このテーマを採用した理由は、フランス人帽子デザイナー、クロード・サン＝シールの「帽子は視線の真の共犯者である」という言葉に由来する。この言葉には、サン＝シールの帽子に対する考えが顕著にあらわれている。それは同時に、帽子とその着用者の関係性も見事に表現している。本稿では、この言葉の意味を探りながら、彼女が活躍した時代における帽子の役割と意味を浮かびあがらせていく。This study investigates the relationship between hats and gaze. The choice of this theme is inspired by the words of French hat designer Claude Saint-Cyr, who stated, "Hats are the true accomplices of the gaze." This statement reflects Saint-Cyr's perspective on hats and effectively captures the connection between hats and their wearers. Get PDF2016年の社会福祉法改正により法第24条2項において規定された社会福祉法人による地域における公益的な取組は，全国各地で多様な実践が展開されている。しかし，これらの実践の内容分類が曖昧であることや具体的な内容について，明確な定義がないことにより実践現場における認識のずれや取組への理解不足を招いている。
本稿では，地域における公益的な取組に必要となる概念特性の整理を通して，地域における公益的な取組の定義について検討することを目的とする。Local public interest initiatives, stipulated in Article 24.2 of the law as a result of the 2016 amendments to the Social Welfare Law, are being implemented in a wide variety of content throughout the country.
However, the ambiguity in the classification of the content of these practices and the lack of clear definitions of their specific content have led to a lack of awareness and understanding of the initiatives in the field of practice. In this paper, we have classified the content of public interest initiatives in the region based on the entities and purposes for which they are implemented, and examined the definition of such initiatives.
By categorizing the initiatives, the significance of social welfare corporations' local public interest initiatives was also discussed by clarifying the items that social welfare corporations should proactively address.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

No full text近年、女性の高学歴化が進み、高学歴女性に対する就労環境は徐々に整えられている。日本の雇用制度の下で、企業における仕事人としての高学歴女性の知識、技能、キャリアの向上という側面は、出産後の復職動機、就業継続意思に影響すると考えられる。本稿は、彼女らの働き方を明らかにするために、6名の大卒女性の聞き取り調査から、仕事の専門性や企業の人事評価制度の影響について検討した。In recent years, the educational attainment of women has increased, and the employment environment for highly educated women is gradually being improved. Under Japan's employment system, it is considered that the aspect of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and careers of highly educated women as workers within companies exerts influence on their motivation to return to work after childbirth and their intention to continue employment. Migrant settlement and family practices : a case study of a Japanese-Brazilian moving to Shimane Prefecture, Japan
No full text本稿は，1993年にブラジルから出稼ぎのため妻子と共に島根県に移住し，そのまま30年が経過した日系ブラジル人二世の男性の事例をもとに，移住者の移住先地域での生活展開を説明することを目的とする。家族であるがゆえに，また，家族になるために人びとが行なっている「家族実践」に注目すると，Kさんの移住先での定着，ないしは「社会的埋め込み」は，「成員を助け，守る」という家族実践がもたらした結果であることがうかがえた。This study explores the life trajectory of a second-generation Japanese-Brazilian man who migrated to Shimane Prefecture in 1993 with his wife and children for work, and has remained there for over 30 years. Drawing on his case, the paper examines how migrants develop their lives within local communities, with particular attention to the concept of "family practices"—the everyday actions undertaken both because individuals are family and in order to become family. The analysis reveals that his long-term settlement and social embeddedness were facilitated by such practices, especially those oriented toward supporting and protecting family members.研究論文(Original paper)departmental bulletin pape
Optimized mode coefficients of multimode horns with rectangular-waveguide aperture for elliptical beam
Get PDF本論文では，方形導波菅モードを用いた方形開口多モードホーンを取り上げ，交差偏波成分の低減や低サイドローブ化に加えて，直交2偏波を同時に制御して両偏波の主ビームを一致させ，カバレッジ内の高利得化などを図っていく．まず，だ円開口ホーンによるだ円ビームを例として取り上げ，ここで提案する方法によって33度 x 90度の10-dBビーム幅を実現する最適モード係数を求め，直線偏波および円偏波ともに低交差偏波特性が得られることを示していく．次に，正面から±40度までのカバレッジを-3 dB以上の相対電力レベルで照射するための最適モード係数を示すとともに，だ円カバレッジに対する高利得化について検討を加えていく．This paper proposes directivity synthesis that simultaneously controls two orthogonal polarization components for multimode horns with a rectangular-waveguide aperture. In addition to reduction of both cross-polarization components and sidelobe levels, we realize orthogonally co-polarized components with the same beamwidth, and increases of gain within a coverage. As an example of an elliptical beam for both linear and circular polarizations, we present optimal mode coefficients to achieve a 10-dB beamwidth of 33 deg x 90 deg with low cross-polarization characteristics. Also, we show optimal mode coefficients for realizing relative power level of -3 dB or higher over wide coverage region, and then discuss an increase of the gain in a case of elliptical coverage.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
