Contribution of social marketing to "medical eco-activities"
Get PDF本稿では，医療資源にやさしい行動の総称である「医療のエコ活動」に焦点をあて，ソーシャルマーケティングの貢献について論ずる。まず，「医療のエコ活動」が目指す社会を示し，ソーシャルマーケティングがどのように寄与するのか，その関係性を述べる。そのうえで，ソーシャルマーケティングに基づき医療のエコ活動をどのように社会に実装するのかについて，4 つの事例を通して具体的に提示する。さらに，社会実装への定性調査結果から，共創することの意義について示す。This paper focuses on "medical eco-activities," a generic term for actions that are friendly to medical resources, and discusses the contributions of social marketing. First, the paper describes the relationship between "medical eco-activity" and the society it aims to create and how social marketing can contribute to it. Then, I present concrete examples of how medical eco-activities can be implemented in society based on social marketing through four case studies. Get PDF本稿は1895(明治28)年10月22日から24日に奈良・菊水楼にて開催された日本組合基督教会教役者会において満場一致で可決がなされた「奈良大会宣言書」と呼ばれる「日本組合基督教会教役者大会宣言書」に含まれる家庭論について注目する。宣言書に署名した牧師たちが、当時の社会に対して、何を語ろうとしたのか、またその宣言文が出された意味について論じる。This study examines the Japan Congregational Church Clergy Convention of 1895, where the Declaration of the Nara Convention was unanimously approved and signed. It investigates the Japan Congregational Church's pastors' perception of the complex relationship between the church and contemporary society focusing particularly on the church's publicly professed theory of family. Through an examination of the historical background and context, the circumstances surrounding the Japan Congregational Church at the time, and the significance of the declaration, this study sheds light on the convention's historical context.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿の目的は，被災者のスピリチュアルペインに配慮したソーシャルワーク実践モデルを明示することである．本稿前半でスピリチュアルペインの概念枠組みを理論的に設定し，本稿後半にて東日本大震災による住家全壊被災者を対象とした質的調査を示した．考察にて，当事者と専門職の視点の違い，質問項目，自己決定分析ツールを導出し，被災者に向けたソーシャルワークの共通基盤となる実践の視点や関わり方のモデルとして提言した．The purpose of this paper is to specify a social work practice model that takes into account the spiritual pain of disaster victims. In the first half of the paper, the conceptual framework of spiritual pain was set up theoretically, and in the second half of the paper, a qualitative survey of victims whose houses were totally destroyed by the Great East Japan Earthquake was conducted. In the discussion, the differences between the perspectives of the victims and professionals, question items and self-determination analysis tools were derived and proposed as a model of practice perspectives and ways of relating to the victims as a common basis of social work for the victims.thesi
Analysis of tau-microtubule binding state and identification of free tau binding protein in mouse brain
Get PDF微小管結合タンパク質「タウ」の凝集体が細胞内に蓄積する神経変性疾患をタウオパチーという。本研究では、タウの凝集メカニズムを明らかにするため、マウス脳の微小管安定性およびタウー微小管結合状態の解析を行った。結果、非タウオパチー脳は、タウオパチー脳よりも遊離型タウが少ないことが明らかになった。さらに、生理的な遊離型タウと結合するタンパク質が複数同定された。以上より、遊離型タウが凝集に関与し、遊離型タウ結合タンパク質がタウの微小管結合領域の露出と凝集を抑制していることが示唆された。Tauopathies are neurodegenerative diseases defined by the accumulation of misfolded, insolubule microtubule-associated peotein "tau" aggregates. In this study, to clarify the mechanism of tau aggregation, the microtubule stability and tau-microtubule binding state in mouse brains were analyzed. As a result, non-tauopathy brains had less free tau than tauopathy brains. Furthermore, several proteins that bind to physiological free tau was identified. These results suggested that free tau is involved in aggregation, and that free tau-binding proteins suppress the exposure of the microtubule-binding domain of tau and its aggregation.doctoral thesi
Overview of the public vocational training system in Japan and its historical evolution
Get PDF本稿の目的は「我が国における公的職業訓練の制度概要とその歴史的変遷」を明らかにすることである。1958年に職業訓練法(現:職業能力開発促進法)が施行され，その後の法改正を経て，現在我が国では，1)離職者訓練，2)在職者訓練，3)学卒者訓練を中心に公的職業訓練が実施されている。だが，こうした公的職業訓練は，誰が・いつ・どこで・何を・どうすることで実施されているのかを体系的に記述した研究は少ない。ここに先行研究の課題があると筆者は考えた。そこで本稿では，A)公的職業訓練の定義，B)公的職業訓練の運営をめぐる組織体制，C)公的職業訓練の実施に関する制度概要，D)現在の公的職業訓練の制度に至るまでの法律上の変化，以上4点に関する記述を行う。そうした記述を踏まえた上で，我が国の公的職業訓練のありようを検討していく際に問うべき論点とその研究上の意義を確認していく。The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the public vocational training system in Japan and its historical evolution. In 1958, the Vocational Training Law (now the Vocational Ability Development Promotion Law) was enacted, and through subsequent amendments to the law, public vocational training is currently provided in Japan, focusing on 1) training for job seekers, 2) training for those in employment and 3) training for school graduates. However, there are few studies that systematically describe who, when, where, what and how such public vocational training is carried out. The author considered that here lies the challenge of previous research. Therefore, this paper describes the following four points: A) the definition of public vocational training, B) the organisational structure for the operation of public vocational training, C) an overview of the system for the implementation of public vocational training, and D) the legal changes that led to the current system of public vocational training. Based on these descriptions, the issues that should be asked when examining the state of public vocational training in Japan and their significance for research will be identified.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は、タイ国の首都であるバンコクにおいて散見される情報を基に、最近のクラフトビール事情についてその情報をわかりやすく提供することを目的としている。本稿では、筆者が独自に収集した一次情報を多くとりあげている。それゆえに情報には不確かなものも多いが、一方でタイ国のクラフトビールについてとりまとめたものは(まして日本語で紹介されたものは)必ずしも多くない。このことから、本稿の資料的価値は高いと考える。This paper aims to provide information on the recent craft beer situation in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, in an easy-to-understand way, based on information found in the city. This paper draws heavily on primary information collected independently by the author. Therefore, there are many uncertainties in the information, but on the other hand, there are not necessarily many summaries of craft beer in Thailand so that the author could consider this article to be of high documentary value.資料(Material)departmental bulletin pape
