Full text link同志社大学新町キャンパス学生会館の建設に伴い実施された上京遺跡・新町校地遺跡の発掘調査において、塼列建物跡から刀装具、複数の本小札・伊予札が出土していることが再整理で明らかになった。本報告では、小札が出土した塼列建物跡の年代観について、共伴遺物や周辺の調査成果を基に考察を行った。また、出土した小札類の評価については、京都市内の出土事例を集成・図化し、その中での位置づけの検討を行い、法量ごとの考察や出土状況の分類を行った。調査・研究報告departmental bulletin pape

Full text link見野山窯址は、大阪府堺市中区上之に所在する須恵器窯であり、長年、森浩一氏らによって須恵器等が採取されてきた。こうした活動成果として、森浩一氏が提示した須恵器編年の基準資料に反映されている。しかし、見野山窯址の採取品は、森氏の編年図上における数点の実測図の提示にとどまり、採取資料全体の様相はいまだ明らかとなっていない現状がある。そこで本稿では、同志社大学歴史資料館所蔵の見野山窯址の採取品の報告をおこない、改めてその位置づけをおこなった。調査・研究報告departmental bulletin pape
Characteristic optical absorption spectrum observed in a compact electron cyclotron resonance discharge type atomic hydrogen source
Full text link原子源によって励起された水素プラズマからの光放出スペクトルに、水素原子による光吸収に起因する減少を観測した。放電管によるバルマーa線吸収率を推定する測定系とデータ解析方法を創出した。本研究により、一定のマイクロ波パワーと圧力に対して、飽和するデューティ比依存性を明らかにした。本研究で提案したバルマーα吸収率測定法は、プラズマを利用した水素原子プラズマベースの原子状水素源を評価する方法論となることを示した。Optical emission from a hydrogen plasma excited by the source was studied using Doppler broadening spectroscopy of the Balmer-α line, which showins a dips that were considered attributable to the light absorption by hydrogen atoms. A measurement system and a data reduction procedure to estimate the Balmer-α line absorption rate by the discharge tube was developed to quantify the hydrogen atom production rate. The obtained absorption rate showed a saturating dependnce upon the duty ratio for a fixed microwave power and pressure. The developed Balmer-α absorption rate measurement method can be a tool to characterize a plasma-based atomic hydrogen source.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
Basic income experiment in Finland : the legal, institutional and political processes
Full text linkこの論文ではフィンランドにおいて実施されたベーシックインカム実験の概要と結果の評価について詳述した後、実験が可能となった法的(フィンランド議会憲法委員会による審査)、制度的(失業給付との関係)、政治的(アクティベーションとの関係、先進性の強調、労働組合との対抗関係)プロセスについて検討している。論文の結論として、実験は福祉的支援の放棄ではなく、むしろ重要性を明らかにしたのではないかとした。The paper provides an overview of the Basic Income experiment in Finland and an evaluation of the results. And then, it examines the legal (reviews by the Constitutional Committee of the Finnish Parliament), institutional (relationships with Unemployment Benefits), and political (relationships with activation policies, emphases on progressiveness, and rivalries to labor unions) processes that made the experiment possible.
