンス＆コミットメント・セラピー(以下，ACTとする)の介入の効果を検討した。高い身体醜形懸念を有する女子大学生に対し，脱フュージョン・エクササイズを実施することで，身体醜形懸念，感情的不快度と確信度，ACTに関する指標が低減すると仮説を立てた。対象者は私立大学に通う女子大学生31名であった。実験参加者を「脱フュージョン群」と「思考抑制群」の2群に分け，それぞれに介入を行った。その後，各群および群間における，介入前後のACTに関する質問紙，身体醜形懸念および感情的不快度と確信度を測定する質問紙の得点を比較した。分析の結果，プロセス指標(介入の実施状況を評価する指標)及び身体醜形懸念の質問紙において，交互作用が有意ではなかった。一方，感情的不快度と確信度においては交互作用が有意であり，脱フュージョン群において介入後に得点の低減がみられた。以上より仮説は一部支持された。本研究の結果から，脱フュージョン・エクササイズにおいて，感情的不快度と確信度を低減させることが示唆された。一方で，ワードリピーティングを実施する際には参加者一人一人に合った単語を選択する必要性と単一的なエクササイズでは思考全体に脱フュージョンを生じさせることができない可能性が示唆された。今後の研究においては，脱フュージョンの介入において使用する単語の選択肢を増やすこと，用いる脱フュージョン・エクササイズの種類を増やして介入を行うことを検討する必要性がある。研究論文departmental bulletin pape

Based on research in the deep south of Thailand, this book clarifies the characteristics of the local Islamic reformers and analyzes the influence of the reformists on Malay nationalism in the deep south. Management and challenges of public vocational training for job-seekers by polytechnic centers : the gap between inclusion and exclusion by ICT engineer courses
Get PDF我が国では，企業現場での人手不足が深刻化している。他方，約183 万人もの失業者が存在し，その雇用機会もまた失われている。これらの問題を解決すべく，公的職業訓練に注目が集まる。公的職業訓練は，求職者の就業率を高め，特に女性だと，正社員雇用率と就業後の所得上昇が見込まれる。それ故に，現：岸田内閣による「『人への投資』の抜本強化」を目的とした，公的職業訓練の実施に期待が高まる。一方，我が国の公的職業訓練では，その受講者である求職者を一括りにして観察する傾向があり，どんな求職者が公的職業訓練の対象として包摂され，誰が排除されているのかを批判的に検討していない。
そこで，本稿ではポリテクセンターAとBに聞き取り調査を行い，離職者訓練の年間実施回数，定員数，応募倍率，定員充足率，就職率，業種経験の有無，性別比，年齢比の観点から，どんな求職者が離職者訓練の受講を可能としているのか否かを検討した。その結果，1）そもそも，各ポリテクセンターでは現行の離職者訓練の枠を拡大し，多くの求職者がそのセーフティネット機能を享受できる体制を整えてきたこと，2）特に業種経験を持たない求職者がその開かれた離職者訓練の枠を積極的に享受してきたこと，3）女性や若者，中年・高齢者が現行の離職者訓練の枠を享受しづらい状況に置かれていることが明らかとなった。In Japan, manpower shortages are becoming more and more serious in the business sites. On the other hand, about 1.83 million people are unemployed, and their employment opportunities are also being lost. In order to solve these problems, public vocational training is attracting attention. Public vocational training is expected to increase the employment rate of job seekers, and to increase the rate of full-time employment and income after employment especially for women. Therefore, there are high expectations for the implementation of public vocational training by the current Kishida Cabinet, which aims to " drastically strengthen 'investment in human resources'". On the other hand, public vocational training in Japan tends to lump all job seekers together and does not critically examine which job seekers are included in public vocational training and which are excluded. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted interviews at Polytechnic Centers A and B and examined what kind of job seekers are eligible for public vocational training for job-seekers in terms of the annual number of training sessions, the number of capacity, the application rate, the fill rate of capacity, the employment rate, the existence of experience in the industry, the gender ratio, and the age ratio. As a result, it became clear that 1) each polytechnic center has expanded the public vocational training for job-seekers capacity and established a system where many job-seekers can receive its safety net function, 2) job-seekers without industry experience in particular have received the opportunity to take the courses, and 3) women, youth, middle−aged and elderly persons have had difficulty in taking the courses.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
A study on awareness and transformation of spirituality in self-awareness of social workers
Get PDF近年のソーシャルワーク実践では，スピリチュアルな側面を含む全人的な存在としてクライエントを理解することが求められつつある。そのためにはソーシャルワーカー自身にスピリチュアリティへの気づきや変容が求められるが，本稿ではソーシャルワーカーの自己覚知に関する先行研究を検討することで，その中にそれらが含まれていることを明らかにした。また，気づきの契機となる危機的状況と乗り越えについては，スピリチュアル・エマージェンシーや共感的疲弊，外傷後成長といった概念を検討し，筆者が体験した外傷後成長の過程を分析した。その結果，自己覚知においてスピリチュアリティの気づきと変容が重要になることが明らかとなった。In recent years, it has become necessary to recognize the client as a whole person, including the spiritual aspects, in the assistance scene of social work practice. In order to understand the client holistically, social workers are now required to consider the spirituality of their clients. At the same time, social workers themselves will need to be aware of their own spirituality and transform it. In this paper, we examined the previous studies on self-awareness of social workers, and considered the spiritual awareness and transformation of social workers. As considering a trigger for spiritual awareness and transformation, we can assume the change of one's own values and overcoming the resulting crisis. In order to explain this, I examined the concept of Spiritual Emergency and Compassion Fatigue. And then, I have shown that the concept of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) can have important implications. In addition, I presented the actual process of PTG by picking up a case that the author experienced.
