The characteristics of Koloman Moser in his graphic works : space expressions and coexistence with different elements
Get PDFウィーン分離派の芸術家コロマン・モーザー(1868-1918)は、グラフィックの領域で傑出した才能を発揮した。本論では、モーザーのグラフィック作品の特徴を明確にするために、分離派以前の作品と『ヴェル・サクルム』の作品を比較、検討する。作品に付随する空間性が『ヴェル・サクルム』とそれ以前の作品にて変化している点、また作品に特徴的な有機的、幾何学的な要素が同等の価値を備えていた点が明らかとなる。Koloman Moser(1868-1918), who was an artist of the Vienna Secession, showed his outstanding talent in the field of graphics. In this paper, a comparison is made between his works in the previous Secession and his works in Ver Sacrum to clarify the characteristics of his graphic works. Japanese modern whaling history, revisited : toward a new era of sustainable whaling in the 21st century
Get PDF日本捕鯨史と日本捕鯨史研究の課題を展望するため、①日本の近代捕鯨業が韓半島東南部での試行錯誤を経て確立したこと、②1960年代半ばにいたるまで日本捕鯨の中心が鯨油の生産にあったこと、③江戸時代以来の古式捕鯨が盛んであった日本列島西部において現在も多様な鯨食文化が根強いていること、④「食の多様性」という観点から、鯨肉の現代的存在意義をあきらかにする。In order to chart the future of Japanese whaling, this paper will critically review previous studies on Japanese whaling history that have neglected two crucial points: 1) the importance of the Korean whaling grounds, where Japanese modern whaling emerged in the end of 19th century and early 20th century and 2) shifts from whale oil production in the Antarctic to whale meat production in the 1960s, due to stronger enforcement of whale conservation by the IWC (International Whaling Commission). The failure of previous literature to address these issues has fueled the emergence of a political myth that "whaling and eating whale meat is a tradition in Japan" in the late 1980s.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Transformational process of followership behavior among part-time officers of trade union
Get PDF本稿の主な目的は，労働組合における非専従役員のフォロワーシップ行動の変容プロセスを明らかにすることである。非専従役員経験者7名に対して半構造化面接を実施した後，修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて分析したところ，43概念，22サブカテゴリー，そして7カテゴリーが抽出された。その結果，受動型フォロワーシップ行動から能動型フォロワーシップ行動へ変容する要因として，「組合や非専従役員の意義，役割の理解などの必要な知識やスキルの習得」などが確認できた。また，統合型フォロワーシップ行動へ変容する要因として，「組合組織内の心理的安全性」などが確認できた。その後，追加調査の結果などを踏まえて，若干の考察を加えた。The main purpose of this paper is to identify the transformation process of non-executive officers' followership behavior in trade unions. After conducting semi-structured interviews with seven experienced non-executive officers, a modified grounded theory approach was used to analyze the results, and 43 concepts, 22 subcategories, and 7 categories were extracted. As a result, the following factors were identified as factors that lead to the transformation from passive to active followership behavior: "acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills, such as understanding the significance and role of unions and non-executive officers. In addition, "psychological safety within the union organization" was identified as a factor in the change to integrated-type followership behavior. Subsequently, based on the results of the additional survey, some further discussion was added.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
