Followership behavior and psychological safety
Get PDF本稿の目的は，フォロワーシップ行動と心理的安全性の交互作用効果を明らかにすることにある。調査の結果，500の有効回答が得られた。回収されたデータを重回帰分析した結果，労働成果に対して，心理的安全性と受動的忠実型フォロワーシップの交互作用は正の影響力を有していることがわかった。同様に，心理的安全性と統合型フォロワーシップの交互作用は影響力を有していなかった。そして，心理的安全性と能動的忠実型フォロワーシップの交互作用は負の影響力を有していることが明らかになった。その後，これらの結果を踏まえて若干の考察を加えた。The purpose of this paper is to verify the interaction effect of followership behavior and psychological safety. As a result of the survey, 500 valid responses were obtained. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the interaction of psychological safety and Passive loyal followership would have positive effect on work outcome. Similarly, the interaction of psychological safety and Integrated followership would have no effect on work outcome. Finally, the interaction of psychological safety and Active loyal followership would have negative effect on work outcome. Analysis of the corporality of star techno-pop unit "Perfume" from the perspective of social systems theory
Get PDF本稿では，テクノポップユニットPerfumeを，社会システム論の観点から分析する。彼女らのパフォーマンスの特徴は，「非人間的身体性の表象」とでも表現できるような，機械的に処理され個性を奪われたかのように聞こえる歌唱と，アンドロイドのような非人間的なイメージをともなうダンスによって示される。このようなPerfumeの非人間的身体性の表象は，文化産業を資本主義の非人間性との関連で捉える伝統的な見方に対するアンチテーゼとして理解できる。様々な社会システムの複合的重なり合いの中で生み出されるPerfumeというコンテンツは，音楽に関わる社会システムの作動に影響を与える「出来事」として，音楽を語る語彙を変革し，我々の思考枠組みに影響を与えてきた。Perfumeの非人間的身体性の表象が大衆的な支持を得続けているという事実は，個人と社会，個性と文化産業，生活世界とシステムといった二元論的世界観に基づく認識枠組みに根本的な反省を迫るものである。This study aims to clarify the impact of the Japanese popular techno-pop unit "Perfume" on the operations of social systems concerning the media industry and consumers by analyzing the corporality of the unit from the perspective of social systems theory. It is well known that the performances of Perfume, which is composed of three female members, are constructed by talented creators such as music producer Nakata Yasutaka, video producer Seki Kazuaki, and choreographer MIKIKO. Perfume's performances are characterized by singing that sounds mechanically processed and deprived of individuality, and dancing with an inhuman image, as if the dancers were androids. These seem to represent the inhumanity of capitalism, as the conventional criticisms of the cultural industry once stated. However, their performances are highly evaluated by the public, and they have been ranked among the most popular star artists since 2007. Perfume's activities have deeply affected the operations of social systems consuming popular music by transforming the vocabulary to discuss popular music and dismantling the conventional categories of the music industry, including the distinction between idle singers and artists. Its activities also urge a fundamental reflection on the cognitive framework based on a dualistic worldview of individuals and society, individuality and cultural industry, and lifeworld and systems, in which the former is assumed to be aspired to and the latter is regarded as an obstacle to the selfrealization of individuals. The performances emphasizing inhuman images show that creativities and personalities can only be created in the complex overlap and conflicts among the different social systems.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は、『仮名手本忠臣蔵』の韓国語訳における翻訳戦略とその形式を、長年蓄積された文化の産物としてのことわざの翻訳に着目し、その韓国語訳を分析したうえで分類し、その特徴を考察したものである。分析の結果、翻訳の傾向は直訳を主なスタンスとし、多様な形式を試みていることが明らかになった。その翻訳戦略の様相として、「直訳」の形式、「直訳＋表現の変換」の形式、「直訳＋表現の追加」の形式、「その他」の形式に分けられる。まず「直訳」の形式は、それに相応する韓国語のことわざを使わず、忠実に直訳した韓国語訳によって文脈から読み取る方法を取っている。次に「表現の変換」では、原典の名詞を述語句に変える例と、原典の固有語を韓国語の固有語に変える例が多く、自然な韓国語にしようとする工夫が見られる。そして「表現の追加」では、原典の前後文脈を説明する表現、副詞、擬態語を追加して文脈を鮮明にし、原典で省略されたことわざの部分を補って文脈を強調した。また「その他」は、訳注や括弧に説明したり、挿絵や四字熟語、引用記号を入れるなどの工夫を用いて、直訳しながらも読みやすく訳そうとしている。最後に、ことわざを含む原典の韓国語訳において困難な掛詞に関する例を考察し、韓国語の表現の選択と追加によって、訳文で韓国語同士が掛詞の修辞をなし、訳文の魅力を増加させている例を確認した。これは、訳者の翻訳戦略と形式の可能性及び重要性を示唆している。研究論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Der Regierungsentwurf sieht in den verfahrensrechtlichen Vorschriften erneut das Legalitaetsprinzip und die Verbandsinterne Untersuchung vor. Aber Verbandssanktionengesetz ist in der 18. Legislaturperiode gescheitert. Der Grund dafuer ist dass die Differenzen zum Umgang mit Berichten aufgrund interner Untersuchungen zu gross gewesen sind. Get PDF本稿は、日台交流史にかかわる2つの調査プロジェクト（「同志社と台湾留学生」、「台湾シリコンバレーのルーツ探し」）の成果をリフレクティブに再検討するものである。2つのプロジェクトは、ともに台湾において日本統治期への歴史認識が大きく変化する2000年代に実施された社会学的調査であるとともに、研究者とインフォーマントの相互影響を積極的に活用しようとする「出会い型調査」の試みである。1つの「出会い」により、2つのプロジェクトは交錯し、それぞれの存在意義が明らかとなる。The purpose of this paper is to review reflectively the findings of two research projects related with the history of human exchanges between Japan and Taiwan: "Doshisha and Taiwanese students", "Tracing the historical roots of Taiwan's Silicon Valley". Both of two projects are characterized by sociological research conducted in the 2000s decade when historical perceptions to Japanese colonial rule changed drastically in Taiwan, as well as so-called 'encounter-type' field work in which researchers try to utilize mutual influence between them and their informants actively. Consideration of the Olympic legacy governance and evaluation
Get PDF本論では，国際オリンピック委員会（International Olympic Committee：IOC）のレガシー政策の推移，東京2020が範としたロンドン大会におけるレガシーガバナンス，そして東京2020のレガシーガバナンスを整理し，比較検討した．その結果，レガシーガバナンスに不備があることと，その結果としてレガシーの評価主体や評価方法が曖昧であること，この2点が原因でレガシーそのものが国民に広く認知されない状況を作り出しているのではないかという結論に至った．This paper compares and contrasts the IOC (International Olympic Committee) 's legacy policies, the legacy governance of London, which Tokyo 2020 followed as a model, and the legacy governance of Tokyo 2020. As a result, we have come to the conclusion that legacy governance is inadequate, and as a result, there is ambiguity about who and how to evaluate the legacy.
