Efficiency evaluation of sewerage industry considering differences in sewage removal types : metafrontier analysis by adopting panel data
Get PDF本稿ではパネルデータを用いて、日本の下水道事業の効率性分析を行う。その際に、下水排除方式の違いを考慮し、メタフロンティア分析を実行する。結果として、分流式下水管のみを採用している事業体グループは、合流式下水管を採用している事業体グループに比べ、実際の費用が最小化費用から大きく乖離していることが明らかになった。よって、分流式下水管のみを採用している下水道事業体は、費用を削減する余地が大きいと考えられる。This study adopts panel data to analyze the efficiency of Japanese sewerage industry. We conduct metafrontier analysis to consider the differences in sewage removal types. As a result, we found that the actual cost of the sewerage company group that flush waste and rain water into separate sewer pipes deviates from the minimized cost compared to the group that flush waste and rain water into same sewer pipes. Get PDF昨今の自動車産業は，CASE(Connected, Automated, Sharing and Electrified)と称される100年に一度の大変革期を迎えていると言われている．電動化や自動運転をはじめとする技術が著しく進歩する中で，いかに自動車で二酸化炭素の排出量の削減，交通事故死傷者数の削減等の社会課題を解決するのか，自動車のあり方に変革が求められている．少子高齢化が急速に進行する日本において，増加する高齢者の移動手段の確保はQOL(Quality of Life)を高める上でも重要である．また，生産年齢人口の減少により，物流を支えるドライバの人手不足も深刻な問題である．自動運転によって社会問題の解決に貢献するにあたり，ものと人を輸送するMaaS(Mobility as a Service)の実現可能性が高いと考えられる．そこで本報では，自動運転へのニーズと現状に基づき，AMR(AutomatedMobile Robot)への拡張の可能性のあるタクシー型AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)に注目して自動運転の輸送効率について考察を行った．The automotive industry is said to be undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation called CASE (Connected,Automated, Sharing and Electrified). With the remarkable progress in technologies such as electrification and automated driving, there is a need for a revolution in the way automobiles are used to solve social issues such as reducing carbon dioxide emissions and the number of fatalities and injuries in traffic accidents. In Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging rapidly, it is important to secure means of transportation for the increasing number of elderly people in order to improve their quality of life. In addition, the shortage of drivers who support logistics is a serious problem due to the decrease in the working-age population. In order to contribute tosolving social issues with automated driving, MaaS (Mobility as a service) that transports goods and people is considered to be highly feasible. Online class experience student's perception of face-to-face classes
Get PDF非対面授業経験学生を対象に、対面授業に対する認知を調査し、大学における授業形態に関する今後の課題について検討することを目的とした。対面授業の「メリット」として、内容を理解して考えを深めることができる、グループワークを通じた学生同士の意見交換や、授業の前後などに教員に直接質問ができることなどがあげられた。一方で、授業内容が困難な時や、聞き逃し、感染等による欠席等によって、授業内容を十分に理解できないこと、通学の負担が対面授業のデメリットとしてあげられた。大学では今後、教室での対面授業が知識の伝達に終始するのではなく、教員と学生・学生同士の交流の中で、より深い学びを促進していくなど、post コロナの時代に求められる対面授業の意義やあり方について再考することが求められる。This study aimed to investigate the perceptions of face-to-face classes among students who have experienced online classes and examine future issues related to university class styles. The advantages of face-to-face classes include understanding the content and deepening one's thinking, exchanging opinions among students through group work, and asking questions directly to the lecturer before and after class. On the other hand, the disadvantages of face-to-face classes is that students need help understanding the content of the course when the content is complex or when they miss a question or are absent due to infection. Students also pointed out the burden of commuting to school. In the future, face-to-face classes in classrooms will extend beyond the transmission of knowledge at universities. Still, they will promote deeper learning through interaction between instructors and students and between students.
