"OECD Learning Compass 2030" and potentiality of the period for integrated studies (for inquiry-based cross-disciplinary study)
Get PDF経済協力開発機構(OECD)は，2030年に向けた生徒に求められるコンピテンシーを導出し，2019年に"OECD Learning Compass 2030"として提示した。学習者は，学びの羅針盤(Learning Compass)を用いて，最終目標である"Well-being"を目指す。学び羅針盤には，知識，スキル，態度及び価値観というこれまでも重視されてきたコンピテンシーに加え，「エージェンシー」と変革をもたらす3つのコンピテンシーとして，新たな価値を創造する力，対立やジレンマに対処する力，責任ある行動をとる力が位置付けられている。後者のコンピテンシーは，直線的で標準化された学習ではなく，多様に分岐する道筋としてデザインされるプロジェクト型の学習で育成が目指される。日本でその実現に資する領域は，総合的な学習(探究)の時間である。本論文では，時代の潮流と総合的な学習(探究)の時間の意義を考察し，大学での授業も事例としながら，その指導の充実の必要性を論じる。OECDが提示する「エージェンシー」は，カリキュラムレベルで研究されてこそ意味あるものとなる。In 2019, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) determined the competencies required of students toward 2030 and presented the "OECD Learning Compass 2030." Students use it to aim for the ultimate goal of "Well-being." Besides traditionally emphasized competencies - Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Values - Learning Compass positions "Agency", and Creating new value, Reconciling tensions ＆ dilemmas, Taking responsibility as three Transformative competencies. Development of the latter competencies will be facilitated not by linear, standardized learning, but project-based learning designed as diverging paths. In Japan, the area that contributes to its realization is the integrated study (exploration) period. This paper examines current trends and the significance of the Period for Integrated Studies (for Inquiry-Based Cross-Disciplinary Study), and discusses the need to enhance instruction, using university classes as an example. The characteristics of Thailand's informal economy by region and generation : an analysis using the 'informal employment survey'
Get PDF本稿は、タイのインフォーマル経済の特性を『インフォーマル就業調査』を基に分析したものである。インフォーマル経済はGDPの約45％、就業の50％を超え、都市部ではフォーマル化が進む一方、東北部や北部ではインフォーマル就業者が多く、高齢化が進んでいる。フォーマル化は社会保障や税収拡大のため推進されるが、中高年層で遅れが課題である。今後は社会保障制度の充実や能力差を考慮した実態把握が必要とされる。This paper analyzes the characteristics of Thailand's informal economy based on the "Informal Employment Survey." The informal economy accounts for over 45% of GDP and 50% of employment. While formalization is advancing in urban areas, such as Bangkok, informal employment remains widespread in the northeastern and northern regions, where aging populations are becoming a significant factor. Formalization is promoted to expand social security and increase tax revenue, but progress among middle-aged and older workers remains a challenge. Coaxial groove horn antenna with cylindrical conductor for wide-angle radiation
Get PDF本論文では，広角放射を実現する同軸グルーブホーンアンテナの設計を提案している．通常の素子アンテナにおけるE面・H面間の利得差を解消するため，ホーン内部に円筒導波管を装荷し，複数の伝搬経路を形成して広ビーム幅と高利得を両立している．ビーム成形は同軸グルーブと導波管によって行い，テーパー構造と高次モードの励振により整合と開口面分布を制御している．円筒導体は誘電体で支持され，広角方向での性能を向上させている．設計例として，±60°を一様に照射する24GHz帯センサアンテナを示している．This paper presents the design of a coaxial groove horn antenna for wide-angle radiation. To overcome gain imbalance between E- and H-planes in conventional antennas, a cylindrical waveguide is loaded inside the horn, creating multiple propagation paths for wide beamwidth and high gain. Beam shaping is achieved using coaxial grooves and the waveguide, while impedance matching and aperture field control are realized via tapering and higher-order mode excitation. A dielectric plate supports the conductor, enhancing wide-angle performance. A 24-GHz sensor antenna is demonstrated, achieving uniform radiation across a ±60° angular sector from boresight.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
