The influence of international humanitarian law on the development of international disaster law
No full text本稿は、国際災害法の近年の発展に対して国際人道法がいかなる影響を与えてきたかを検討したものである。災害は世界各地で発生しており、その頻発化、激甚化は、一国家のみでは対応できない状況を発生させている。このような状況下で適用される国際法の明確化のために、ILCは、2016年に「災害時の人の保護」に関する条文草案を採択した。本稿では、ILCの条文草案採択に至るまでの過程において、国際人道法が国際災害法に対して、いかなる影響を与えてきたかを検討した。This paper examines how International Humanitarian Law has influenced the development of International Disaster Law, which governs disaster relief. In recent years, disasters have occurred across the globe with increasing frequency and severity, making it difficult for individual states to respond effectively on their own. To clarify the applicable legal framework, the International Law Commission adopted the Draft Articles on the Protection of Persons in the Event of Disasters. By analyzing the process through which these articles were adopted, this paper explores the extent to which International Humanitarian Law has shaped the development of International Disaster Law.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Understanding dementia through university student participation in the "restaurant of order mistakes" : an action research perspective
No full text本研究は，認知症の状態にある人の社会的理解の促進に資する実践活動として注目されている「注文をまちがえる料理店」の取り組みに，大学生が主体的に関与することで，彼らの認知症イメージにどのような変容が生じるのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。アクションリサーチの枠組みを用い，大学生の主体的な学びを促進する教育的視点から，大学生が企画・運営に参画した実践活動を2回実施した。活動前後で実施した自由記述調査の分析により，活動前の大学生の認知症に対するイメージは【物忘れの多い人】【同じ行動を取る人】【能力低下により否定的になる人】【家族による介護が大変】といったものであったが，活動後には【認知症の人もそれぞれである】【偏見をもっていた自分に気づく】【環境を整えることが大切】といった認識に変化した。この活動を通じて，大学生自身の認知症に対するイメージの変容が確認された。This study aims to examine how university students’ perceptions of dementia change when they actively participate in the "Restaurant of Order Mistakes", a practice-oriented initiative recognized for promoting social understanding of people living with dementia. Using an action research framework and an educational perspective to facilitate students’ proactive learning, two practice activities were conducted in which students were involved in both planning and implementation. Analysis of open-ended responses collected before and after the activities revealed that students’ initial perceptions of dementia included views such as "people who forget frequently", "people who repeat the same actions", "people whose declining abilities lead to negative behaviors", and "caregiving is burdensome for families". After participation, however, their perceptions shifted to recognizing that "people with dementia are diverse", "I became aware of my own prejudices", and "creating a supportive environment is important". Reconsidering the Marshallian agglomeration economies in the development of industrial clusters
No full text本論文では、集積の発展に関する先行研究をレビューし、マーシャルが考慮しなかった集積の二つの外部経済、すなわち(1)協調行動によって実現する外部経済の内部化や(2)流通面での集積のメリットの享受も、その発展において重要な役割を果たしたことを明らかにする。これらは、マーシャル流の集積のメリットの役割を再検討し、産業集積の発展を促す組織や制度的側面も慎重に検討する必要があることを示唆している。This paper reviews the existing literature on the development of industrial clusters. We find that two types of agglomeration economies not considered by Alfred Marshall—(1) the internalization of externalities achieved through local collective action and (2) the advantages arising from marketing externalities—also played an important role in their growth. These findings suggest the importance of reconsidering the role of Marshallian agglomeration economies in the development process of industrial clusters.研究(Article)departmental bulletin pape

No full text本稿では日本の製造業において景気循環と利潤率が逆循環する状況に関して、長年の論争を踏まえたうえで、規模の経済性を手がかりにした理論的解釈を提示し、モデルに則した実証分析を試みた。規模の経済性の効果を生産に対する費用弾力性で捉えるために、状態空間モデルによって費用関数の係数値を求めた。これを景気と利潤率の実証モデルに組み込んで推計を行うと、逆循環的な動きは弱まり順循環的な関係が観察された。研究(Article)departmental bulletin pape
