Linearly polarized reflectarray and circular-polarization conversion reflectarray suppressing beam shift
Get PDF本論文では, リフレクトアレーの開口面上において，各素子の配置される位置に応じて，周波数に対する反射位相量が適切な傾きを持つ直線となるように各素子の設計を行い，設計周波数以外でも開口面の位相分布を一様にすることで，設計帯域内でビームシフト抑制が可能なことを示す．そして，このような条件を満たす共振素子を遺伝的アルゴリズムにより設計し，その素子を用いてビームシフトを抑制した直線偏波及び円偏波変換リフレクトアレーを提案する．さらに，円偏波変換素子は8GHzから12GHzまでの周波数帯域で，二つの直交する直線偏波間で概ね90±20度の反射位相差に抑え，良好な直線-円偏波変換特性が得られている．設計例として，オフセット給電リフレクトアレーを示し，数値的，実験的評価を行った．その結果，主ビーム方向のビームシフトは，9GHzから11 GHzまでの周波数帯域で0.5度以下に抑えることができ，従来の1/10以下に小さくできることを確認している．また，円偏波変換リフレクトアレーにおいても，ビームシフトを抑制し，8GHzから12GHzまでの周波数帯域にわたって軸比を2以下にでき良好な特性が得られた．We propose here a design method in which the beam shift of the main lobe radiated from a reflectarray can be suppressed within the specified frequency band. To realized the uniform phase distribution on the aperture plane, the resonant-conductor shape of each element with phase property depending on both the frequency and the position on the reflectarray plane is individually designed by the GA-optimized method. By using the optimized elements, two kinds of the reflectarray for a linearly polarized wave and with conversion into a circularly-polarized wave are constructed, and the beam shift characteristics are investigate numerically and experimentally.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は、滋賀県東近江市に所在したケンサイ塚古墳出土鉄器の報告を行うものである。また、近江地域における鉄器副葬の様相差を検討し、その位置づけを行った。ケンサイ塚古墳は古墳時代中期中葉ごろに比定され、薄手の鉄剣・農工具の量的副葬が特徴的な古墳である。これは、野洲川下流域、また近畿中枢部の様相と類似する。ケンサイ塚古墳は、当該地域においては豊富な副葬品内容を誇り、近畿中枢部との深い関連が指摘できる一方で、鉄器入手の背景には地域内の関係性が影響していた可能性が考えられる。departmental bulletin pape
German governmental accounting : its institutionalization and German nationalism in the modern period
Get PDF本稿では、現在でもカメラル会計が基本的な枠組みとして維持されているドイツ公会計制度を俯瞰し、それがドイツにおける近代会計理論の形成にも大きな影響を与えてきたことを指摘した。さらに、近年IPSASをベースとして加盟国の公会計制度を調和化する要請がEU指令によって提起されているが、これに対するドイツ当局の考え方は必ずしも肯定的ではない。これはもともとドイツが歴史的に「特有の道」を辿ってきたことと無関係ではないことにも言及している。In this paper, the author pointed out that the German governmental accounting system, which still maintains cameral accounting concept as its basic framework, has had a significant impact on the formation of modern accounting theories in Germany. Furthermore, Germany has not always been affirmative towards the harmonization based on IPSAS of governmental accounting systems among the member nations of EU,which has been discussed under EU-Directive in the recent years. Bridging old and new: a proposal for new business creation model : reconsidering "constellation of interests"
Get PDF新事業やイノベーションを生み出す企業結合の新しい形態として「星座(コンステレーション)」が提唱される。星座を構成する企業・機関・個人の独立性が尊重されるが、星座としては共通の意義また目的をもっている。星座を発見・観察する役割としてコンサル会社が想定され、各星との「弱連結の強み」を保持している。日本の法制度では有限責任事業組合(LLP)に類似しており、その事例研究や外国の状況は今後の課題である。This paper revisits the concept of "control through a constellation of interests" advocated and debated in Japan in the 1980s, and examines its contemporary significance. In order to promote business innovation and create new businesses, it is beneficial to form a "constellation" made up of small and medium companies, organizations, and individuals. An observer. a discoverer, a coordinator or a producer of the constellation has the "strength of weak ties" and its institutional and legal basis may be equivalent to "limited liability partnership (LLP)" in Japan.
