Study on the hardness of curved rebar by a simple bending machine
Get PDF異形棒鋼は用途に応じて曲げ加工されて利用される．異形棒鋼の曲げられた部分の材料特性は加工硬化により変化する．土木工事などでは，曲げられた部分をさらに曲げ加工することがあるため，材料特性の変化を把握することは重要である．本研究の目的は，加工による材料特性の変化を把握する第一歩として，曲げ加工後の異形棒鋼の硬さ分布を明らかにすることである．本研究では，3種類の回転角度で加工した異形棒鋼を4つの領域に分けて硬さ試験を行った．支点ローラに押し付けられて曲げられる領域は，回転角度が増加しても硬さはあまり変化しない．棒鋼受けと支点ローラの間ならびに支点ローラと力点ローラの間の領域は，支点ローラに近いほど硬さの測定値が大きい．Rebars are used by bending according to the purpose. The material properties of bent portion of rebars change due to work hardening. In civil engineering work, it is important to understand the changes in material properties because bent portion are sometimes further bent. The purpose of this research was to clarify the hardness distribution of a rebar after bending as a first step in understanding the changes in material properties due to processing. In this research, rebars bent at three different rotation angles were divided into four areas for hardness test. The area that is pressed against the fulcrum roller and bent does not change much in hardness as the rotation angle increases. In the area between the rebar receiver and the fulcrum roller and between the fulcrum roller and the circular roller, the closer to the fulcrum roller, the greater the hardness measurement.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
Bad faith trademark filing in Japan : comparison to the UK
Get PDF他人の商標を不正目的で先回りして商標登録出願する悪意の出願(剽窃的出願)については、登録を認めるべきではないと考えられているが、その根拠条文や要件は国ごとに異なる。本稿は、日本商標法の扱いを、英国法と比較して論じた。法的安定性を重んじる大陸法ゆえに要件を明記した根拠条文を有する日本において、多様な悪意の出願への対処は困難であるが、柔軟な規定を有するコモンローの英国法でも、明確性が求められている。The Bad Faith Trademark Filing, filed with an unfair purpose by taking advantage of another person’s trademark that has not yet been registered in that country, should not be registered. The provisions of grounds for rejection vary by state. This article discussed the treatment of bad faith filing in trademark laws in Japan and the UK. In Japanese law, predictability and legal stability are essential in the civil law system, and the provisions stipulate precise requirements, so the treatment of various bad faith filings is complex. Sports policy implementation network using the "deliberative model" : towards implementation of the basic plan
Get PDF本研究は、熟議モデルを政策の実施に活用することで、スポーツ政策の実装が可能となることを提言するものである。スポーツ政策は、スポーツ基本法による政策目標の設定、施策としての基本計画の策定、その施策の実施という3つの過程を通じて実装される。したがって、政策目標や計画が如何にすぐれていても、実施の過程にブレークがかかると政策の効果に高低が生まれる。その背景として、政策実施段階における有機的なネットワークの脆弱さがあると考えられる。そこで、本論では、欧米やわが国でも公共政策形成の手段として活用された熟議モデルに着目し、スポーツ政策の実施ネットワークについて検討する。This study proposes that sports policy can be implemented by utilizing the deliberative model for policy implementation. In fact, no matter how good the policy goals and plans are, if the implementation process is hampered, the effective of the policy will vary. The reason for this is thought to be the weakness of orgnic networks as the policy implementation stage. Get PDF本論文では，高周波強力超音波照射によって水中の微小領域に巨大な屈折率勾配が誘起される現象について報告する．同現象のメカニズムを解明するため，実験および数値シミュレーションを行い，その主要因が音響キャビテーションであると結論づけた．誘起される巨大な屈折率勾配は超音波照射の調整によって制御可能であり，この可逆的かつ柔軟性の高い屈折率変調技術は，光流体デバイスや光導波路などへの応用が期待される．This thesis demonstrates a method of inducing a static giant refractive index gradient in a small region of a liquid by high-frequency, high-intensity ultrasonic irradiation. The mechanism of the refractive index gradient in the liquid was experimentally and numerically investigated, concluding that acoustic cavitation is the main factor in the induction of the refractive index gradient. The refractive index gradient induced in the liquid can be controlled simply by adjusting the ultrasonic irradiation, allowing for reversible and highly flexible refractive index modulation. This technique has potential for a wide range of applications, such as optofluidic devices and optical waveguides.doctoral thesi

Get PDF梶村秀樹の在日朝鮮人論と彼が参加した社会運動とを対照させ、運動参加を通じ梶村の研究と運動の双方が往還的に深まっていったことを、思想史研究と運動史研究とを横断させ論じている。
具体的には、梶村が積極的に関わった金嬉老裁判、現代語学塾、神奈川県内在住外国人実態調査、神奈川県川崎市にある地域団体である青丘社、東京都調布市にある地域団体であったムルレの会、指紋押捺拒否運動などを事例とした。
運動参加を通じ梶村が造った代替的共同性など、梶村にとっての植民地支配責任論についても考察した。가지무라 히데키(梶村秀樹)의 재일조선인론과 가지무라가 참여했던 사회운동과를 대조시켜 운동 참여를 통해 가지무라의 연구와 운동 쌍방을 넘나드며 심화한 것에 대해 사상사연구와 운동사연구를 횡단하며 논의했다.
구체적으로는 가지무라가 적극적으로 참여했던 김희로(金嬉老)재판, 현대어학학원, 가나가와현 재주 외국인 실태조사, 가나가와 가와사키시(川崎市)에 있는 지역단체인 세이큐샤(青丘社), 도쿄 조후시(調布市)에 있는 지역단체이었던 물레의 회, 지문 날인 거부 운동 등을 사례로 했다.
운동 참여를 통해 가지무라가 만들어 낸 대체적 공동성 등 가지무라가 생각했던 식민지배 책임론에 대해서도 고찰했다.thesi

Get PDF成長会計とは，生産量の変化率を，技術進歩に起因する部分と，生産要素の変化に起因する部分とに，要因分解をする手法である。その定式化には数量指数や生産性指数が用いられるが，なぜ特定の指数が選択されているのかについて，これまで十分な正当化が行われてきたとは言えない。本論文は，物価指数論における最良指数の研究を踏まえることで，成長会計の既存の定式化とりわけそこで用いられている指数に対して，経済学的な正当化を与えることを目的とする。Growth accounting is a method that decomposes the rate of change in output into portions attributable to technological progress and changes in production factors. Although quantity indices and productivity indices are used in its formalization, there has not been sufficient justification for why certain indices have been chosen.
