No full text本稿は、地域デザインの理論的枠組みを構築するうえで、その思想的源流を明らかにすることを目的とする。経済的側面と文化的側面の両立に着目し、ジョン・ラスキンやウィリアム・モリスの思想を手がかりに、デザインが地域の価値を創出・表現する手段となることを論じる。地域の誇りや豊かさの再発見に寄与する、文化的視座に基づいた地域デザインの意義を提示する。The purpose of this paper is to identify the ideological origins of regional design and to develop its theoretical framework. By focusing on the compatibility of economic and cultural aspects, this paper argues that design can serve as a means of creating and expressing regional values, drawing insights from the ideas of John Ruskin and William Morris. The social welfare philosophy of unofficial "house churches" in China
No full text本研究は文献調査と質的調査を通じ，中国における非公認教会(家庭教会)の社会福祉思想を中心に，その歴史的背景，神学的立場を分析した。そして家庭教会がいかにして中国社会における公共性や福祉実践と向き合っているのかを多面的に考察した。伝統家庭教会と新興家庭教会の両方に焦点を当て，前者が政治的・神学的理由により社会から隔離される傾向がある一方で，後者は都市化や若い信徒層の台頭により，社会奉仕を通じて信仰実践を模索していることを明らかにした。特に新興家庭教会は，信仰と社会奉仕の接点を重視しつつも，伝道を中心とした目的意識を強く持っており，その社会参加は信仰表現の一形態として位置づけられている。This study, through literature review and qualitative research, analyzes the social welfare thought of unregistered (house churches) in China, focusing on their historical background and theological stance. It offers a multifaceted examination of how house churches engage with public responsibility and welfare practices in Chinese society. The study highlights both traditional and emerging house churches: the former tend to be isolated from society due to political and theological reasons, while the latter, influenced by urbanization and a younger generation of believers, are increasingly exploring faith practice through social service. In particular, emerging house churches emphasize the intersection of faith and social service, while maintaining a strong evangelistic orientation. No full text本オーラル・ヒストリーは，雇用支援機構労働組合の元専従書記長として活躍された成田秀志氏の口述記録である。成田氏は，職業能力開発総合大学校を卒業後に雇用促進事業団へと入団し，電気工事科で職業訓練指導員として13年間，訓練業務に携わってこられた。また同氏は，雇用支援機構労働組合の専従書記長も長年担当され，労働組合の支部ならびに中央執行委員での活動にも従事されてきた。同氏には，これまでの時系列に沿って，入団後の職務経験や組合活動の内容について語ってもらった。今回の口述記録を通じて，職業訓練のカリキュラムや職業訓練指導員に求められる社会的役割が，いつ，どのようにして変化してきたのか，それはなぜなのかを，労働組合の視点から体系的に理解することが可能となる。This paper is an oral history conducted at the Polytechnic Center with Mr. Hideshi Narita, the former full-time secretary of the labor union. Mr. Narita graduated from the polytechnic university of Japan and he worked as a vocational training instructor in the Electrical engineering department for 13 years. Additionally, he served as the full-time secretary of the labor Union for many years and involved in activities at both the branch and central executive committee levels of the labor union. In this oral history, Mr. Narita recounted his professional experiences and union activities in chronological order. Through this oral history record, it becomes possible to systematically understand, from the perspective of the labor union, how and why the curriculum of vocational training and the social role expected of vocational training instructors have changed over time.資料(Material)departmental bulletin pape
