Analysis of the actual conditions for social worker training programs for the study toward the Japanese NQF approach study
Get PDF本研究の目的は，国家資格である社会福祉士の養成課程について一般社団法人日本ソーシャルワーク教育学校連盟加盟の養成機関258校の専門学校，短大，大学別の実態と，専門学校(通学)1年制および大学(通学)編入学の定員や入試形態等のバリエーションから，「日本版NQF」アプローチ研究にむけた基礎情報を得ることである。加盟校は大学が最も多く約74％，専門学校は通信制が多く，通学制の場合は1年制の社会人向けの課程が多かった。編入学については，約7割の大学が行っていたが，編入学定員の多い大学では，入試方式，単位認定方法等のバリエーションが多様であること明らかとなった。今後は，各養成校のカリキュラムや学修内容も含めて検討していく必要がある。The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual status of the training of nationally certified social workers by vocational school, junior college, and university at 258 member institutions of the Japanese Association for Social Work Education. Furthermore, we will obtain basic information for research on the Japanese NQF approach by examining variations in the capacity of one-year vocational (commuting) schools and university (commuting) transfer programs, as well as the entrance examination format.
The largest number of member schools was universities (approximately 74%), while most of the vocational schools were correspondence courses, and in the case of commuting courses, most of them were one-year courses for working people. About 70% of the member schools offered transfer programs, but it was clear that the universities with the largest transfer capacity had a wide variety of entrance examination methods and credit approval methods. In the future, it is necessary to examine the curriculum and academic content of each training school as well.研究ノート(Note)departmental bulletin pape

Research on the present situation and necessity of human resources to promote management of teaching and learning in universities
Get PDF本論文の目的は、学修者本位の教育を実現するために発生する様々な問題の解決に向け、教学経営推進人材が、組織レベル・施策レベル・人材レベルにおいてどのように活動し、困難に立ち向かっているかについて含意を引き出すことにある。そのために、教学経営推進人材が必要とされる背景や経緯を整理するとともに、大学の教育目的の達成や学修者本位の教育の実現に向けて問いを設定し、文献調査やインタビュー調査を通じた検討を行った。The purpose of this paper is to draw implications on how personnel for management of teaching and learning promotion are working at the organizational, policy, and human resource levels to solve various problems that arise in order to realize learner-oriented education, and to confront the difficulties. To this end, the background and circumstances that led to the need for personnel to promote management of teaching and learning were summarized, questions were formulated regarding the achievement of the university's educational objectives and the realization of learner-oriented education, and these questions were examined through a literature review and interview survey.thesi
