Get PDF本論文は、ルソーの国家論を、政治的身体のアナロジーに着目することによって解明することを目的とする。『社会契約論』を構成する三つの重要概念、すなわち「社会契約」、「一般意志」、「人民主権」がいかにして緊密に連関し合っているのかが、この「政治的身体」のアナロジーの解読を通じて示される。とりわけ「一般意志」については、『エミール』における意志論にも言及しつつ、「特殊意志」との接合がいかにして可能かを探求する。This study aims to clarify the political philosophy of Rousseau by analysing the analogy of the Body Politic. Through the analogy, it is shown how three important notions in The Social Contract , namely the social contract, the general will and popular sovereignty, are related closely each other. Get PDFベトナムでは汚職・腐敗問題は依然深刻な問題として位置づけられいるものの近年、新たな展開が見られるようになった。政府政策の変化は市民の汚職行為に対する容認度の低下につなぎ、マスメディアの活躍も一段と目立ってきている。本論文社はベトナム政府の汚職取締と法的・制度的枠組みの歴史と制度改変について考察した後、今日のマスメディアと市民社会組織の活動を検証し、汚職問題を取り巻くベトナム社会の今日的意義を問う。Although corruption is continuously regarded as a pressing matter in Vietnam, there have been new developments in this aspect. Specific changes in government policies empowered anti-corruption agencies and nurtured the participation of mass media and civil society organizations, which ushered in a decline in public tolerance for corruption. This dissertation examines the development of the Vietnamese anti-corruption legal framework, provides insights into the institutional frameworks of Vietnamese anti-corruption agencies, and demonstrates changes in the mass media activities and civil society reaction to identify prospects and challenges in the future.doctoral thesi

Get PDF本論文は、現代韓国で朝鮮戦争に参戦した少年兵がどのように記念され、記憶されているかについて考察した。本研究の特色は、近現代世界史の中の少年兵の動員と現代のグローバルな人権問題としての子ども兵問題を視野に入れ、その脈絡から朝鮮戦争期の少年兵を考察したという点である。少年兵同志会、記念館、戦争映画を研究対象に、少年兵参戦者の当事者の記憶、記念館のナラティブとしての記憶、映画が映している記憶を検討することによって、戦争英雄としての少年兵の記念と人権問題としての子どもの戦争動員問題が併せ持つ記念と記憶の様相を考察した。This study examines how child soldiers in the Korean War are remembered and commemorated. In particular, this study sets the scene both of children mobilization in modern history and of child soldiering in contemporary armed conflicts. By examining the memories of the child soldier participants, the narratives of the memorial halls, and the scenarios of the Korean War movies, this study looks into the memorial complexity in the context of commemoration of war heroes and global human rights issues of children war victims.doctoral thesi
