Effect of beeswax addition into urushi lacquer film on weatherability
Get PDF本研究の目的は、漆塗膜の耐候性劣化を防ぐ効果的な方法を提案することである．蜜蝋を分散させた改質漆に対し，耐候性試験を実施した．濡れ性，IRスペクトル，原子間力顕微鏡で撮影した位相像を評価することにより，改質塗膜の調査を行った．その結果，適量の蜜蝋を漆に添加することが，漆の耐候性を高めるための効果的な戦略であることを示唆している．The purpose of this study is to propose an effective method for preventing weathering degradation of urushi lacquer films. A designated amount of beeswax was dispersed into urushi by using a three-roller milling technique to prepare modified urushi. Controlled weathering tests were conducted to evaluate the weatherability. Weathering test results showed that the appropriate addition of beeswax effectively mitigates film thickness reduction, gloss reduction and color change. These findings suggest that the addition of an appropriate amount of beeswax to urushi lacquer is an effective strategy for enhancing its weatherability.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
Verification of the effect of performance propagation by performance factors among customers and suppliers
Get PDF経済活動のグローバル化や地域紛争などにより、企業を取り巻く環境は不確実性を増している。このような経営環境に柔軟に対応するため、近年、カスタマー・サプライヤー間の経済的な結びつきが強まっている。そこで本研究では、業績要因によって業績伝播効果が異なるという仮説に基づき、カスタマー・サプライヤー間の業績伝播効果を検証する。その結果、いすゞ自動車(カスタマー)のテキスト情報から得られる特徴量を用いて、サプライヤーに対する業績の影響を補正することで、リード・ラグ効果が改善されることを確認した。これより、業績伝播効果は業績要因によって異なることを示唆する。Due to globalization of economic activities and regional conflicts, the uncertainties surrounding companies have increased. To respond flexibly to this business environment, economic ties between customers and suppliers have been growing stronger in recent years. Therefore, this study examines the effect of performance propagation among customer-suppliers based on the hypothesis that the effect of performance propagation differs depending on performance factors. As a result, we confirm that the lead-lag effect is improved by correcting the effect of performance on suppliers using the features obtained from Isuzu Motors' (customer) text information. Transitions and determinants of aspirations for a teaching license : an empirical analysis of Doshisha University students
Get PDF近年，日本における教職志望者の減少が深刻な課題となっており，その背景には教育現場の過酷な労働環境や少子化による雇用不安，教職課程の高い負担が指摘されている．こうした背景のもと，本研究は，同志社大学の学部生を対象に教員免許取得志望の変遷と要因を調査した．結果，大学入学時に20%が教職志望であったものの，調査時点では約半数が志望を断念していた．一人暮らしの学生では志望断念率が高く，課程負担や学業・課外活動の両立困難が主な理由として挙げられた．本研究は，教職課程の構造的課題や支援策の必要性を浮き彫りにするとともに，教職志望者を支える環境整備のための基礎的知見を提供する．In recent years, the decline in aspiring teachers in Japan has become a serious issue, attributed to factors such as demanding working conditions in schools, employment insecurity due to declining birth rates, and the heavy burden of teacher training programs. Against this backdrop, this study examines the transitions and determinants of teaching license aspirations among undergraduate students at Doshisha University. The results show that while 20% of students aspired to teaching upon university admission, nearly half had reconsidered their aspirations by the time of the survey. Students living alone exhibited a higher rate of attrition, with the burdens of the training program and difficulties in balancing academics and extracurricular activities cited as primary reasons. This study highlights structural issues within teacher training programs and the need for support systems, providing foundational insights for creating environments that encourage teaching aspirations.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

内容＋スキル)を通じて探究を満たす局面II(3段階)→場面化し拡張しさらには情報に基礎を置く行動へとつなげ探究を終える総括的タスクの局面III(4段階)からなる。しかも，「青写真」の最初に各州のCCSSとの対応を明示することで，NCBLやABRの要件を満たしているか否かが直ちに判別できるものとなり，40州に普及した。National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS) and C3 (College Career and Civic Life) Teachers made recommendation to realize American policy of nation "e pluribus unum" in social studies. By using Inquiry as the method of organizing a social studies lesson (unit) instead of using contents. They made elements of Inquiry Arc into a Blue Print which is a one page teaching and learning plan you can see the whole lesson (unit) plan at once. Inquiry Arc consist of three phases. These are Compelling Question, Supportive Question and Summative Activities of which each phase contains 3～4 elements as steps.
