Get PDF『源氏十二月』九月(賢木)は、野宮で精進潔斎する六条御息所のもとに、光源氏が「(榊の枝を)もたまへりけるを(御簾の下から)さしいれて」という文節を欠く伝本が多い。『源氏物語』諸本では三条西家証本がその文節を欠く。この本は豊臣秀次が天正十六年に所蔵した形跡があり、また同年、秀吉に親近する大友吉統は『源氏十二月』現存最古の伝本を書写した。そこに豊臣家を介した三条西家証本と『源氏十二月』本文との接点が窺える。また、この場面には源氏の姿が多く描かれるが、『源氏十二月画粉本』『源氏十二月繪卷』では、野宮を象徴的に表す図柄になっており、引用本文に符合する。In the "Genji jyuni-ka-getu" September (Sakaki chapter), many extant versions lack the phrase "When Hikaru Genji visited Lady Rokujo, who was purifying at Nonomiya, he inserted a branch of the Sakaki Tree from beneath the blinds." Among the various versions of The Tale of Genji, the Sanjonishi family copy (Kyoroku version) is notable for lacking this phrase. Evidence shows that this book was owned by Toyotomi Hidetsugu in 1588. In the same year, Otomo Yoshimune, who was close to Hideyoshi, copied the oldest surviving extant copy of "Genji jyuni-ka-getu." This notion shows the connection between the Sanjonishi family copy, and the text of "Genji jyuni-ka-getu," through the Toyotomi family. In addition, the figure of Genji inserting this sakaki branch from under the blind is often depicted in Genji painting of this scene. Get PDF創世記28章10–22節、士師記4–5章、出エジプト記14–15章を読み、テキストの成立過程(の一部)を考察します。創世記28章10–22節は最初、ベテルの起源譚として始まり、ヤコブの物語へと組み入れられたと考えられます。士師記4–5章と出エジプト記14–15章は、物語(散文形式)と歌(詩文形式)から構成されています。物語と歌の記述を比較することを通して、物語部分は歌の解釈ではないかと推測することができます。This lecture focuses on the process of formation of the Hebrew Bibleʼs text. Specifically, we will read Genesis 28:10-22, Judges 4-5, and Exodus 14-15 to consider the process of formation of the text (in part). Genesis 28:10-22 is thought to have been originally prepared as a story about the origins of Bethel, but then it was incorporated into the story of Jacob. Judges 4-5 and Exodus 14-15 are each composed of a story (prose form) and a song (poetic form). Improvement of anti-eavesdropping performance of spatially selective modulation by transmitting antenna selection
Get PDF空間選択性変調方式(SSM)の盗聴耐性の改善について検討する。SSMはマルチパスフェージングチャネルの可逆性と場所依存性を利用することで、盗聴局での受信を回避し、正規受信局にのみ秘密情報送信を実現する。本論文では、SSMの盗聴耐性を向上させるために送信アンテナのランダム選択を提案する。本方式では、複数の送信アンテナをランダムに選択し、その組み合わせを時間的に変化させる。本方式は、常に正規受信局と相関の高いチャネルを有する盗聴局位置の発生を抑制する。コンピューターシミュレーションを通して提案手法がSSMの盗聴耐性を向上させることを確認した。We consider the improvement of anti-eavesdropping performance of spatially selective modulation (SSM). SSM realizes secret information transmission only to legitimate receiver while avoiding reception at eavesdroppers utilizing the reciprocity and locality of multipath fading channel. In order to improve the anti-eavesdropping performance of SSM, this paper proposes the random selection of transmitting antennas. In the method, multiple transmitting antennas are randomly selected and the combination of the selected antennas is varied in time. The method suppresses the occurrence of the eavesdropper locations that always have channels that are highly correlated with the legitimate receiver. We confirmed through computer simulation that the proposed method improve the anti-eavesdropping performance of SSM.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

Challenges and underlying factors in the evaluation of community welfare : insights from interviews with plan formulators
No full text本研究は，地域福祉計画の評価に関する課題とその背景要因を明らかにすることを目的とする。市町村が地域福祉計画の調査・分析および評価に努めることが求められる一方で，評価の実施状況は低調であり，その手法や枠組みについての議論も十分ではない。そこで，本研究では大阪府内2市の行政および社会福祉協議会の計画策定・評価担当者を対象にインタビュー調査を実施し，地域福祉計画の評価に対する実務担当者の認識を分析した。調査の結果，①評価手法の不確立，②地域福祉の指標化の難しさ，③インプットと活動・成果の結びつきの不明確さが主な課題として浮かび上がった。また，地域福祉計画の評価には，①財源確保，②進捗管理，③住民活動の充実という異なる目的が併存し，それらが相互に影響し合うことで，評価の実施が一層複雑化していることが明らかとなった。本研究は，地域福祉計画の評価における構造的課題を整理し，今後の評価のあり方についての示唆を提供するものである。This paper aims to clarify the challenges and underlying factors related to the evaluation of community welfare plans. While municipalities are expected to make efforts in surveying, analysing, and evaluating community welfare plans, the actual implementation of evaluations remains limited, and discussions on evaluation methods and frameworks are insufficient.
To address this issue, we conducted interviews with officials responsible for planning and evaluation in the municipal governments and social welfare councils of two cities in Osaka Prefecture. The analysis of these interviews revealed three major challenges: (1) the lack of established evaluation methods, (2) the difficulty of quantifying community welfare indicators, and (3) the unclear relationship between inputs, activities, and outcomes.
Furthermore, it was found that the evaluation of community welfare plans serves multiple purposes, including (1) securing financial resources, (2) progress management, and (3) enhancing community engagement. These objectives interact with each other, making the evaluation process even more complex.
By identifying the structural issues in the evaluation of community welfare plans, this study provides insights into future evaluation approaches.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

No full text本稿は、ジェンダー平等指数として日本で最もよく利用されているジェンダーギャップ指数(GGGI)の信頼性と課題について議論し、一つの改善策を提案した。GGGIが持つ問題点については、先行研究を基に議論した。先行研究の指摘には、同意できるものが多いが、GGGIが持っている利点である算出の容易さや継続性に配慮する必要がある。そこで、実行が容易で、過去に遡って修正することも容易な提案を行った。それは、4つの分野別指数を総合指数に統合する際に、単純平均ではなく分野別指数の標準偏差の逆数をウエイトとした加重平均を用いることである。This paper discusses the reliability and limitations of the Global Gender Gap Index (GGGI), which is the most widely used gender equality index in Japan, and proposes one possible improvement. The problems associated with the GGGI are examined based on previous studies. While many of the criticisms raised in the literature are valid, it is also important to consider the advantages of the GGGI, such as its ease of calculation and continuity over time. Therefore, this paper presents a proposal that is both easy to implement and allows for retrospective revision.
