Pharmacokinetic and hypoglycemic analysis of glimepiride and bezafibrate : mathematical modeling and simulation of co-administration with experimental validation
Get PDF我々は、糖尿病治療薬グリメピリドと高脂血症治療薬ベザフィブラートを併用した場合の薬物動態(PK)血糖降下作用について、ラットを用いて基礎的検討を行った。単独投与時、グリメピリドと比較してベザフィブラートは体内滞留性が長かった。両剤を併用投与した場合、グリメピリドのPKは単独投与時とほとんど変化しなかったものの、ベザフィブラートの組織への分布は増加した。ベザフィブラートは単独投与で対照群と同程度の血糖降下作用を示した。併用投与時、血糖降下作用はグリメピリド単独投与時とほぼ同等であるが、その効果は持続した。これはベザフィブラートによる効果と考えられる。併用投与時の血糖降下作用の実測値は、効果が相加的とした数理モデルによる推移とほぼ一致した。We focused on the hypoglycemic effects of antidiabetic, glimepiride, and the antilipidemic, bezafibrate, in combination, and conducted basic investigations of their pharmacokinetics (PK) and effects using rats. Compared to the PK characteristics of glimepiride, bezafibrate indicated prolonged retention in the body at monotherapy. When both drugs were co-administered, the tissue distribution of bezafibrate increased, although the PK of glimepiride was almost unchanged. Bezafibrate at monotherapy exhibited a similar degree of hypoglycemic effect to the control group. In the case of co-administration, the hypoglycemic effect was almost the same and was sustained compared to monotherapy with glimepiride. This possibly reflects the effect of bezafibrate. The hypoglycemic effect at co-administration was approximated using mathematical model assuming that the effect calculated was additive, and the results matched the measured values.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
How do men describe their childhood and early adolescent sexual contacts with older partners?
Get PDF「The Multinational Life Experience and Personality Project」(MLEPP) では、性科学分野の様々な調査のため、複数の国における18歳から59歳の一般成人を対象にアンケート調査によるデータ収集をしている。アンケートの最初の段階では、回答者に、思春期前および思春期から16歳までの期間に、自分より5歳以上年上のパートナーと性的なふれ合いを持った経験があるかどうかを尋ねた。本稿では、あると回答した参加者の幼少期における自発的な性的ふれ合いに関する記述データの分析を示すとともに、その経験にどのような形容詞を関連付けるかを探る。分析の対象として含めたのは次の4つの基準を満たす回答者である。まず、男性であること。第2に、記載された期間のいずれか、または両方で自発的な性的ふれ合いを持ったと報告していること。第3に、それらの期間に望まない、強制された、または強要された性的ふれ合いの経験を報告していないこと。最後に、関連するフォローアップの質問に回答することを選択していることである。結果として、合計 N = 195人の日本人および米国人の男性がフォローアップの質問に回答し、合計880の形容詞を選択した。これらの男性は圧倒的に、自分の経験について肯定的な形容詞を選択した。調査結果から結論づけられるのは、一般的に、男性は年上のパートナーとの早期の自発的な性的接触を快感、満足感、そして楽しさと関連づけており、否定的な連想は稀であるということである。The Multinational Life Experience and Personality Project (MLEPP) is collecting data for multiple investigations on human sexuality from general population samples of adults aged 18 to 59 in several countries. The initial phase of the MLEPP questionnaire asked respondents if they had experienced any sexual contacts, with a partner five or more years older than themselves, prior to puberty as well as in the period from puberty to age 16. This article presents analyses of descriptive data from participants regarding their early, willing sexual experiences, exploring what adjectives they associate with the experiences. To be included in these analyses they had to meet four criteria: the respondent was male; they reported having a willing sexual contact during either or both of the noted time periods; they did not report any unwanted, forced, or coerced sexual contacts in those time periods; they chose to answer the relevant follow-up question. A total sample of N = 195 Japanese and U.S. men answered the follow-up question, making 880 selections in total. These men overwhelmingly endorsed positive descriptors for their experiences. It is concluded that in general, men find their early, willing sexual contacts with older partners to be pleasurable, satisfying, and fun -- negative associations are uncommon.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

The most notable point of this historical document is that the council reached the conclusion that the right of the Army Minister to direct appeal to the Emperor should be abolished.
