Get PDFコンゴ民主共和国東部では，ルワンダの虐殺以降，第1次コンゴ戦争，第2次コンゴ戦争と紛争が長期間継続し，多くの地域住民が村を追われて国内避難民／難民生活を余儀なくされてきた。本稿では，紛争終結後に村に戻ることができたニンドゥを事例に，彼らのNPOを組織しての言語の再建活動をとおした国際NPOとの連繋，民族性の再確認という自己再定置を明らかにし，多民族国家における民族性と民族語保持の重要性を指摘する。The eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo has faced with a long period of armed conflicts like the First Congo War and the Second Congo War following the "Rwanda Genocide". The Nyindu of Kilimbwe village in the eastern DR Congo are one of those peoples who were compelled to live as refugees. This paper aims to analyze the development of Nyindu's activities of reconstructing their ethnic language supported by international NPOs and the self-reorienting of their ethnicity after returning to their village and to suggest the importance of keeping ethnic/tribal identity and language in a multi-ethnic nation.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape

A study of the characteristics of support within "ibasho" practice : focusing on the connection between support and psychologically comfortable place
Get PDF本研究では，困難を抱える子どもに対し，居場所づくりの実践において提供される支援の固有性に着目した。居場所実践は多様な要素をもつが，その中には，さまざまな困難を抱える子どもに対する支援がある。その居場所における支援の固有性にせまる視点として，居場所実践の多様さの中に共通する「居場所」という呼称に焦点をあて，「居場所」 とはどのような概念であり，居場所実践のどのような部分を「居場所」と表現しているのかを考察した。さらに，子どもに対する支援と，「居場所」という概念との関係を検討し，居場所における支援の固有性は，「居場所」づくりを活かした支援であるとともに，そこには葛藤もあると結論付けた。This study aims to consider what, by the activity that called "ibasho", we can bring on for supporting children who have difficulties in the life. The activity that called "ibasho" is worked on at many places in Japan, by many people, and including different contents. For example, in one place, children and any other people gather and have meal together, or in another place, children from impoverished families study supported by volunteer teachers.
The word "ibasho" has two means. One of them is the physical place there is someone, and another is psychologically comfortable place. The latter is intention at the practice that called "ibasho".
By focusing on connection between supporting children and creating psychologically comfortable place for children, it is suggested that psychologically comfortable place bring on motivation for face difficulties in the life, but creating psychologically comfortable place for children is conflicted with supporting them, because it is needed to accept the whole of them for creating psychologically comfortable place for them, but supporting children who have difficulties in the life is facilitating of the changes in their mind, action and so on.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Historical transitions in critical issues of national university corporations' finance
Get PDF2004年の法人化以降20年間における国立大学法人の会計基準、財務状況、運営費交付金の配分方法等の歴史的推移をまとめた。全体として、1)国立大学法人の大学類型間で財務状況の格差があり広がっている点、2)財務省からの圧力により競争的・傾斜的な公財政負担の配分が強まっている点、3)国立大学法人特有の会計処理と最近の会計基準改訂動向などを明らかにしている。This paper summarizes the historical transition of accounting standards, financial conditions, and allocation methods of operating grants for national university corporations over the 20 years since their incorporation in 2004. Get PDF本論文の目的は，ホンダのアメリカ二輪車市場での成功を巡る論争を，経営史の立場から批判的に検討し，実証課題を明らかにすることにある。BCGレポートとパスカルの研究は，同じホンダのアメリカ市場参入事例を研究対象としていながらも，研究目的と対象時期が異なっており噛み合っていない。経営史家は史的検証作業によって事例記述そのものをアップデートし，理論家はアップデートされた事例から新たな知見を引き出すべきである。The purpose of this paper is to critically examine the controversy over Honda's success in the U.S. motorcycle market from the perspective of business history and to identify empirical issues. Although representative previous studies focus on the same case of Honda, they do not fit together because they have different research objectives and different time frames.
