Monitoring and condition assessment of plunge cutting processes with wireless compact acceleration sensors
Get PDF近年，IoTに関係した工場の自動化においてモニタ技術が着目されている．しかしながら，工作機械で回転する工具からの加工情報のモニタは難しい．そこで加工プロセスをモニタできる無線機能を具備した新しい工具ホルダを開発してきている．本報では，様々な工作機械での加工をモニタするためにコンパクト無線加速度センサを開発する．旋盤の工具の近くにそのセンサを取り付け，振動加速度と切削力をモニタしながら突切り加工を評価する．その結果より，無線システムを有する開発した手法は，旋削加工における工具の摩耗や逃げ面欠損を評価するために効果的であることを示した．Nowadays, a monitoring technology has attracted attention in the factory automation fields regarding IoT (Internet of Things). However, it is difficult to monitor the process information from a round tool during rotating operation in machine tools. We therefore have developed a novel tool holder equipped with a wireless communication function to monitor a cutting process. In the present report, we also attempt to develop a wireless compact acceleration sensor to monitor the cutting process in various kinds of machine tools. We set a developed sensor around the cutting tool in a lathe and perform to estimate a plunge cutting processes with measuring the cutting force and the acceleration vibration. As a result, we demonstrated that the developed method with a wireless system is effective to evaluate the wear and the flake damage of cutting tool under tuning processes.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFこの論文は、オランダの基礎自治体で実施されたいわゆるBI実験と称されるものについて、その経過を説明し結果を解釈した。
オランダは1980年代の景気後退からは給付の抑制策が既定路線となっていった。2015年の参加法はこうした路線の帰結である。また、同法では公的扶助各制度の実施責任は基礎自治体に分権された。オランダで行われたBI実験は、自治体に移譲された参加法実施責任の負担が重く、その回避を求める戦略があったとこの論文では結論した。This paper describes the process and interprets the results of the so-called BI experiments conducted by the Dutch Basic Municipalities.
Since the recession of the 1980s, the Netherlands has taken measures to curb benefits, and the 2015 Participation Act is a consequence of this course. The law also decentralized responsibility for the implementation of each public assistance program to the basic municipalities. This paper concludes that the BI experiment in the Netherlands was a strategy to avoid the heavy burden of responsibilities for implementing the Participation Act, which was devolved to the municipalities.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape

A study of green society and social innovation through the way of the nature based solution
Get PDF本稿は、東日本大震災からの復興及び2050年カーボンニュートラル宣言を受け、グリーン社会をいかに定義しうるのかを問題意識として、持続可能な社会に求められる考え方を論じたものである。
グリーン社会の担い手として市民のリーダーの社会起業家精神に焦点をあて、多世代共創と自然に基づく社会課題解決(NbS)の2つの手法を仮説として事例研究を行った。その結果ローカルからイノベーションを起こし得ることを明らかにした。This paper discusses the concept of what is required for a sustainable society, based on the question of how a green society can be defined in response to the recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake and the 2050 Carbon Neutral Declaration.
Focusing on the social entrepreneurship of civic leaders as the bearers of a green society, case studies were conducted with the hypothesis of two ways: intergenerational co-creation and nature-based solutions (NbS).
