Get PDF本研究は、①日本における重要な政策実施手段である行政指導(Administrative Guidance)について、②その裁量行使や相手方の受容/拒絶をめぐる意思決定メカニズムをゲーム理論を用いて分析し、③政策実施過程における行政指導の「機能」を明らかにした。本研究のゲーム理論アプローチは、公共政策学における「ofの知識」としての政策実施研究の知見を、汎用的な「inの知識」に変換するための有力な方法である。This study uses game theory to analyze the mechanism of discretion in administrative guidance, an important policy implementation tool in Japan, and to clarify the function of administrative guidance in the policy implementation process. In policy studies, the game theory approach such as this study is an effective method to utilize the findings of policy implementation research as 'knowledge of prosess' as general 'knowledge in process'.doctoral thesi

Get PDF1946年5月から7月にかけて朝鮮北部の中心都市平壌で進められた普通江改修工事に関する新たな資料『普通江 改修工事特輯』(1946年、平壌)がどのような内容のものであり、資料的にいかなる意味があるかを明らかにする。土木建設面の問題だけではなく、政治的あるいは文化的な側面での改修工事の意味を検討する上で貴重な資料であることを説明する。This paper clarifies the content and material significance of the newly found material on the improvement work on the Pot'onggang River in Pyongyang, the central city of northern Korea, from May to July 1946, entitled "Pot'onggang River: report of its improvement project" (Pyongyang, 1946). No full textこの論文は自由回答形式で得られたデータのコーディング作業を効率的に進めるための方法を提案するものである。変数のリコードの発想を応用して大学の学校名および学科系統に関する情報を一括して数値コードに変換する方法について解説する。この論文ではデータの加工や前処理を行ううえでデータを整然データに変形することが重要であることも示す。コーディング作業の実践例を提供するために高校生調査の進路希望についての回答を利用する。This paper proposes a method to enhance the efficiency of coding procedures for data obtained through open-ended survey questions. Drawing on the concept of variable recoding, it introduces a technique for systematically converting information on university names and academic disciplines into unified numerical codes. The study further highlights the importance of reshaping data into a tidy format as a crucial step in preprocessing and data management.
